2181  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 ★ BRANGO CASINO ★ 🎲 on: June 17, 2018, 07:07:10 PM
Actually, our KYC is not that heavy.
"all you have to do is to provide your ID and utility bill"
It's like trying to convince someone that green grass is blue.
You have a point. There are many other casinos which doesn't require such verification. However, as previously explained we are obliged towards our Licensor to require KYC because of the reason mentioned earlier.
This is utter bullshit, first of all you don't operate under valid license, you have seal status.
Second, many crypto gambling sites are operating under curacao license and they are not enforcing KYC for every single withdrawal.
And third:
Quote
Actually, our KYC is not that heavy. If you choose to play with Bitcoin or Altcoins, all you have to do is to provide your ID and utility bill. The main reason why we ask for this is because according to our policy, player has to be over 18 years of age.
How will you know who gave you ID without video call?  Roll Eyes

Hello marlboroza,

Thanks for your post.

I couldn't help but notice you are under the impression of game-protect's replies, even though his claims are absolutely wrong. Our license is valid.
Second, we do not enforce KYC for every single withdrawal like you said. KYC is done only once, prior first withdrawal. Please try to read T&C.

As for the video call, we do have that option, however, we usually request selfie with ID as a proof.

Regards,
Casino Brango Management

the part about "not heavy KYC" made me chuckle
you are required to post your ID and utility bill (and a selfie) prior first withdrawal
so there is a 100% chance that you will be asked identification, unlike in some casinos where you might not be,except when their security is having some questions
about minors: instead of giving this excuse, get some different age verification online  instead
 https://agechecked.com/ or similar
what is the point of introducing cryptocurrencies i na casino when you are guaranteed NOT to remain anonymous
2182  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 22 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: June 17, 2018, 05:29:31 PM
May be it is possible to win with quite large balance, and with let say 46.95 chance of win with double bet, when you loose. I think with some Bitcoins in balance, you can take good chance to win something

You will have chance to win at begining, but probability to win with biger bets will aspire to zero. You can have huge balance of BTC, but unfortunatly and obviously nobody, including "Creator" will give you garanty, that you gonna win in this Dice jumble with big deposit. The all algorytm of this game running in the way to bring profit to creator and his team, otherways it makes no sense to keep this Dice on afloat. Simple capitalist math )

you have some misconceptions about how the provably fair works
read this,for example:
https://dicesites.com/provably-fair

"creators" cannot influence the outcome and even if they could, you are free to pick a side at will
in any case, untill now none has proven that the server seed+private seed+nonce provably fair combination can be manipulated
hence accusing sites of being rigged is preposterous
to keep dice "on afloat" there exists 1% house edge,to satisfy your "capitalist math"
and this increases dramatically, since not so many gamblers are playing the best way,I have seen many having 5-10% of the total wagered lost
the ones that have wagered alot of coins,of course, that is
2183  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinGamblingSites.io - Reviews of Bitcoin Gambling Sites and Online Casinos on: June 17, 2018, 04:30:55 PM
We have developed a bitcoin gambling guide at bitcoingamblingsites.io that provides reviews of BTC gambling sites and online casinos that accept Bitcoins. Bitcoingambling.sites.io also provides information on different kinds of cryptocurrency gambling sites available like Bitcoin Cash (BCH) Litecoin (LTC) and Ethereum (ETH) in our blog.

We are currently looking for new casino partners to work with that have excellent reputations within the Bitcoin Talk community. We have strict requirements for the Bitcoin casinos that we list on our website. If you are a BTC casino operator or have a gambling site accepting other main cryptocurrencies and would like to have your casino added to BitcoinGamblingSites.io please send me a private message to discuss getting it reviewed and listed on our site. If approved we can have your casino site reviewed and added to our review page within one week.

