Bitcoin price has become acceptable in all countries of the world. Because all the developed countries have given cryptocurrency legitimacy in almost all the countries but all the underdeveloped countries? Cryptocurrency has not been legalized. Because they can't support the cryptocurrency that the banks of all the developed countries can't support because updating the cryptocurrency will bankrupt the bank.
Due to which developed countries are less likely to accept bitcoin support but also in developed countries or cryptocurrency is certainly supported.
By now its good to start accepting it knowing the price is so cheap compare before and we are facing down trend so I guess it will be beneficial for a company or business to do it right away because if the price pump more harder as we know bitcoin has capabilities to have a bull run for sure those companies who accept bitcoin when the price at cheaper price will earn more from it. For now do more studies because and also ask yourself first if you can handle the market pressure since we know price of bitcoin is so volatile. |

It's too crazy to lose 95% of money,  but I only use 30% of each sig payment, the rest is for other purposes, it means more to me. It's not crazy at all to be honest with you. Personally, I have lost my investment several times when I initially got into gambling(FIAT and Crypto) since I usually prefer yolo gambling where I go all-in. However, I have won big amounts using this strategy too which is why it's a great strategy in the short-term. I use the fixed betting strategy for longer sessions though. I also can't afford to lose 95% of my capital since I am more careful about my losi g percentage since I don't want to put any extra money on the next day. I used to go all in before and I can say that although sometimes I earn huge amount by doing this but I encounter more losses because this is more riskier option to be made by anyone. Maybe I prefer betting a small portion because my goal is to make my game prolong so that I can enjoy even if I lose some amount of money if bad luck hits. |

It's been a while since my last time on bitcointalk and i opened it again because luna crash before, From my personal perspective i'm not going to trust it for second time since i already lost more than $300 from luna, I will wait and see what will happen to luna after their blockchain launched.
For second time around just think about that never thought to hold any crypto for more longer times because what happen to luna might also happen to the other so if your totally done with Luna then better not to follow any news from them because if Luna pump again just like what happen today you will just get FOMO and maybe it will give you a wrong decision to buy Luna at the peak again and you know what's next will happen to that. |

Honestly, I'm one of those people who only work to fulfill my daily needs. Because the average income in my country is not large, so I can only
buy daily necessities from the income I get from working. Even I don't have money to go on vacation or buy luxury goods, my life is like

Although it sounds pathetic for others who believe but this one exist as many people have different tradition towards things what they do. But if we really look at it scientifically there's no relation to anything and the mood we set will always depend on us.
What most important to all of this is we know our limits because if we already set this for sure we will never experience any huge loss or be happy for the result of our play time at the end of the day.
Actually superstitious belief is only to calm the mind before starting gambling games, they tend to focus more on luck in the game, but the fact will not have any effect, except for real casinos maybe luck from rituals can indirectly work, but if online casinos we know not will be able to affect the programming code. After all either market crashes or it goes up and all of us has to do is one god dam thing, you just hodl your crypto tight, either move them to stable coin economy to stop the losses.
I'd go with a different advice and tell people to actually think twice or thrice about the 'crypto' they actually bought — if they actually do something decent, or if it's just your typical useless yet overpriced cryptocurrency. They need to sober up sooner or later, unless they want the markets itself to sober them up by teaching them a hard lesson. Sometimes people tend to buy only based what they can see people hype up over the internet without even thinking on the decision they made for that time so for this kind of actions they mostly encounter the hard lesson they faced. I don't recite anything (and from the thread it seems that most people here don't), but I do believe that it's good to remind yourself of certain things before, during and after gambling. Not to win, of course, as it would have zero effect on that, but to manage potential losses. So I remind myself of the budget, of that I can afford to lose and thus to gamble with. I also remind myself of the time frame I can dedicate to it, and that there's no need to be overly emotional about losing or about winning. So far, it has helped me to stay in control, to not get upset and to not lose what would be too much for me.

Hello Bitcointalk community, hope all is well
I recently started a small online business. I accept PayPal and Crypto payments but so far all of my customers have chosen PayPal over crypto.
Every time that I've offered Bitcoin as the only payment method available I've ended up losing the customer.
Is this normal or am I doing it wrong? How can I accept crypto payments without sounding like a scammer?

Maybe you are in the market where majority of your costumer use paypal rather than crypto so best to target the larger market and maybe try to advertise your business by highlighting crypto as one of payment option accepted on your platform. Maybe you cannot get fast result but little by little if you are consistent on promoting crypto you will get positive result on the actions you made. |

Im stacking OWL for more OWLs, because i think its more profitable for the moment than the pair OWL/BUSD, but in the early stage i was stacking to that pair. But after i switch to OWL to received more OWL.

