2161  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] COINUT.COM ★ Signature Campaign ★ Pay per post ★ Weekly ★ on: September 07, 2015, 09:39:33 PM
Hey izanagi, posts in which section of the forum aren't paid? Smiley

I think Local and Off-topics are not allowed(will not be paid)
I have a question because i see that this campaign is weekly (so the post count is weekly)
But i see that there is no payment and the next payment is coming, is the payment bi-weekly or weekly?

2163  Economy / Economics / Re: Google Ad Revenue on: September 05, 2015, 08:38:24 PM

There is a high competition with google's rival - Facebook.
Google knows that what people are searching but doesn't know who?
Facebook know exactly who searches like location age preferences and lots of other information, that's why google is attempting to be in every part of our lives.

No, I think you aren't completely right, when a user uses the google browser, he is often directed to signing up for a google account or logging in, and google also remembers accounts from IP addresses and saves personal information too. Facebook on the other hand is a competition when it comes to advertising, but both of them support each other indirectly due to user distribution.

If not completely then mostly i am right i think,
Facebook knows in detail what one of their user searches, their age, updated photos, location all information.
Google has less information than facebook even though is trying to get more and failed with it social Google+

How much are you making from your signature?
I havent seen any campaign of this so just curious about the rates.
About my signature campaign i was getting to be paid 2 days before but still waiting for the admin to make the payment.

2166  Other / New forum software / Re: Can we expect the forum this year? on: September 05, 2015, 08:17:01 PM
Since it is an update, right? I am worried about one thing,
The posts and the rank of the members will still stay ?
Or it will be a completely new forum and we should register again? I hope to see the new update by the end of the year.

I dont know from where you are but in Switzerland:

Acer Aspire V7-582PG-74501225k 15.6″
Laptop / Notebook
Intel® Core™ i7-4500U-1.8GHz
12GB DDR3 RAM,
256GB SSD
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 750M Genuine Windows® 8 64-bit

The price is up to 650€

That's a pretty beastly laptop, hard to find it anywhere in stock though.

Would you happen to know a Swiss shop selling it online and shipping to other European countries?

The maximum difference would be +-150 euros from country to country
I know that Switzerland and Belgium are near and things get shipped from one to other
If i find the link i will send to you and i think it could be shipped there.

That is really cool , but it is not deliverable in India, I am getting a High Price here in India for i7 Processor,  costly to buy in India.

If you are from india from which countries can you buy then?
Or have you tried to search in local stores in India.
I dont know about the restriction but buying here in forum from members is allowed then to be shipped there?

I have tried Local Stores like Flipkart.com , snapdeal.com
I found the laptop you mentioned in Amazon.com but it says shipping only available in US , if i don't get a better price here i will go and if you can ship me this product i would go for Escrow.

I don't buy it so i can not as well ship it to you, i don't offer these services.
Also seems that the best option is to buy locally and maybe more expensive.
I sent a CD in the past and the item has never arrived to location, it just disappeared so i am afraid to send things.

Low fee transaction  Grin

The fee aren't much low, especially when you use faucet

I see that other coins like doge or stellar have very less fee.

In fact doge fee most of the time is 1 DOGE and it is 0.00000035 bitcoin or Stellar: 0.000011 btc

2172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: September 05, 2015, 12:45:34 PM
Well I think you dont get the point what I am saying to you Smiley Me, get into gambling because of fun, not for to get rich, which actually there are many ways to get rich beside gambling. I could recommend my family member get into gambling, but whats the purpose for them to do that? And gambling in sport matches doesnt mean I cant enjoy the whole match, it just make me be more enthusiast. I will never feel regret if I lost in a great matches Wink

I completely understand you, i was in your situation few years before.
But i quickly decided to not play anymore these kind of games(gambling)
Seems you have faced many problems by gambling in your past. Well I dont think to get out from gambling since it never ruin my life, but your decision to stop gambling is a great choice. You have chosen best option in your life Wink Good luck

It was a problem itself inside, you think that it doesnt ruin your life
But in fact it does, but slowly and gradually since you understand that.
If you think that I made a good choice then think also for yourself i think you need too Wink
2173  Other / Meta / Re: Marketplace trust on: September 05, 2015, 12:38:27 PM
Looks pretty cool, however I'm not confident that this will reduce the amount of scams going on. Newbies seems to trust other newbies no matter how fishy it is.

Do you get a notification when someone trusts you?

Just checked the first comment user trust maybe you are the "worst" "lowest negative trust member"
-9999: -16 / +9
Warning: Trade with extreme caution!
And as we have seen the trust points are not showing the same because of the trust list preferences
2174  Other / New forum software / Re: You have been mentioned in this "post" on: September 05, 2015, 12:33:18 PM
I would support this idea. There are a few forum softwares/plugins for forums that allow user mentioning if you do @Athertle. This would be a great implementation.
would see an alert when someone insert my quote so i can answer him instead of verifying each post, so being mentioned is a great idea

the forum needs a little modifications tho, for example adding like button...
another thing i hope they create an android app (ios for the apple's lovers  Tongue)
There's really no need for an android app. Just use the Internet browser installed and go to bitcointalk.org, same as you do on the computer.

yep that's what i am doing most of the time but i have a problem with the zoom in chrome there, the forum isn't compatible with the mobile browser tho

Well thank you guys for your feedback and yeah this is a good idea to be implemented,
When we come to like, then besides that it should also implemented "This user has liked your post"
Also it's a bit hard in phone to access the forum as it is not responsive, or at least accessing by Tapatalk should solve this problem.
2175  Other / Off-topic / Re: if you entered your wallet and you found 50BTC what you will do ? on: September 05, 2015, 12:19:44 PM
I would send it to my wallet and again send it back so that the owner knows that someone else has access to his/her wallet Wink

But without his confirmation that he wants back the bitcoin i would not send back
maybe he want to donate to a random bitcoin address, or maybe just to get rid of it
Searching in google if he is trying to find his lost bitcoin and a signed message from its address then i would send back.
2176  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I trust BTC exchanges? on: September 05, 2015, 12:14:34 PM
Exchange is only good for one thing in my opinion. Got there buy your coins and leave! No bigger chunk of fiat money or cryptos should be placed there for a longer time!