Thanks!

its a decent looking site with a fare share of articles and different affiliate programmes
there are also some links to interesting articles about gambling, several guides etc.
what I suggest you to add is affiliates to the most popular dice sites, some of them can be exceptionally profitable in the long run
they offer,usually,10-20% of the house edge regardless if the player wins or loses
some of the top ones are: bitsler.com,stake.com,bitvest.ip,crypto-games.net,primedice.com,yolodice.com
you can contact their admins and see if they give you a special deal (if you have good, target traffic)
2184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Preferred crypto betting site ? on: June 17, 2018, 03:10:16 PM
Which crypto betting site is the best in your opinion ? Do you prefer sites that use large cryptocurrencies or platform which use their own token ? Why ? We would love to hear your opinion on this subject.

be prepared for some totally unbiased opinions here!
I don't like sites that use tokens or currencies I have never used or even heard about before
for example, there are some new sites that accept Onions but since I don't use them I'm not even going to check them out  since it
will involve reading about the currency, installing or opening a wallet, searching for an exchange where I can sell it,etc. = too much hassle
I think that Bitlser is the best cryptobetting site (check my signature)
13 different cryptocurrencies,3 different games,friendly chat,promotions and chat games,rains and bonuses
instant deposits and withdrawals is among the reasons why I play there, check it out,I promise you will like it too
2185  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ CryptoBust.io ✅ The Multi-Currency Crash Game ✅ on: June 17, 2018, 02:33:41 PM
Why on earth is my withdrawal transaction in progress since May 29th?

Where is my money? Is this a scam?

see the posts above, evidently admin has some troubles calculating the correct tx fee for a transaction
either that or you won't get paid at all
you can speed the process up by posting scam accusation in the appropriate topic,I would try contacting admin in pm
both here and on the site,to sort this issue
2186  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ Crypto-Games.net ★ My account is blocked on: June 17, 2018, 02:13:44 PM
In online poker this is known as the 'wife's account'.  Lololol.

Some people do it cos they believe that their accounts are going thru bad runs aka the 'doom switch'.  So what they do is register a new account under a different name, usually the wife's (if their married) or someone living with them.  A lot of people didn't realize that it was a common thing to do until years later.  It's kinda funny...

its a common thing in online casinos, but this guy took to a different level with three! accounts
sharing same IP and same laptop  Grin
not sure why create a separate topic for this if  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=750760.3800   exists
2187  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-15] FORBES: What If Bitcoin, Crypto Prices Are Being Manipulated? on: June 16, 2018, 08:27:40 PM
Everything in this world is manipulated. You thought that the bitcoin price is free? Perhaps it was free when it was first made. But afterwards, big businessmen manipulators intervened within the price and manipulated it the way they wanted, and they still are doing it. I have no proof. But, even you are manipulated subconsciously either in real life or on the internet. There is nothing we can do about the price. It is up to them to decide.

if you know about manipulation you are much better off than if you were living in blissfull ignorance
not everything in the world is manipulated though, but our nature is that we have to seek domination over others
rich people are rich because they were able to do something that others could not and
they manipulate the things to their advantage to preserve the status quo, bitcoin price included,so there is nothing surprising here
2188  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-15] Billionaire Investor Explains Why Bitcoin Price Will Hit $250,000 on: June 16, 2018, 06:55:01 PM
a rise from 0.5$ to 19.000$ sounded optimistic too,yet it became reality
I don't see why it cannot be 250.000$ if the situation on the market is appropriate
for that many stars have to allign, but nothing is impossible in this world
besides we do not know what another part of this equasion would be,the US dollar
we take it as something very stable and solid, but the things can change in this aspect as well and 250.000$ won't be worth as much as now
2189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Things on my mind about bitcoin lately on: June 16, 2018, 06:26:50 PM
So I obviously hope I never have to deal with the first of these two issues I have but what if Gaven Andresen dies off and doesn’t pass on the alert/control features that Satoshi bestowed to him, would community have to legit hard fork to even stay in the realm of ‘new development’ not sure how that works as I’m not a dev at all, hence my question. Not sure how the BIP’s are actually approved or implemented and ATM believing is all basically comes down to getting Gavin’s ultimate approvi. Which like I said I worry may at some point ultimately be a issue.

Another thing I’ve wondered since getting into BTC is what happens when all BTC are mined, people hodl, and people die? Is there any contingency in place or being planned to recover stale or dead bitcoins in wallets that are OBVIOUSLY non active addresses? Or will everything that is owned by dead investors or give up investors be doomed to simply be a burn loss?...

