This is one of my achievement in spreading the awareness of bitcoin in my locality so far
Good jobs, but rest assured that what you are doing today has actually been done by hundreds to thousands of other people even though they don't need a thread to announce it. In short, this is the most likely thing you can do if you really want to make people aware about bitcoin in your community.

I haven't had many bad experiences with the bank and its services, but it actually now makes me a little distrustful of it as a very worthwhile place to keep money. Of course I think you need to think about how money works for you rather than you forever working for money, and if this mindset starts to exist then I believe investing is the way out. By the way, welcome to your friends on the forum.
2182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What problem does Bitcoin solve? on: October 20, 2022, 03:22:43 PM
This goes back to policy, indeed, when things like this are still illegal, there is no need to force the will to spend bitcoin because as long as it can still be traded or become an investment asset, why should it be anything else.
It's a different story if the country you live in has made a policy on bitcoin, it can be a legal payment instrument.

But as time progresses and more and more about the adoption of bitcoin, it is possible for something like this to happen in your country, the most important thing is to wait.
Of course there is a chance to expect that adoption to happen in the future, but I don't think it will happen anytime soon.
For a time, it was hard for me to expect the government to legalize bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency as a means of payment. In fact I very much doubt they will change the rules in the next 10-15 years even though there are many countries that are starting to soften the rules.

Ultimately regulation is a problem that makes bitcoin unusable as a legal tender and even the government is eager to centralize bitcoin users with its new rules. In the last few months I started paying taxes for every buying and selling transaction on the local exchange, it benefit the government even though they have managed to prevent use cases as a means of payment.
2183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 19, 2022, 05:35:32 PM
Look let's be so sincere, this season Pep has adjusted his formation to focus more Haaland. Take the game against Copenhagen as an example, the team was totally off. Look again at there game against Liverpool in EPL, immediately Haaland was pocketed by the Liverpool defence the entire Man City team were off in that match.
No need, I watched the match from the start and I think Haaland can still get away from close guard and he can get some shots and headers mostly saved by Allison. So I guess we don't need to argue about something that we both really see right. Liverpool's defense and goalkeeper were good in that match, but they were lucky because Manchester City were caught off guard in defense which allowed them to concede on the counter-attack.

It's not so much about how many goals he's scored as it is about how the team is playing. Right now, the team is built around Halaand, he gets all of the first passes in the third half of the field, he's the target man, and every other player plays for him. Everything is going well right now, but what happens when he gets injured or loses form? He shot blank in the previous game, and the team lost.

To win the Champions League, you need all player's contributions
I don't think you're wrong, but that's how strategy should be. Strikers play an important role in scoring goals, and every midfielder and winger will probably send a pass to the striker for a goal. So many teams do it but really I don't argue for Manchester City while I'm a Real Madrid fan.  Cheesy

There are so many uses for bitcoin that it's a shame if we miss it and don't have it, although there are still many who are against the existence of this bitcoin. But that's not a problem because I believe that bitcoin will soon be accepted in all circles although it takes time. and it's proven that now a lot of big investors are starting to look at the potential of bitcoin.
Assets like this are what we need today, that don't burden the user in every way. This is the advantage of bitcoin that we can't doubt anymore.
Of course it's true, bitcoin has many uses but bitcoin tends to be used more for trading and investing assets than its use case as a currency in my opinion. I don't want to talk about other countries, but Indonesia (my country) every bitcoin user is not allowed to use it as a legal tender. This does not rule out the possibility of getting sanctions if violated, and that is what makes bitcoin only used as an investment and trading asset.

Regulation is still the most discussed issue as to why bitcoin has not been adopted as legal tender on a wider scale. I don't think this regulation will change quickly especially if most countries are desperate to own their own crypto through CBDC.
2185  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: What to do if your Ledger key have gone in the washing machine on: October 19, 2022, 04:53:25 PM
If the Ledger have been in the washing machine you could try the rice trick. It works to save phones that has been damaged with water, and if it works for phones it should work fine with a Ledger.
Yes, it is a helpful solution actually. I had a unique experience when I forgot to bring my raincoat when I went to the forest and didn't get shelter when it rained. All my electronic devices got wet including my cell phone and camera but rice has helped me save them from damage.

