Hi guys. Does anyone know how to fix the level of free bitcoin bonus?
My friend somehow upgraded his account to the maximum level (he gets +76 satoshi every free roll). I also raised the level of my account, but after each roll, the percentage to the next level is decreasing.
Does anyone know how to fix this percentage so that it doesn't go down after each free Bitcoin roll?
You have to wager/ bet your balance to increase the percentage. The mechanism is in place to reduce the amount of people abusing the faucet.

- Don't reply to in a mega thread
One could always reply to another's reply; i.e. the quote and that doesn't always refer to the OP's question.

Calm down. It's not as if most people in crypto don't knows about the SEC case. Even with that knowledge, they still buy XRP for trading, fund transfer, and gambling purposes. Users have a lot of coins/tokens to choose from including Doge which is seen as merely a meme or a pump and dump but still used for the same purpose.
XRP dropped to 60 cents when the court case surfaced. Imagine those people that were smart enough to buy truckloads, they'd be pretty rich when it nearly peaked at 2 bucks

Same here like the rest, I'm pretty sure those within his local community could vouch for his contributions and a second chance would be a turning point for him.

Guys, I was told he'll be creating an appeal thread soon.
Let's see how things go. Who knows, perhaps the mods/ staffs could look into his case (again)?

UPDATE: Mpamaegbu has responded and will be creating an appeal thread in Meta. Let's do our best to support him ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Can you send me exact link, i can't find any useful posted related to bounties for "Newbie" members ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) If you click on this link, it shows you that fella's (Kamalpasha) posting history is mainly about bounty tasks: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1461727;sa=showPostsBut don't follow the footsteps, it pretty much destroys your integrity on this forum. These people are just posting task completion templates and contributing almost zero here besides spam.

Does anyone have a way to contact Mpamaegbu outside of this forum? Offer him to appeal and explain everything in more detail. Maybe not so bad. Perhaps he will be limited by time constraints, which will allow him to retutn in the future as a full-fledged member of the community.
Thanks Frengki. I'm contacting him now. Will keep you guys posted on any updates.

Same @Smartvirus, it's a shame that all of his efforts just went to waste because of one oversight. There is a huge difference between someone that plagiarizes on purpose vs one that doesn't.

|
|
Well, Mpamaegbu got banned but I think he should appeal the ban. I know I just recently complained that plagiarists don't get banned after multiple reports but can't we just find a nice cozy middle ground. There is enough reason to believe that he didn't intend to claim the text as his own.
Damn, what a pity. I just concluded a deal with him. He was really understanding and willing to wait when I had some unforeseen delays on returning the funds to him, and him sending the funds first. Contrary to popular belief, there are indeed cases of genuine mistakes done by even the most senior members; we all did at some point in our lives (not just on this forum). If it was intentional, they wouldn't even bother spending so much effort and time to rank up. Otherwise the signature ban wouldn't even take place. Sometimes a second chance does help in such cases.

So after getting 9 more merits, i will be prompted to Member rank ? I heard that 10 Merits will make me Jr Member, not member provided activity is completed.
Yup, 9 Merits. 1 Merit makes you a Jr Member but your Activity count also has to match the minimum too. You can check the rank requirements @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0In addition to activity, everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are: Rank | Required activity | Required merit | Brand new | 0 | 0 | Newbie | 1 | 0 | Jr Member | 30 | 1 | Member | 60 | 10 | Full Member | 120 | 100 | Sr. Member | 240 | 250 | Hero Member | 480 | 500 | Legendary | Random in the range 775-1030 | 1000 |
You get merit points when someone sends you some for one of your posts. Additionally, when someone sends you merit points, half of those points can be sent by you to other people. It's posted by the forum admin himself, theymos