Well your second point I think isn't something to be really concerned about. The fewer bitcoin in circulation the higher it's value would be. And I don't think there'd be a lot of people who die hodling and taking their btcs with them to the other side lol.

every acquisition is a loss and every loss is an acquisition
indeed,as Satoshi once said :lost coins only make everyone else's coins worth slightly more
there is something sombre and mysterious about the wallets with huge amounts of coins that never move, anyways
why ruin the mystery with assumptions  Cool
2190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think we don't get quality Bitcoin users anymore? on: June 16, 2018, 05:51:49 PM
not every single user is bound to become a bitcoin guru and I don't think that generalisation is appropraite here
especially if you try to define "quality bitcoin user" -what is that?
to become an experienced specialist in something, one has to spend time and effort studying
but many people  are not willing to learn and are in for the profit only, which is a ok as well
I guess when the total base of users is growing, there will be less users that you could call "quality" ,speaking in your terms
but this is only normal, just proves the laws of probablility distribution  Grin
2191  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 16, 2018, 05:04:22 PM
how do you feel when you answer people like that? you have no conscience at all.

Of course I have a conscience. I also understand that people have to take responsibility for their own actions. If someone played with money that they couldn't afford to lose then nobody held a gun to their head and forced them to do it. The reason most often is greed, they only think about how much they are going to win and don't think about what they will do if they lose.

It's a common misconception about gambling that the house always wins and the players always lose. That's not how it works. Many players do win a walk away happy. I don't see the winners coming here and begging to repay us their winnings.

I'm sorry.

You should be. Your lack of understanding must be embarrassing for you.

always amazes me how people are trying to blame anyone and anything in the world for their bad fortune
you do not blame a hammer if you accidentally drop it on your toe,do you?
do not blame a casino that you lost, they are provably fair and you can check the results yourselves
if you lost, means that you were not lucky or had a bad betting strategy, terrible bank management or a combination of the above

2192  Economy / Gambling / Re: No winning slot machines on: June 15, 2018, 10:28:35 AM
The idea is interesting... But I don't understand why isn't it more precise?

That's very vague to have only a green and a red icone...
Where are the probability calculations? How do they do their tests?
It seems more like a move of one of the slot companies.

the idea would have been amazing if there was any substance behind it
there is literally NO info, besides their valuable opinion on "winning" and "not winning" slots
I am sure slot companies have nothing to do with it, xyz domain costs 1$ per year
so if you look at the site, the only thing there is - affiliate links to the casinos, there is nothing else there worth discussing, period
2193  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 14, 2018, 06:34:16 PM
I notice for few days that this site is blocked by Malwarebytes : Your Malwarebytes Premium blocked this website because it may contain riskware. We strongly recommend you do not continue. Some users may have problem because of this, even it is not to hard to add site to exclusion list, but it will be good to owner check what causes this warning.

I'm not familiar with how Malwarebytes works. Anyone know what basis they block things on? Is it user reports or something technical?

malwarebytes blocks alot of sites and issues warning for literally a dozen of legit programs on my PC
any Autoit script it considers to be a major trojan horse,so I would not be too concerned about it
the heuristics finds something on the site that matches their patterns, cannot really say what that is-mining,any leftover code, any i-frames could be a culprit
maybe from the times when the site had banner spaces
the best way is to contact them as an owner and try to find out

Anyone knows when it will be back online ?? There is nothing on the twitter.

Hi,

is there any news about this ?

there is a maintenance page if you try to access Bitsler
there are parallel DDOS attacks going on as we  speak, many top crypto casinos are affected
my guess would be that the attack is too strong at the moment and admins decided to close the site for maintenance
far too many ... individuals nowadays who think that once they discover a DDOS site, they could invest 500$ and try to blackmail casinos for coins
pretty sure one of the admins will come online soon and provide more info