This advice can also be helpful for other things that get wet for other reasons, including Ledger for example. But if it's a storage wallet, then I'd rather advise users to buy another one right away instead of using it even though rice can help them reuse (in most cases).
2186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 19, 2022, 03:56:49 PM
If it came down to player quality, PSG would have won it in the last few years because they had better players than other teams. The previous years' winners have taught us that the trophy is won through teamwork, not how many quality players you have on your team. Manchester City, without a doubt, has champions league experience, but they must understand that winning the champions league is not a one-man show; they are relying heavily on Halaand this season, which is not a good idea. Tbh.
I don't seem to agree if you think Manchester City are very dependent on Haaland. It's true Haaland has scored a lot of goals for Manchester City, but I think that's his job as a striker. Other players can also score goals such as Foden, Bernardo Silva, Julian Alvarez or De Bruyne, but Haaland is a target man in the Manchester City squad especially in attack.

For this season, my hero remains at Real Madrid regardless of which team is considered a good candidate to win. Manchester City, PSG, Bayern Munich or any team are good but about the title I want Real Madrid to defend it.
2187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 19, 2022, 03:37:16 PM
I was even surprised Man City lost. Moh.Salah's goal became the decisive goal of the victory. Haaland's goal was annulled by the referee. I think Joao Cancelo was quick to make salah karane unable to sweep the ball from Alisson's delivery to Moh Salah.
In addition, I also saw de Bruyne also missing from midfield. De Bruyne failed to become a creative midfielder. Fabinho and Tiago succeeded in shutting down his creativity. It disrupted the flow of the ball to haaland. In addition Var also provided assistance to Liverpool , as Haaland's goal was cancelled out.
I'm not too surprised, it's a good result for Liverpool. Manchester City actually had some good chances, but unfortunately they struggled to score in that match and ended up losing. Then I think you have to correct a bit that it wasn't Haaland's goal but Foden's goal which was disallowed by the referee because of VAR. In that match Liverpool played well without making many mistakes, that is clearly different from some other match where they drop points so easily.

If in Laliga El Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid, now in the English League the Liverpool vs Manchester City match looks the same. What do you think?
2188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 19, 2022, 03:09:01 PM
Barcelona biggest obstacle in La Liga is still Real Madrid. So when they lose it obviously affects the stability of the players. Because when the top of the standings was led by Real Madrid, it seemed as if Barcelona still couldn't get past. However Real Madrid is already in the first standings, and they will continue to maintain that position. The current Barcelona still can't keep up with Real Madrid and that's the reality. Besides Real Madrid, who are still focused on chasing trophies this season in the Champions League, it seems they don't want to miss the La Liga trophy either.
I believe Barcelona are the best rivals for Real Madrid every season, they have sparked high spirits to compete until the end of the season even though I know Real Madrid are the kings of Laliga. I never underestimate Barcelona more than any other team, they are the reason why Real Madrid are better.

At the moment Real Madrid lead the table with a 3 point advantage over Barcelona, but I don't think it's a safe distance to stay ahead because to be honest Barcelona can put good pressure on them by winning match by match. So no one is the best if there are no competitors, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are by far good rivals for Real Madrid in Laliga.
2189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 16, 2022, 06:40:35 PM
Actually Real Madrid have a complete team for this year. There are so many Real Madrid strikers, if one of them is injured, then there are other players as substitutes. In the last few weeks when Karim Benzema was injured, Rodrygo and Asensio could replace him. In addition, the performance of Real Madrid's players was very good against Barca in today's match. If we look at the average player performance of 7.0

Carlo is an experienced coach compared to Xavi. We can see substitutions are always at the end or after the opponent's substitutions are made. So that Carlo can replace it with an equivalent. And Carlo really believes in the ability of young players.
Great match for Real Madrid today. To be honest, I am very happy with the result and it is as expected. Now Real Madrid have made it 3 points clear of Barcelona although I don't think it's always safe. As I said before, this is a different match from the previous meeting record and great, I deserve to celebrate.
2190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest Mysteries Of Bitcoin on: October 16, 2022, 09:20:08 AM
One of the biggest mysteries in the technology world is the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto
No and no, I don't think it's the biggest mystery for bitcoin, but people continue to think of it as a mystery because they really want to know it. Maintaining privacy is not a mystery, but I think the biggest mystery of bitcoin is knowing when this currency was able to dominate world financial transactions and be adopted globally.

Satoshi should take very good care of his privacy, he doesn't need to reveal how many bitcoin he has, how many wallets he has and where he is now. That's the privacy you really have to think about when you have a bank in your hands.
2191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 16, 2022, 09:04:39 AM
I watched this match Bilbao actually played well it's just that Atletico Madrid's defense is very strong and the goalkeeper made some saves
At first I expected Bilbao to score at least one goal because playing at home they should be motivated unfortunately no
I'm not saying Bilbao played badly they still deserve to be in the top 4.
Based on the match statistics, I believe Bilbao played better than Atletico Madrid but unfortunately they couldn't score the whole match. Bilbao deserved to win that match or even draw, but Atletico Madrid didn't give them many chances. But I think appreciation is also deserved for Atletico Madrid who actually had a good performance in defence. This victory has helped them to be in 3rd place in the standings or 2 points above Bilbao.

