It would probably be a better idea to use escrow, that way you are both equally protected.
I am also not sure why you think that people would be willing to accept such low prices when they can just sell it on an exchange
I have no problem operating within escrow until this account is trusted. Do you have any suggestions as far as which services are preferable? lol, sorry but no one would be willing to sell you bitcoin for -10% market price, especially when you are looking for a long term partnership. If you are looking for a trader, YOU should be the person paying a premium, not them.

am i a newbie? i guess so... now i dont have too much bitcoin only about 0.1 and now i started to participate in a signature campaign i hope i will get paid for it
i was looking for answers from newbies and junior members, but of course answers from anyone are welcomed, thats what this forum is for. I just want to see how involved people are getting in bitcoin and to what extent. Can I talk about the time WHEN I was a newbie? First few days I was just posting on coinchat.org (before TF went rouge) and made a couple bitcents. After that I started purchasing bitcoins with paypal (the second week) and bought a couple of bitcoin. Bitcoin was only ~$70 at the time.

As i know every 2 weeks you can make 14 Activity point. So you need 126 days to be Full member if you post everyday 1 post.
keep in mind that post count will not matter if your posts > activity; so no need to spam. So wanted to say my Threat is a Spamthreat ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) or i just should wait for the right Time ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Read here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0 The only thing you need is at least 120 activity. So wanted to say my Threat is a Spamthreat What do you mean? You are planning to spam?

I read some funny and also some pretty ridiculous stuff on here every day. I think some of these golden threads/posts should be immortalized in their own little section so we can go back for a laugh. Who's with me? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Who would be the person choosing the comment/thread? If you want to read some funny stuff, go to the off topic section or something. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) It would belong in off topic and there would be no "winner" just a compilation of what people found amusing that day. Just a thought... I got the idea from another forum and everyone loves it! Just thought it would be fun. This would probably never be introduced by the admins, but you could do it yourself! I would suggest creating a topic in the off topic section and everyday post your favorite comment you found on the forum.

I... think I registered for you? The problem is that it the forms all clear out when I press the blue register button, there is no confirmation message whatsoever.

Big thanks to monbux and his trusted escrow!
Thanks for the vouch! Daily bump HOW TO START THE TRANSACTION WITH ESCROW:1. PM me OR post here (best if you do both) with a short explanation of your trade (what you're trading, who you're trading with). 2. I will start a group PM with all members participating in the trade and ask for confirmation from all parties of the trade details. If you have any terms to mention, do it now before the escrow (me) signs the message. 3. Follow the instructions on the PGP signed message I provide. What happens now obviously differs trade from trade as for they are different. 4. Most likely, a safe transaction would happen and both parties will receive what was initially agreed on. 5. If a dispute were to arise, the transaction process would be halted and I will act as the mediator (and judge) and release the BTC and/or other goods to the party/parties with the most concrete (strongest) evidence and reasoning. I will remain neutral throughout the dispute.
Currently still offering escrow services last few days were very busy for me, sorry! Please keep this in mind: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1108304.0 *SECURITY UPGRADE*I've just purchased a trezor hardware wallet that will be dedicated for escrow transactions. Yay! It should arrive in a couple of weeks, in which I will then make another announcement and contact all parties I am currently holding funds for if they are OK with me moving the funds from my current wallet to the trezor wallet.
Just letting everyone know a couple of things: 1. The trezor hardware wallet has shipped and is en route to Canada! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) 2. I will be on vacation for the next few weeks, but will still be fully active and have internet access, with the exception of my China trip that will take place from around July 11 to July 23. If you really must reach me, please contact me at monbux@hotmail.com. I will still be checking the bitcointalk forum daily, when possible! 3. I will return from my Vacation by the end of July, possibly earlier if plans change. [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

I think we can move escrow.ms or SebastianJu to 'The Big 5'. What do you think? I believe that escrow.ms is currently not offering escrow services, according to his profile signature: "Not accepting escrow request's at the moment."

The fact that you are not using multisig does not encourage trust in your site. You can simply walk away with every escrow deposit overnight. With multisig you can not do that.
I'm seeing what can be done about this right now. Thanks for the push, this will be no.1 on my to-do for this project. Put simply: allow multi-sig escrow. I'm not sure how you would be involved for that though. Maybe just offer a non-profit free service ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Sorry, I forgot to confirm here that the OP has indeed provided me with a working Qlinkgroup admin panel. I'm using it and it's working but why is it that we have to download the client and not just work on the website itself?

Accurate judgement and trustworthiness will get you into default trust list. People who go for default trust list are less likely to get into it than people who don't. DefaultTrust is a user created by theymos, on trust depth 0. The people on trust depth 1 are the people that are on DefaultTrust's (theymos's) trust list. They were added to start the trust network, I believe, or something like that. To get into depth 1, you would have to be on DefaultTrust's trust list.
Theymos has different trust list. DefaultTrust's trust list and theymos's trust list are different. Also, DefaultTrust's trust list and default trust list are different. DefaultTrust's trust list is trust list of the admin-controlled account 'DefaultTrust'. Default trust list is the trust list a user have until they change it. A default trust list consists of people in DefaultTrust's trust list, the people trusted by them and the user itself. Correct, but it is dependant on the trust depth you set in the trust settings, no? Also, DefaultTrust is owned by theymos, correct? Or does any admin/global mod, like badbear, also have control over it? P.S. thanks for clarification, I edited my first post.

Try localbitcoins it is faster.
I looked at localbitcoins, but the prices are very high. I'm in Canada, and the exchange rates change so much it's complicated. If I need the coins, I want to get some of them on this forum. But I don't know yet if I need them, I'm just getting prepared in case. Are you looking to pay in USD or CAD, then? Have you ever thought of actually meeting up with someone and trading - cash for bitcoin? It depends, where do you live in Canada?

We are living under the free market system except you are living under communist rule. And also if there is no buyer there would be no seller. But I'm selling this coupons for years in other sites and I have hundreds of buyers.
That's a lot of buyers. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Do you actually have the proof that back up your claims, though? Which sites are you talking about?