No one are discussing this. The concern of the author of the thread is the trust to exchanges and not to leave the money there. He doubt the process of exchange and not to speak to leave the money there....

I have few bitcoins in the bter exchange and there are for more than 6 months
This exchange has been hacked in February this year and my bitcoin disappear from there.
So every 2-3month they try to cover and pay us a very little percentage until they pay the total amount of lost bitcoins.
So there is no trust in exchanges, even though bter had 7,170 btc in their "cold" wallet

Exactly. And I am sure that you will never again leave your coins on the exchanges after the BTER bust. People always think that it won't happen to them, but s**t happens to everybody.

You see, I have missed that BTER hack, very luckily. This was a main NXT exchange and I was trading for over 18 months on BTER. I loved trading NXT since it had strong fundamentals so I always knew that the value won't drop to 0, which is the most important thing when you are trading any alt. A night before hack, I have withdrawn 2 BTCs from BTER. Next morning, when I saw that the site is unavailable and when I realized that they are hacked, I have felt like I lost these 2 BTCs. I was very lucky. After this, I decided not to trade anymore. It was just not worth anymore. And I was happy since I just "earned" 2 BTCs that I didn't lose in the hack.

I just wasn't unlucky that morning because i had open orders and i slept
I was selling my doge for btc, so i left the pc and slept until next morning i didn't know if i sold or not
So after a day or two i understood that btc were stolen, and after re-activation of the website i understood that i had gotten btc by selling doge and that hurts. So no more leaving in exchange but it can happen everytime.

Yes, you were also unlucky that your order has gone through before the alleged hack. If you stayed in Doge, it would be possible for you to withdraw it some time after when they reopened the exchange.

But in all honesty, who knows what happened. Maybe they have manually made all orders go through, in that way they pumped up the BTC amount that they stole. Since I strongly believe that this hack was an inside job and nothing else. Oh well..

Correct, i made an order to sell doge to a very high price because i went to sleep,
and i think it was pumped so hard to get as much bitcoin as possible and steal all of them
And hacking a cold wallet is really hard and it can be done 99% from their employees
2177  Economy / Economics / Re: Google Ad Revenue on: September 05, 2015, 12:11:21 PM
I think it's a crock of shit. Anybody agree?

Every douchebag with an iphone color wants to be the next pewdiepie and have a giant corporation pay them for buying viewbots.
All the people watching that garbage are wasting their life en mass.

Maybe a virtual currency forum isn't the best place to garner support for that sentiment....

Most of us doesn't agree with you, because google is leading in everything.
I haven't still found a similar company that pays as much as google or more, there are similar but paying less.
There are many other factors that affect the earnings such as country, how long does the visitors stay in your website etc.

reason for that is google has monopoly in everything we do on the internet. They know everything we search, we buy their phones and use their browser. They already know what we are searching and what we need to search before we even discover it. Google knows way too much and practically own the market so if you think they are paying well, that's because others are unable to pay due to the less profit they make having google as their competitor. Google takes half of basically whatever you earn from advertising so imagine the kind of money they are making from youtube and google search engine itself, every fucking day.

Google is trying to be with us in every part of our life. From physical things, wearable things (robots too) to the most of virtual things.
It's own browser, search engine, google products: http://www.google.com/about/products/
Do you know that products of google starts with every letter in alphabet. And it's Adsense product is just the only one.

The point being that google is already strong enough to make major impact on the society. As much as revenue it is generating from all the services it provides, they also have a shit load of information. This information is way too private and can be used to know way too much about people. We have made google strong enough that if it ever turns into an evil corporation, it could potentially destroy the internet.

There is a high competition with google's rival - Facebook.
Google knows that what people are searching but doesn't know who?
Facebook know exactly who searches like location age preferences and lots of other information, that's why google is attempting to be in every part of our lives.

2179  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: September 05, 2015, 11:46:32 AM
i like the convenience of bitcoin, you can have it as long as you have an internet connection and a computer.

Yeah that is true but just a part, the other part is that
you can have bitcoin also offline when you don't have internet.
What i like mostly is that you pay people for services instead of paypal or banking.

Isn't this the same as http://dzlatan.pw/get_activity.php

I don't remember exactly where but i saw it, most likely service announcements...
but anyways here is another one of potential activity calculator...

http://dzlatan.pw/get_activity.php

and best of all .. NO ADS

dothebeats, Try it on this site... it might take LOTS OF TIME. but it'll do it..

Maybe it's something like that but for me it's not working dont know why
I keep getting "Internal Server Error", maybe it takes to much time to calculate the results.
I dont know why people are afraid of ads, the ads of this website are text(at least for me) so no popups and other bad things.

Do it on dzlatan one it will work...

i did dothebeats... took a while but just finished...
-snip-

Well thank you but i know my stats very well because i have used few other sites:
As i can remember it was satoshiquiz.com/bitcointalk/getactivity.php which has become commercial to use it
and this one bctalkaccountpricer.info which works good, and the one that you mentioned but i wanted to test this in OP but it just doesn't work for me.
