2161  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Japan's national tax authority is stepping up its scrutiny of virtual currencies on: October 04, 2021, 04:56:32 PM
If I'm not mistaken, I've heard news that crypto exchanges in Japan had conceded about $95 million more which at that time made Japan to carry out an audit plan for every crypto transaction as a continuation to identify large transactions used by thieves. This is a form of strong reprimand so that Japan will no longer concede the umpteenth time. Because after all so far Japan has given space to crypto. It might not be good enough when the amount of supervision makes users feel more cared for every time they make a transaction. But if this is made so that in the future crypto transactions in Japan will be more optimal and overall. After all, crypto thieves are a threat that will damage the reputation of transactions.
2162  Economy / Economics / Re: Will we see new ATH this year? on: October 04, 2021, 04:17:14 PM
Well, witnessing a quite stressful phenomenon this year, it is indeed very difficult for Bitcoin to be above $50K after ATH a few months ago. And since the middle of the year it has been seen that there will be a drastic decline that makes traders almost panic. Some of them are also strong to fend off the FUD that China has thrown for a whole month. Now for the closing of this year, it seems that ATH is in sight. For some analysts, this is certainly a tough task for them to see the movement of Bitcoin.
Let's just wait and hope that Bitcoin will not be manipulated by Chinese political goals, especially those who clearly want to destroy Bitcoin until it has no value.
2163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 04, 2021, 03:51:03 PM
they did not disappoint, a fair draw between them and four goals scored, this how we wanna see big teams play against each other, both of them were trying to win even in the last minutes and we've see some chances to score from both sides, standings are becoming tighter and tighter.

More precisely, it was disappointing for his supporters because City yesterday lost to PSG, then faced with LIV they were held to a draw. Of course it is a task for City going forward that they have to raise the level to be in this ranking. Given dean's week they must also prepare a player who is in super form and avoid a yellow card for the winger. Grin
2164  Economy / Economics / Re: Are banks needed for crypto? on: October 03, 2021, 09:25:28 PM
If we refer to the future, maybe it's not the time for us to say precisely.
I don't know about anyone else, but the above post makes very little sense (especially the bolded part).

Please allow me to clarify the sentence that you have bolded. Thank you in advance for asking this question.

I mean, referring to the context of the OP statement regarding the future crypto lending mechanism.
Quote
Is there a future for loan mechanism in crypto?

However, looking at the situation and condition of government policies and institutions, Banks have not yet given a signal of support for crypto. In fact, we all know that whenever crypto exhibits freedom of transactions as well as individual financial freedom, the Bank considers what we have as a form of money laundering.

This so far, of course, is an illustration based on my personal point of view that it is still not right to say that there is a license for crypto lending that is legitimized by the Bank.

(I hope you correct if there is a misunderstanding of what I said above).
2165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 03, 2021, 08:28:36 PM
An exciting match from start to finish, Man City dominated in the first half, both team try to play each other in the second half, what a classic goal by Mo. Salah, though Milner ought to have been redcarded for a second bookable offence having gotten a yellow card earlier, had it been he had been sent off Man City would have likely won the match a poor decision by the referee, I think a big mistake, Liverpool remain unbeaten after seven matches I hope they keep their record.

The two teams still have a long way to go, but if the tempo of their game continues like this, it is clear that they will probably be in an ideal position. I hope that our next match will be presented again with a battle between teams that are ready to feature another exotic match. let's keep track of Liverpool and ManCity moves to see if they can survive.
2166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How a token burn works? on: October 03, 2021, 06:29:33 PM
Simply put, burning tokens is to permanently reduce the circulation of tokens on the market. Like the BNB coin burning example as I read from the Binance academy article they say burning is based on the amount made on the exchange in a given time.

The firing process is usually based on a few basic factors: Cryptocurrency holders, and smart contracts

2168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 03, 2021, 05:27:02 PM
I am watching the match of Liverpool vs Manchester City. Sounds very boring. The two strongest teams in the Premier League are playing against each other. Our expectation was to enjoy a competitive match. We wanted to see lots of attacks from both teams. But in the 55 minutes, both teams could not score any goal. And both teams have only 1 on-target shot. The match doesn't seem enjoyable to me.
4 minutes later, Mane scored a goal and Liverpool is leading 1-0 vs City.
I am particularly disappointed by Leicester failure in many games but today one was another story, they were leading with 2 goals most of the time then let a team like Crystal Palace got a draw? What's going on! Keeping such performance won't let them grab any European spot. Even Arsenal and Wolves that performed miserably in the first games passed them in the table Undecided

What a competitive match! Sadio Mane scored the first goal of the match in the 59th minute to give Liverpool a 1-0 lead. Philip Foden's goal in the 69th minute brought the match to a 1-1 draw. Salah scored in the 79th minute to put Liverpool ahead again. And just 5 minutes later De Bruyne scored to make it 2-2. There are 5 minutes left. Anything can happen in this match.