Which other websites are also getting DDOS? I check all the other major competitors and everyone else seems to be online

don't want to advertise other sites in this topic, you know Smiley
but Stake has major lag issues as we speak and they are/were being under attack, according to support
crypto games been DDOSed not so long ago as well
if you know,DDOS does not neccessarily mean the site is offline,it depends on the strength of an attack
sometimes an attacker is smart and could register legit users
and imagine every single user starts to refresh or update balance or do any other requests to the server
it is much more difficult to locate and fight than the simple "I sent 10000 Tbps to your network, enjoy"
2195  Economy / Gambling / Re: No winning slot machines on: June 13, 2018, 02:00:49 PM
I don't even know what are they trying to say by "winning slots" and "not winning slots"
quote: "Winning slot machines will be marked with a "Green Icon". When playing these machines, there is a high probability of frequent winnings, in these games there is a frequent occurrence of bonus rounds or free spins, which ensure high winnings."
this is if you sort out dice sites by winning/not winning
because, hey one site for me winnings occurred often and on the other one not so often,a deeply scientifical approach

what this site,in reality,is-nothing more than an affiliate honeytrap, masquearading as an info site
2196  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 - Investor Plinko, Dice, Slot, Roulette, Bitspin | ETH/LTC Launched! on: June 13, 2018, 10:47:09 AM
As I was told I think the winner converted the prize to eth so he finally got 1.245 ETH with this promotion for free just for chatting. I still can not believe it.

If you exchange 1.245 ETH =  0.095722 BTC Final Prize

you better believe it,Bitvest has always been very generous with promotions
one has a chance to win up to 0.175 btc just claiming faucet! lesser faucet jackpots happen daily, some people hit 0.01 btc
add to that daily quests with 200% chain that can bring you 20.000+ tokens daily, events and games
I haven't heard of any other site that gives such an opportunity to its players

2198  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-12]Don't count on a bitcoin rebound from the weekend rout any time soon on: June 13, 2018, 08:04:45 AM
Bitcoin's plunge below $7,000 to a two-month low indicates the cryptocurrency will have a difficult time recovering, technical strategists say.

"The downtrend that began in early May is still intact and will need to be reversed to signal an improvement for BTC," Robert Sluymer, technical strategist at Fundstrat Global Advisors, said in an email.

For him, $7,777 is the key level bitcoin will have to top to signal an uptrend is underway.

More here, https://www.cnbc.com/2018/06/11/dont-count-on-a-bitcoin-rebound-from-the-weekend-rout-any-time-soon-chart-analysts-say.html

2000$ prediction sounds too far fetched
the market is in a clear bear mood, there is no doubt about it
but to say it is going to lose 66% of its value is preposterous
haven't we seen 2000$ to 19.000$ last year in a matter of 6 months? if there are people selling, there will always be people who buy at a lower price and hold
this article is nothing more than an attempt at a price manipulation, there will be all sort of "news" like this
aka bitcoin is going to die,sel sell sell,1500$ or 2000$ by the end of the year, etc.
while behind the scenes there are players who are simply willing to buy cheap
2199  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [12-06-2018] Apple Bans Cryptocurrency Mining on iPhone on: June 12, 2018, 04:26:58 PM
I would not mine cryptocurrencies on something worth > 500$ with some possible earnings of 2 cents per day
but Apple should not care about what their customers are doing with the product, what the hell

especially this part what shocked me:
5- Cryptocurrency apps can’t offer users virtual coin for tasks like downloading other apps, getting other users to download the app, or boosting social media activity

what the actual hell? why would Apple care
I can only assume that Apple has more surprises like the CPU slowdown if the battery loses capacity
and if a user mines alot,he could find out,to his surprise, that the phone is slowing down after a month or so

tried it out, I could not  test it first with the faucet since the minimum is 100 satoshis and the faucet claim is 50 satoshis only
fortunately I had some bitcoin cash,so tried it out eventually
there is a free play option, but I prefer to play with the real money, even if it is the faucet  Grin
its a fun game, but confusing for a new player: how many bombs are there? what are the viking's helmet and the apple symbols at the bottom of the screen?
what is the house edge for this game?if it is >1% why would anyone be playing it at all ,unless they really really like goblins
you should create a detailed FAQ for the game,IMHO

As far as i observed that Viking helmet do symbolize your life yet if i do pick up a bomb that turns to "0" ( Correct me if im wrong) and when it regards with that apple thing you said on here, thats not actually an apple its a bomb with having 3 placed randomly with those boxes thats why i asked earlier if its already fixed in numbers and admin/owner answers it all above this post.

yeah,I played it a little bit more and helmet is indeed an extra life
there are 3! bombs and 36 chests, the house edge is atrociously high
you have almost 1/11 chance to get a bomb
but the game itself is gun and I am still convinced  a detailed FAQ should be present when you release a game like that
