2181  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: January 31, 2023, 10:12:49 AM
~
Maybe casinos that don't have a community or ignore it because they already feel that their casino business is able to develop and run normally with so many users in the casino.
But it's true as you said if they don't create a strong and good community then in the long run they will lose in competition with other casinos that have long had a community and loyal users.
This should be one of the development methods that every casino should do in order to survive and compete with other established casinos.

As you know yourself, it doesn't matter how successful and popular among users you are, if you are not improving, you are loosing in the long run to your competitors. Not to all of them, but to those who care about their customers' experience was getting better and better.

~ Casinos certainly know very well how they have to convince their community not to move to another casino.

Gamblers will be trying new casinos all the time. You can't do anything about that. Your goal should be to make them want to stay on your platform, while playing on others too.

Winning a free bet is already giving you a good vibe for the day, but seeing a couple of days later that you have also won a multibet with that

Well, it's something. Smiley

Thank you, Sportsbet.io, for running these amazing competitions, for the great odds, and for the opportunity to make the already great odds boosted!
2183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gates of olympus on: January 31, 2023, 09:08:15 AM
just wanted to share my story.
in my previous reply I said I was unlucky in the Gates of Olympus game, because several times I lost and didn't get the RTP that was set.

If we don't make millions of bets, we shouldn't expect getting the RTP. Theoretically, after 200 spins on the Gates of Olympus we can get exactly 96.50% of our money back(the slots' RTP), but, I think, it is as unlikely as hitting the jackpot. Smiley

but on this day I was able to melt the heart of the zeus grandfather and I was given 100x.
even though several times I played Gates of Olympus I was only given 3x at most. but unfortunately when i get lightning 100x i use only small bet of my local currency.

but I'm proud of myself for conquering grandpa zeus.
I made the link if someone wants to see my victory. the equivalent of $20 https://replay.pragmaticplay.net/Ip9HUophb4

Great win, mate! Congrats! To me, what matters the most is the multiplier. 100x is definitely a nice win. More victories over the grandpa Zeus in the future to you! Smiley
2184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a good idea to just register on casino on: January 31, 2023, 08:29:10 AM
~ I feel like gambling is something I do when I feel lazy, I sit on my couch, open a tv series on netflix, half watch it, half not watch it, basically looking at my phone while the series are going on, and then I gamble on my phone for hours at the same time, and I am not even ware of the gambling I am doing, I am just having fun.

It's a nice way of winding down after a long day of work. I had some issues recently, so I had to be in doctors and worked after 6 pm, and I miss it direly, it is a good time to gamble, no strategy no nothing, just having fun.

Great experience, mate! First off, I wish you to get well as soon as possible, and, secondly, I'm really happy to hear that gambling for your entertainment is helping you to relax from your hard work. That's how it should be for every gambler.

And I absolutely agree with you on not turning gambling into a work. It should be there for entertainment, like in your case, and like, actually, it is for most gamblers around. So, of course, we shouldn't register on thousands of platforms expecting bonuses after not showing up. It would be like another job, I agree.
2185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: QUESTION: For Gambling Enthusiasts ❗❗ on: January 30, 2023, 02:26:23 PM
As far as I play gambling I only use the casino at point A, I think it's easier to do and more fun to entertain myself, Point B I've never done it and until today I haven't tried it, from a game perspective it might be very interesting because we will always competing with our opponents, but unfortunately I personally can't play and understand the game especially poker I can't play it, maybe I need time to study the game at point B so that betting in my game is more challenging and fun.

Don't worry, if you gamble just for fun, you can forget about PvP games, and you won't miss much. Smiley
I'd say, PvP games are for those who want to spend more time than just 30 minutes per week on online gambling. If you are satisfied with your Casino A option, just relax and carry on.

I will tell you one undeniable advantage of Slots over PvP games: with slots you never know what your winnings will be, I mean, they can be huge, while with PvP games it's capped by the prize pool.
2186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Too accessible of online casino grows addiction faster? on: January 30, 2023, 01:20:26 PM
It's right, it's real. And I think that had been discussed a lot of time here in the forum.
Just like how news is easily accessed today thru social media applications, you don't need to go to the gas station for the local paper but instead just open your phone or computer, access your Facebook or Twitter, and voila, you have your news freshly made by analysts in sports and news outlets.
It's not different from how we accessed gambling now, and I can say many people are drawn back to it easily if ever they are on the losing side, chasing losses. That leads to addiction.
Everything now will be all up to you, the right discipline, make it just a hobby, not a habit, put a budget and don't go further than it.