When everything is dumping in the bitcoin and altcoin market, OWL token is showing some good strength and it is best to accumulate owl tokens and also stake them. I haven't stake them but i have bought quite a few OWL tokens. I would not sell them unless i see binance listing them. Maybe the staking feature what makes the investors decide to hold because they earn more benefits than deciding to dump this token at this point. And I think its good to accumulate especially the market is falling but we should also know that the risk is so high since as we see the market is falling and might owl tokens will be drag because it will reflect to the whole market if bitcoin price dumps more. So if they are here for staking it then its good to buy now but if they are for trading better wait for best position to buy. |

A crypto investor who uses mobile phone to store coins shouldn't allow any one to access their phone, talking about close friends in this case is stupid, I use mobile wallets and I have never allowed my friends to operate my phone for any reasons, lost of phone is possible and robbery attack is a valid point but if you copy down your recovery seed at home in a safe location you can move your coins easily.
Wallet on phone for an investor? Investor will have huge amount and phone is not good to be used, phone is very vulnerable, I can not have any amount I can not afford to lose on phone as a wallet, I can only use it for small amount of bitcoin or never use it at all. You can freely use paper wallet or buy a hardware wallet which are cold wallets. For sure all of us are investors because we are here to earn by putting money on crypto we think it can give profits to us. And the risk from this matter is for the huge whales because storing money from phone app wallets is not the best option to ve made knowing that their are so many scam wallets,phising attempts and also other type of attacks which hackers penetrate unto their platform. |

I just don't know if these bettors use Binance and other unregistered CEX/Custodial services.
If they are using Cryptocurrency the bettors can keep themselves untracked, they can do peer to peer, using a wallet with internal exchange and trade it on DEX or CEX, or they can even use a mixer if it involved a huge amount, the ballgame changes if they are using Cryptocurrency and it will continue if the authorities cannot trace them. If there's a will there's a way and we all know gambling operators like online sabong, will find a way because there is huge money to be made here. What best suggestion for you is to go on your local board look for people who also do the same job and try to check how they do their translation because from the threads you read from their you can get an idea on what you will do next. Also after you have an idea by reading someone's work you also check on altcoin bounty section which needs a translator since from their you can get more jobs, try also check if there's no one already chosen to do the job since your application will be useless if there's someone chosen already. And last never ever do plagiarism or copy someone's work to show that you have portfolio nor use google translate or automate translation because this will not give you a good result since this is a form of cheating. |

It would seem that cockfighting is really just a big thing in the Philippines these days (though I’m assuming there are other western nations also allowing for this to be going on). This is the only decent stance you can take towards any sport that involves harm to animals and making two animals fight against each other to the death is especially sadistic. It is so brutal and barbaric that it echos throughout society at large, most civilized societies have outlawed similar blood sports many centuries ago. Cock fighting is a big thing here in the Philippines because this is the only gambling platform that people can play whenever they want to play. And cock fighting is the most or famous gambling fight during festival in different barangay or even in town. The government can not have a tax if this illegal gambling will continue and that's the reason why the government pushing to banned this kind of game in the country,. This is old tradition which been past decades to decades so its really hard for government to stop this since there are so many people gamble this illegally. AFAIK yobit frequently send email, so clearly they don't respect the fact you already unsubscribed if you haven't receive any email from them in long time. I would recommend you to find option "Report Spam".
Maybe we can say that they are run out of enough money to use to promote their scam site that's why they are just relying on email blasting and try to make their registered users believe that there are new coins or even tokens listen which have potential on their site and this they do this multiple times so to avoid getting those email better report or mute them to avoid any disturbance again on our personal mails. |

Sometimes, we don't have these addicts to blame nor the providers of these services. I mean, dey are already addicted and only a therapy of some sort could be some means to putting a stop on addiction. Hence, a sudden hold or stop on a practice don't seem to add up or wo t work without an alternative to it being put in place. It might work for those who just go ahead with gambling just for the sake of it, seeing it as a thing for the moment but, when your addicted, it's it's whole different story. When you have the cravings to gamble and you see it for a means to save your life or make a huge income, no ban can stop you at that point. Hence, the companies capable of providing such gambling services within a ban locality seems to make even more money.
An alternative should be provided and that would help to ease the ban!
How do you know that they are already addicted huh? What if they are not and they only became addicted because of this game so therefore it's the fault of the operators or the gambling itself. They are the ones that we will blame but I think there are bettors of this game and still manage to have a normal life, so maybe we can also blame those who get addicted because they don't have a control of their own life but they let the simple game control them. There are known treatments but there's no guarantee that they will stop permanently (the addicts). Not only sure if what alternative you mean there. Was it games? So since then I had not gotten the time to learn again, so when my friend introduced bitcointalk and said I will learn a lot from it in my free period, then I signed up.
$3 is not big so I guess you didn't lose something because from that class you learn about bitcoin and that's what brought you here, Maybe you should give a thanks to that instructor because he open up some doors of opportunity to you to learn something and its just you didn't fully understand what he is about to teach you hopefully that one is not a ponzi or a MLM group. But anyways since you are here you can learn more information you need and you need to find them by searching those quality thread and other discussions posted by certain individuals in this forum. |
