Both crypto are designed for different purposes. Since ICO is gaining a lot of popularity, ETH will go to the moon. I believe for this year, the price will be double. Or even 5x.
And of course there is huge possibility for ETH price to surpass BTC maybe in the next 5 or 10 years.

NEO is the Chinese version of ETH, since the chinese government ban some crypto related act and business (including ETH) all of chinese ICO is using NEO as their platform, and also it spread throughout the whole Asia.

Dari chart di atas kalau di hitung sudah terdapat 5 indikator yaitu :
1. Candle stick
2. Volume
3. Bollinger band
4. DMI
5. Stoch RSI
Dan dari semua indikator, semakin kecil time frame yang di gunakan unyuk entry maupun exit market, maka kemungkinan fake signal akan semakin besar.
Nah, untuk mengurangi keraguan trader sebelum memutuskan menunggu atau eksekusi, sebaiknya melihat kondisi market di time frame yang lebih besar.
Misal time frame 15 sudah valid memberi indikasi buy, seperti yang di contohkan di atas, sebaiknya sebelum kita melakukan buy, kita lihat dulu di time frame 30 menit dan 60 menit, untuk memastikan bahwa di time frame yang lebih besar apakah dalam tahap aman untuk melakukan pembelian.
1 candle time frame 1 jam mewakili 2 candle di time frame 30 menit
1 candle time frame 30 menit mewakili 2 candle di time frame 15 menit
1 candle time frame 1 jam mewakili 4 candle di time frame 15 menit

Logika dasar yang ingin saya sampaikan adalah, semakin besar time frame yang kita lihat berbanding lurus dengan trend mayor/trend dominan yang terjadi di pair market tersebut. Sehingga kita tidak terjebak nyangkut, kalau seandainya ternyata di time frame yng lebih besar masih dominan down trend, sehingga sebelum target profit kita tercapai, ternyata trend kecil kembali mengikuti majornya.

My suggestion would be. NEO, NANO, IOTA + 2 of coin in your list. Those 3 coins seems to be the most promising among others in your list.

Better spread your money, but with only $250, you will get minimum profit by spreading to 4-5 altcoin. Better put your money into 2-3 altcoin, you will gain more significant profit. And regarding to your list, my best advice is POWR, ADA, and ZIL. Those three are undervalued, and they will give you quick profit.

Well, imho, scam is not necessarily take away your money. If you give something (your time, your personal data, anything, your signature) because you are promised to be rewarded, but in the end the person/entity is breaking their promise, it might be called scam/fraud.
And BTW when you give your data freely they might sell it to some people, and many people willing to pay for personal data.

I don't think it is being 'dumped by market maker'. If we look back to the end of 2017, when TRX are insanely pumped, we will realize that the buyer and seller are pulling and pushing the price so it 'make any sense'

Sure, in crypto everything is possible, but if we look at how NEO and ETH are widely used for ICO, imho it will be hard for Waves to reach $100 this year. It may reach $50 but that need lot of luck and resources from developer and investor

You can not really compare them, because the method, process and the time consumed is so different. If you have a lot of time, unemployed and has some money, doing both will be great. But if I must pick one of them I prefer trading since we could manage all the risk.
