2141  Economy / Services / Re: Real traffic to your website ★ 80-120 unique visits everyday for a month! on: May 07, 2015, 06:15:16 AM
I've often wondered how this is achieved, I have sites with 10.000's of hits per day and I don't get how you can only send a specific number of visitors to other sites.

OP perhaps I could get a PM from you, and a little collaboration on a mutual beneficial partnership ? All my traffic/sites are BTC related.

If not let me know and I will delete this post.

But in either event, good luck with your venture.

You must assume your keys are already compromised because you put them on your CLAM wallet, so no issue if you dump your priv key and put them in another wallet.dat. Then you can move the funds Smiley

Ok im a bit of a noob when it comes to this sort of stuff.

Please tell me what to do, as long as I keep my address I dont care.... its driving me nuts lol

#1 rule in tech support, think before you follow someones advice. Sadly recently more and more people post advice to get paid for their posts and not because they want to help someone.

What your wallet is telling you is that it has no idea how many bitcoins you actually have. This can happen if you have private keys in different wallets. You said "i Imported several keys into my windows wallet" which I assume is the wallet that is now causing problems.

I assume further that your client is fully synced. If not, let it sync first. That might solve the issue without you doing anything but wait.

If its synced and you still have the problem you can launch bitcoin core with -zapwallettxes . This will cause the client to remove all transactions from the wallet and start rebuilding the information from the first block. This will take several hours as the client has to rescan the full blockchain.

In order to launch bitcoin core in this way, hit Win+R to open the "run" dialog, enter the full path (adjust from the below if needed), append the command and click ok.

Code:
c:\program files\bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe -zapwallettxes

Thanks, what you have suggested I did and all is fine now Smiley

Its much appreciated that people like you and cr1776 help others like me !

This has to be one of the worst tries at this I have ever seen, at least most people set up a PO box or accommodation address to give it a little credibility lol

Seems like this probably belongs in the alt-coin section where they'd probably know a bit more about clams, e.g. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=623147.0

:-)

Its the bitcoin wallet that is acting up ?
2148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Didn't follow instructions now my BTC wallet is annoying me ;( on: May 05, 2015, 02:15:27 PM
Pretty much my own fault.

I recently claimed my clams that were sat on the block chain for god knows how long.

So i Imported several keys into my windows wallet, then imported the wallet.dat into the clams wallet.

The one thing I failed to follow though was the fact I should have emptied my wallet before I began.

SO now when I look in my wallet its says I have X amount but if I try and spend X amount it tells me there isn't enough and that it must have been spent from a different wallet before I imported.

Which is correct.

Is there anything I can do now to get a true reading in my wallet ?

Thanks

Drop me a pm with offer iver in BTC, LTC, Or bank wire and can arrange for next day shipping signed for.

Did OP buy these ?

I may be interested, but of coarse OP has to not want them before I get involved.

What algo's are dealing with or not dealing with?

I find your pricing a little above what I see others offering, but that being said, I would prob pay the extra to deal with a hero member as opposed to a member or lower.

Good luck with your venture, I have a few ideas I'm working on and maybe in touch.
2151  Economy / Services / Re: Can someone figure out who's address this is ? on: May 04, 2015, 08:08:56 AM
Yeah I saw that also and took a look at the 9bitz website, I didnt recognise it.

Thanks for your help though, I was just curious to try and find out where the BTC was coming from Smiley
2152  Economy / Services / Can someone figure out who's address this is ? on: May 04, 2015, 07:44:00 AM
https://blockchain.info/address/1KixaQntSyHSST4usbq2ZmFDT9Bevdhz94

There is no issue with it, I'm just trying to figure out who it is that keeps sending me BTC

Perhaps its an advertising network, that I have on one of my websites ?

No dramas if people don't know, just thought I would try and find out Smiley

I think he modified this open-source script then sell it.
https://github.com/ExploreBTC/BitcoinGrind

opensource..... correct...
yeh man 100% changed every single script only copied text material and button designs..
in buttons also few paddings and curve modification so there doesnt exist any copyright issue....

