Can we expect, at lest at he beginning, that people wont invest Real in your assets, but will just hold the coin itself. Basically right now is more realistic to expect the coin will raise in value more, than you would get in dividends for real estate.

So the first condition is that they apply to your platform themselves, or somebody else will be able to recommend them? Since there are a lot of projects which are not involved in crypto world but would meet your criteria.

If i invest in a real estate with REAL coin as soon as it will be available on your platform, how long it will take for me to get my first payment and how fast will i break even? I know it will be different for every asset but you surely made some calculations.

How long will it take for a specific project from applying to you platform to crowdfunding? Kickonomy will have to grow fast in order to keep up with all the projects. Since there is not launch time for the rest of the projects, i cant figure it out.

It says at 1st November 2017 there will be first location for Paragon Spaces purchased and this location will be voted. I assume every one who holds paragon coin will be eligible to vote or will there be some specific rules? Im asking because first location will be vital for this project so it should be carefully studied and not just put in a hands of random people.

very intersting project i have seen there is also a bounty program,i will follow this project with attention,nearly...i think only marijuana for therapeutic use must be legal...a database with patients on blockchain is a nice idea...
men where a you see bounty program? can you send me PM link with theme, Would be pleased to participate, too! The only bounty they have is a referral system where you can get 5% of coins purchased trough your referral link. But im wondering why dont you chose to have an actual bounty program like other ICOs have? Since you dont offer actual platform yet, i think you need better advertisement campaign. Crowdfunding is still more than half a month away, are you maybe preparing some new bounty program? |

I read the white paper. Interesting concept, and by the count of pages, seems very popular.
The negatives I see is waiting til Q1 2008 for the official release. It's the fear of missing out on other opportunity while my money sits there.
We got spoiled in crypto world and want to get profit immediately. If your investment will grow in Q1 2018, this is still a great bargain compared to "real" world. Devs will get a huge financial injection after ICO and they should have some time to attract retailers and invest in polishing the platform. Theres no point in releasing a product, which is not functioning well. |

Many people who couldn't catch the presale round are waiting for the crowdfunding to go live in couple of days. I am one of them who just completely missed in first round. It is like venture capital type platform but with more potential to take these crowdfunding to next levels. We will see huge response even in very first hours after going live.
Unfortunately its quite easy to miss presales or crowdfundings these days because there are so many ICOs being released every day and you just cant check them all. Before you decide to invest, you need to read whitepaper and join some forums, but thats impossible to do for every ICO. KICKICO platform will be very helpful in this area, since it will show promising ICOs at one place without the mess we have now. |

Lets say i invest 1000 coins in one property. In two weeks the value of the coin looses value for 50% and somebody else invests 1000 coins in the same property. Will i own a bigger share of that real estate? Will the invested coin value follow the market?

The problem this project has to face is that a lot of people are strongly against cannabis even if its used in medical purpose. Even projects like this wont change their mind, so you have an extra obstacle compared to other coins. Your team have shown, that this project has a firm and real goal, but you should expect, that it wont be accepted everywhere. If you manage to break this taboo wall, you will be bound to succeed.

Nice video, how spider algorithm works means that if I search for a niche product I have a lot of chance to buy it on discount, unless I'm unlucky and everyone want that (and maybe this means we are all weird ) No, you did not understand. When you want a product that is not on the website, you search it with the spider algorithm, then you're added to a snapup already existing in the same range of price. If you win the snapup, you don't win the original product but the product you asked for. So the chance to win a product by using spider algorithm are always the same as participating in an orginal snapup, even if you search a product that nobody asks for. So when this platform evolves a little, there will be snapup events where people could be biding for totally different products as long as they are in the same price range. What that means is, there will be a big number of events running and they will be finished fast because there wont be a need to wait for specific buyers to join. |