Right now, I'm waiting for El Clasico. The match will start 5 hours 10 minutes from now. To be honest, it was the most tense match, but I don't think I should sit idly by in front of the Barcelona fans. Hope Real Madrid win this match, it doesn't have to be easy but 3 points at the end seems okay.  Cheesy
2192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 16, 2022, 08:55:57 AM
That's what most people have been saying, everyone believes Manchester city will win the match, since Haaland which I see as a dangerous player in Manchester city is going to be playing the match, Haaland always convert most of his opptunities to goal, which I believe he will do the same today. I also believe Liverpool has little or no chances of winning today's match, we all see that Liverpool have been struggling since the beginning of the season and Manchester city have being in form this season, I believe Manchester city will win the match, but let's just Wait and see what will happen since we are just having few hours to go.
Earlier this season, Manchester City lost to Liverpool 3-1 in the FA Community Shield final. At that time Manchester City couldn't do much and they just resigned themselves to a number of failures for many of their chances including Haaland. For again today, it is very possible for Manchester City to take revenge even if Liverpool play at home.

Haaland has established himself as the most prolific player at the moment in the Premier League with 15 goals in 9 matches. No one will underestimate his ability to take advantage of opportunities, so surely he will get a tight guard from the Liverpool defence. This will be the most awaited match of the day, there will be an effort from both teams to play well and win the match and both really don't want to drop points. Especially Manchester City, they will try to keep their poin gap from Arsenal who will most likely still lead the table.
2193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 16, 2022, 05:38:57 AM
After Messi era is over at Barcelona, Barcelona now has a figure that Real Madrid must watch out for when these two teams meet. Lewandowski is very enthusiastic about welcoming his first El Clasico with Barcelona, he will try to score a goal as a tribute to the club he is defending and an important record in his first El Clasico.
Lewandowski is a great player, his skills and goal productivity are unquestionable even with his new team Barcelona. I hope Ancelotti can make his defenders watch out for Lewandowski in this game so he doesn't score, but I know it's hard to stop him from scoring so far. So far Lewandowski has scored 9 goals in 8 Laliga match, so I hope Real Madrid players are really aware of that.

Real Madrid had to come out of the shadow of last season's humiliating defeat, 4-0 was a big score and a huge shame for Real Madrid, Ancelotti will try to do his best in the first El Clasico of the season to move away from Barcelona in the standings.
Considering Real Madrid and Barcelona both have the same points, then I think both of them looked expected to play attractively today in El Clasico. I have to ignore Barcelona's poor performance in the Champions League because I believe El Clasico is a different match.
2194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google partners with Coinbase to accept crypto payments for cloud service on: October 15, 2022, 08:52:31 PM
Rikafip, I hope there are many other services that will adopt bitcoin payments in the future. It doesn't matter if it's a centralized service but the best thing is that they accept bitcoin payments. To me, that doesn't detract from the real use case of bitcoin as a legal currency and tender so maybe in the future there will be many other services willing to adopt it and follow in this footsteps.

Maybe this is the good news that we are waiting for which could trigger a massive bull run.
It won't be big, but we'll go through the stages. Bitcoin will be bullish again if there is a lot of market demand. This news doesn't have much of an impact on bitcoin, so the impact on its price won't be as big as you might expect.
2195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 15, 2022, 07:54:04 PM
I also expect a different result from Real Madrid this time.
Barcelona is always claiming that they are strong enough to compete, but if you look at how they played in the UEFA Champions League against Inter, you will see that experience matters when it comes to big matches; Anceloti is a very good and experienced coach who understands how Barcelona plays and also knows how to control his players, unlike Xavi, who has less experience than Anceloti. I have hope that Real Madrid will win the match.
Champions League games are something different, it means that you can't expect Barcelona to be ready to win match against big teams like Bayern Munich and Inter. But El Clasico is certainly different because Barcelona is a strong rival for Real Madrid.