You mean you are selling open source script?
Umm I don't think anyone will buy it expected you have to included faucet links but it' must 2000+ links.

I think having looked at it, he is selling a modified version of the open source script which of coarse is fine, providing he has done the change him self, which I doubt as I have seen this version around for a bit now.

Perhaps I should give him a quiz on the code used to see if it was done by him or some one else  Wink

its totally mine as i have changed every single code with new style of mine..it is not any one now except mine..
so i have rights to sell...

Well good luck to you then
We have established that

A/ Its an open source base
B/ YOU have modified it
C/ As such you can sell it Smiley
2154  Economy / Services / Re: Movie tickets on: May 04, 2015, 06:43:29 AM
i appreciate what you are doing, i'm new, and appear not very trustworthy, but i can assure u my method is safe, i have been doing this for months now.

Sorry, but I don't believe you.  You are exhibiting all the signs of a scammer (esp by using a throwaway account) and you failed to explain where the extraordinary discount comes from.  If you're not simply lying about this, chances are you will eventually be caught and your online tickets invalidated.

I encourage all users to stay away from this obvious scam.   Undecided
45% off its not that big of discount. if paypal makes someone feel better i take paypal too. Im not trying to scam anyone, i am just simply offering a service. if you dont want it please stop posting on this thread.

You should PM VOD and explain your "Other Methods" he will listen and if he thinks they are safe I suspect he will remove the neg.

But to be fair he gave you ample opportunity to prove you wern't scamming.

VOD as I have said before maybe a little trigger happy when it comes to giving out neg trust, but he does it for the right reasons, and that is to protect the people that are naive to both bitcoin and potential scams.

I can also confirm this to be open source base software, although it has been moded up a bit.
2157  Economy / Services / Re: Movie tickets on: May 04, 2015, 05:53:22 AM
lol VOD nails another one to the post  Smiley

I guess its off to get another throw away account now and start all over.

But beware VOD is on the case  Grin
2158  Economy / Services / Re: Movie tickets on: May 04, 2015, 05:46:32 AM
I cant go into detail but its a combination of my jobs discount and other methods.

Oh, I think you should go into detail.  Where do you work?

You are at severe risk of getting negative trust my friend.  We're not idiots here.

not trying to offend you, i just dont want to give away too much info of my method. I work at comcast, Comcast owns fandango.

Ok.  You are obviously getting preferred pricing.  Are you allowed to resell said benefits at a profit?

No he is not, but then neither am I, my case is slightly different where by I buy the goods my self on my discount card.

His method I'm a little unsure of I get the staff discount bit, but what he means by "and other methods" is a little off putting
2159  Economy / Services / Re: Movie tickets on: May 04, 2015, 05:43:52 AM
I tend to agree with the above, you have to tell people where the % discount is coming from.

The satff discount I get, and I do similar but the other % sounds very dodgy and your newbie status dosn't help your cause much either...

I go to the cinema a lot, but am afraid I won't be using your service unless you are more transparent.
2160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CPU mining? on: May 03, 2015, 07:48:11 AM
Lorenzo youre correct about cpus, gpus and asic functions ....  just for example if your cpu earning 1 dollar a day at your favorite pool you just discovered  and you upgrade by adding 2 gpus on the same rig and you point your gpus on the same favorite pool.  now your earning 4 dollars a day on the same rig but only at that giving time.. because in time , difficulty, price and maintenance cost can varies at any giving moment and all of a sudden your 4 dollar a day (pc computer) rig is only earning.50 cent a day.    ouch...   explain that to your wife..  you should of been real..  A Bitcoin (SHA256) mining rig is the only profitable solution in the long term and is there any PC computers today that can do SHA256 in hardware??  Its been almost a year since I can mined SHA256 Bitcoin on a home PC... Sad   cpu bitcoin mining is dead...

I dis agree with you there, yes its dead to mine BTC of coarse, but you can still turn a little profit on other coins, its just a matter of keeping on top of what is going on, with difficulty, exchange rates etc

Its not easy but can be done Wink