Damn MCI had to face LIV, who woke up in the second half, had paid off but was paid cash back by Salah. Just look at Pepe face, it looks messy and awry. lol
Competition is quite fierce, we are brought tense.
In the first half, LIV was forced to only play half the field. They can turn things around very quickly. But in the 81st minute Bruyne shot bounced off Joel to score. Folden performance is indeed very good in helping attacks. Then in the 90th minute, MCI dominated the 2x failed attack even though it had a chance of a goal. The defense line from both MCI and LIV is balanced.

The match was quite fierce and I am very satisfied with the tempo of both. 2 : 2  Grin
2169  Economy / Economics / Re: Are banks needed for crypto? on: October 03, 2021, 05:05:28 PM
The first thing you should pay attention to is the level of crypto price volatility. Not that stablecoins can be used to provide real-world loans, but whether a country can provide space to include crypto which until now is still in category 2, namely the investment group.
If we refer to the future, maybe it's not the time for us to say precisely. it is possible when the two institutions of decentralization and centralization can be combined in one financial system. Is that possible?
2170  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think about this? on: October 03, 2021, 04:52:30 PM
When there is no comprehensive reason for what makes you say it is an act of cheating, it is clear we cannot say only from one side. However, there is no problem except for the root that causes the problem in your gambling to fall into the category of cheating. While you yourself avoid these things, which in general, try to pay attention to the rules at the casino, maybe if it has rules that you don't realize, it's clear that whatever the reason, it's very difficult to solve. Casinos don't want to lose and you don't want to lose the money you've bet.
2171  Economy / Economics / Re: Gavin Andresen prediction for Bitcoin in 2061 on: October 02, 2021, 03:08:29 PM
What is clear is that this news is very annoying if it really will happen in the coming year. I don't really know how this is actually used as a benchmark when everyone adopts Bitcoin and then eventually it will be given control to one particular person who claims that without him Bitcoin is nothing.

We must be able to think positively that hopefully before the time comes, maybe Gavin Andresen will die first. Isn't it much more rational for us to bet on the future of Bitcoin?

I believe it will be fine and Bitcoin will be preserved.
2172  Other / Off-topic / Re: Diego Costa being investigated by Police over alleged betting scandal on: October 02, 2021, 02:36:40 PM
Last year, Diego Costa was also given a sentence of 6 months after he was identified for the act of embezzling a large amount of tax money. This made him not deterred by all the accusations of course what this time was reported to show that he was really guilty of what he did. Regardless of the excuse the lawyer said. Btw it turns out that the punishment is quite terrible if it is affected by betting. Even in 2019 few paid fines like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and several other stars.
2173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting to begin this Thursday in Connecticut on: October 01, 2021, 07:04:00 PM
I noticed that more states now are legalizing gambling. This is good for the sports betting industry as it will increase their revenue, and not only that, it would also help the government to increase their tax collection, making it legal has better benefits than not regulating it at all.

Anyway, I also hope that it will have a positive effect on crypto as these gambling sites if crypto is legal could add crypto as a payment system and we can count that as another adoption.

Especially if the government also provides all the facilities that they must be aware of when addiction prevention cannot be controlled by them. Just as there is a disease, the hospital provides medicine to treat it.

I'm sure gambling from today's point of view is prone to addiction levels, I hope that's not the case there. The government generates monthly income from casino taxes, are the people there already prospering with their economic income? Before going any further, it should be stabilized and reviewed evenly.
2174  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is There Problem In the Crypto-currency? on: October 01, 2021, 05:50:52 PM
I just want to reinforce/add to Mr. @mk4's statement that we really cannot make a big contribution if we are not influential influencers on social media or in the real world. But with a skilled mind and today's social media you can create information that they or others can digest, either for the general public who are not familiar with crypto or for people who are already familiar with crypto.

Then do what you can, from spreading information to people around that cryptocurrency or Bitcoin is not as scary as they hear from the mainstream media.

If you are a writer then provide educational work on the truth about Bitcoin and its existence. I've heard some statements that we are not at war physically, but are at war in the era of digitalization where everyone uses the internet, so everything can be reached quickly via social media in one second you can access thousands of people even millions.