I was very disappointed at Real Madrid last season when Barcelona won 4-0, but was expecting something different this season. Vinicius, Benzema and Rodrygo are expected to score wins but Real Madrid's defense must avoid conceding as much as possible. I am very curious about this El Clasico match, hoping it will be very entertaining with some goals from both teams.
2196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 15, 2022, 07:39:55 PM
Almost all football fans believe that Real Madrid will win or are likely to win. But I think Barcelona have the ability to beat Real Madrid. Barcelona have a chance if Xavi can tactically show good things in their defensive lineup. But Barcelona will have to work harder than Real Madrid to win.
I want Barcelona's record in the last 8 matches to be broken by Real Madrid in tomorrow's El Clasico. Of course I really expect Real Madrid to win big at home, but I think Ancelotti is really aware of Barcelona's strength.

Dembele, Raphinha and Lewandowski could really make the difference in that match, but I'm not worried because the experience we have will make it difficult for them to score. I think we lost Courtois, but I hope it's not a big problem.
2197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 15, 2022, 07:30:54 PM
Big or small the score in Juventus' victory this time, it is already a pretty good progress for the team considering their poor performance recently. After this win, I really believe they will play more freely in their next matches because their win against Torino certainly boosts the team's confidence.

With this result, Juventus is getting closer to the UECL zone, above them there are AC Milan and AS Roma who are currently in 5th and 6th positions.
Empoli and Juventus managed to ensure victory today in their respective matches. Both teams will play next week so today's win will be very important for both of them. Juventus haven't fully played well despite winning against Torino, but Empoli won somehow even though Monza dominated the match.

This victory is certainly good for Juventus and it was clearly to be expected beforehand. Juventus are in 7th place at the moment, but will likely drop to 8th if Inter win tomorrow. There must be a lot of things Juventus have to prove in the next match, meaning Empoli will also have to be defeated next week.

Another interesting match, Atalanta vs Sassoulo. Atalanta were unbeaten until the previous week, but they will lose points if their form drops today. Currently Sassoulo is leading by 1 goal which Giorgos Kyriakopoulos has just scored in the 41st minute, but let's see what happens in the second half.
2198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 14, 2022, 06:00:10 PM
Yes of course although this is not a very important match for Manchester City but they also don't want to lose in this match. They will target a draw in my opinion, so will Borussia Dortmund. They will play it safe, that's the reason why I say it won't be an interesting match. But I also hope that my prediction is wrong, and they will continue to play hard with each other, so that the match will be more interesting than what I predicted.
Manchester City are very focused on the match against Liverpool rather than against Dortmund. I mean, the result of the Premier League match will be more important than thinking about the result of the Champions League against Dortmund. So because the match against Liverpool will be very tiring, rotation is needed to restore the condition of the players.

Because Manchester City are now safe to qualify for the next round, then you may be right that the match is no longer interesting to look forward to. Manchester City only need to maintain their unbeaten run in that match, so it's safe to draw.
2199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 14, 2022, 05:03:30 PM
Borussia Dortmund vs Manchester City I think this will be a less interesting match, because Manchester City have confirmed that they will occupy a place in the knockout round. While Borussia Dortmund only needs to get 1 more point to qualify for the next phase. Manchester City will be more comfortable in this match and will not spend a lot of energy. I think it's time for Pep Guardiola to rotate his players and rest some of his players. Yes, he can do that to take advantage of this great opportunity in this match.
Of course, but I think about prestige. Manchester City do not want to be humiliated by Dortmund so they must avoid defeat as much as possible, and the same seems to be achieved by Dortmund at home. Manchester City will play it safe, but Dortmund must ensure points to qualify for Manchester City from Group G. Manchester City are also safe to rotate players including not playing Haaland, but I hope it is not a match that is taken lightly by Guardiola considering the fans want to watch a great match.

Salzburg vs Chelsea might be more interesting, especially Milan also has the opportunity to get 3 points from Dinamo Zegreb who will play at his home. Group E matches are still interesting until the end, unless Milan lose to Dinamo Zegreb.
2200  Economy / Speculation / Re: what is the bottom of this bear market BTC on: October 14, 2022, 04:50:50 PM
We've seen so far that it's $17,000+.

And who knows if there will be the new bottom of it. Maybe we'll get more of that idea next year if things don't go accordingly and if most markets won't recover.
The fact is that it's possible, of course I agree that we don't know where the lows are.
So far, traders continue to be between resistance and support levels, they can be bullish when the resistance level is broken but on the other hand the support level will not be strong enough to withstand a lot of selling pressure. It is a common thing in the market, we can not avoid one of them.

I've voted for one answer, but I'm not sure if it would be very strong support if severe inflation had kept the economy from doing well. It's possible for bitcoin to drop lower than $17K, but I don't know. We really can't predict its future price correctly.