For someone who is active on social media, this is the ideal space to share this information. We have different portions and tasks, but the impact is not too broad. But that doesn't mean it doesn't work. Because it can have an impact in 1 year or 10 years. Give what you can to those around you with the aim of providing the right benefits and information.
Tell them even if it's just a word. Because one day what you preach will reap benefits for future generations.
2175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have any real value? on: October 01, 2021, 04:07:50 PM
If I say that Bitcoin has a real output, would you invest money in Bitcoin immediately? Don't be afraid of the lack of physical value that you see with the naked eye, but the level of benefits can be felt and even we are left far behind by big investors who don't think long about the value and essence of Bitcoin. Why are they so convinced that they spend millions of dollars just to own Bitcoin? Well you have to think that far.

We don't even realize that Bitcoin has survived for so many years, why are there still people who doubt its existence? That's because they think a lot but there is no concrete evidence that can explain the physical value of Bitcoin. You just have to think about whether everything must have a physical value? when all alternatives that have physical value are always fully controlled by the government. Don't you want to have your own asset freedom?

Bitcoin does not have physical value, but there is a great value of trust in each one. How much you believe in Bitcoin, means that the value of Bitcoin cannot be made physically.
2176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Book/Website Suggestions ? on: October 01, 2021, 03:01:53 PM
In my opinion, whether reading a physical book or using the internet, both increase our knowledge and creativity and most importantly don't be lazy to read.

Both of these also have their own advantages and disadvantages. However, which one is better.
and according to some studies it turns out that reading physical books is better than reading through the internet because reading books is in accordance with the reality of actual experience or there are also authors who have experienced it.

The more we read, the more effective our brains operate optimally, increasing the power of analytical, critical thinking, and of course as a way to increase concentration. Even a gambling book, the effect will increase the power of focused thinking, increase the stimulus for clear thinking. But that's why we are not really bookworms who can spend time every day reading, lack of literacy causes the brain to often stress.

So knowledge about gambling, whether obtained from books or the internet, has all been arranged in such a way for us to consume it instantly. One of the advantages of books is obtaining information in an organized manner, a strand of meaning whose essence structure has been arranged.

Remember Edgar Dale cone theory "10% of what we read, 20% of what we hear, 30% of what we see, 50% of discussion engagement and 70% of hands-on practice or action".
2177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why NFTs projects are not making wave-like ICOs on: September 30, 2021, 06:50:50 PM
Because of the proliferation of NFT which is currently spreading, even from critical circles, influencers and all well-known figures have created their own NFT. It's been countless and made us confused to choose until we finally decided to keep quiet and not take part in anything about NFT. Of course, this is accompanied by concerns about the hype which will eventually go out by itself.
One thing I'm sure of, in the end what survives is Bitcoin. GrinBTCBTCBTC
2178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ASA to host gambling advertising webinar on: September 30, 2021, 04:06:25 PM
It's a good and helpful initiative because what we need for the youth is the awareness for them to avoid or get rid of gambling addiction. Since we're on the pandemic situation, webinars would  be a big help to enlighten everyone about the risks of too much gambling. I hope that more organizations would have the initiative to do things like this.

I know that this webinar is a great initiative. But still controlling the attitude of the individual in order to be able to control to avoid gambling is very difficult. This is based on the privacy of each other's interests. Except the webinar doesn't just talk but at the end of the season doesn't make an offer that young people don't like. I hope this webinar is successful in accordance with the organizers' goals and can have an impact in a positive direction.

Well, people around the world tend to produce more books to sell until the internet is introduced to the people. Although, search engines before is not that yet common but as the time pass by people tend to put their books in the internet and start monetizing it by making blogs. And in the present, technology is getting advanced, meaning more information you can obtain in the internet than in the books. It's just up to you how you will use the internet nowadays to advance your research and gambling books are just small numbers compared to the whole world information.

Therefore, when it comes to searching for books about gambling, it is very easy to find and even paid ones can be accessed for free (even though such actions do not respect the author's work). Everything can be accessed easily and you don't have to bother visiting bookstores anymore. The internet provides everything you need so make the most of it. Even the list of gambling books, which we haven't fully read until the last page, requires motivation to increase reading literacy.

LOL the internet does NOT provide everything you need. I am amazed at how dumb some of the "advice" is that is being given here.  Books are still a very important part of our culture and smart people read them, simple as that.  There is plenty that is found in books that is NOT able to be found online for all sorts of things in life.  Plus, when you're buying a book on a topic by a reputable author, you're skipping the time wasted trying to find info online then wondering if it's even legit info or not.  C'mon ya'll.

Come on, today's reading literacy is an important thing to improve. Because after all the level of reading literacy in some countries is declining. I even made a few self-published books. That is the reason why not all books are read if we are not nerds. I know the internet provides everything instantly. Well you are right not everything on the internet is listed in books and vice versa. All have their own drawbacks. We can fix these limitations to complement each other and unify them in one point of view.