As always, unless someone puts a gun to your head and forces you to gamble, everything depends on you. Around 180,000 people worldwide die  each year because of the excessive consumption of sugar-sweetened drinks, but the drinks are available everywhere, and they should be because of the benefits they bring to people in general.

Gambling is just one of many things that is very bad for you when abused, or, maybe "overused" would be a more appropriate word. If we are greedy, and it's never enough for us, we will find a way to get the thing we are craving for, regardless of its accessibility.
2187  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 🖤 - #1 VIP Crypto Casino on: January 30, 2023, 12:45:54 PM
~
but back to our luck later on january 28th. as we have seen these days bitcoin is only running in the price of 22k - 23k as reassuring if the price prediction will only fall between it. but if my prediction is that bitcoin will be more than 23k

I think I know the winning price. Smiley

Most of the earlier predictions, including mine, were too pessimistic, as we can see now. But my second one wasn't that bad. Smiley

Now it's hard to say who will win because there were predictions by some inactive(in the forum) users in the thread, but whatever decision will be, I'll accept it, because I respect this simple law: "Your money - your rules".

Congrats to the winners, and thank you, Bitcasino.io, for the Bitcoin Predictor contest!
2188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: January 30, 2023, 11:31:40 AM
~ It's unclear whether or not the use of AI for predictions can be used to games of chance or sports betting without further data. Before putting your money into anything, it's important to conduct your research and keep an eye out for red flags that might indicate a scam. If you want to make a wise choice, it's best to do some investigating and get some second opinions. It's also likely that plenty of individuals are already making predictions using AI, but knowing that with any degree of accuracy would be challenging. When it comes to your personal finances, you should always err on the side of caution and put your own well-being first.

I can imagine how to use AI for sports betting, but since Chat GPT's database is not updated regularly(in fact it's more than a year old, if I'm nit mistaken), we can't use the AI for that yet. But my question is, how, even theoretically, we can use AI for the games of chance? I mean, it can tell you what part of your bankroll to stake at once to, theoretically, last longer, but in reality your very first bet can be that with the highest multiplier possible, and no AI can tell you for sure that it won't happen.
2189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Common Online Gambling Fraud on: January 30, 2023, 10:55:47 AM
Another fraud is using multiple accounts to avoid bet limit.

Usually when the gambler is really lucky and always win, the casino will limit the gambler's maximum bet since it's to prevent the gambler will make a lot money if he bet large amount. I don't really understand why such user done this because they can just move to other reputable and trusted casino, there's no huge difference with each casino, only the odds is smaller, but the difference isn't huge maybe around @0.01-0.05.

Me too. Also, is there a such thing as limiting someone because he's just "too lucky"? I mean, I heard about it used to be a thing in the past with land-based casinos, but I've never heard about something like this regarding reputable online casinos.

What about Loan scammers in chat .. ?

There are quite a lot of people in casino chat channels... that will ask for small loans and then people will fall for their stories and they will loan them money. Those people use Alt accounts or accounts that they have bought from other people .... and when they receive the money, they will simply cut and run.

These people will also stalk people's social media accounts, when they spot them on other social media platforms. (Telegram / Twitter ...etc)

No one will loan money to someone unknown, so, we can discard alt accounts, I think. But as for a known account bought from someone, it's possible, although I've never heard of such cases in reality. I mean, it happens in social media all the time, but in casino chat channels ...  I've never heard of it.
2190  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom ? on: January 29, 2023, 01:51:07 PM
one of the biggest obstacle is my bad luck
I have never been luck - I m not a lazy person either but I lose interest in things which are not giving me benefit.
And the other thing is trusting people - I am such a fool  that I made so many mistakes and never learnt it
I think no one who has bad luck only. Everyone has good & bad luck, it depends on how the effort is. If you do anything with a smart way, serious, and eager to learn from the mistakes, I believe you will have good luck at the end of the day. But if you only do a small effort and always has negative mindset, you will never have good luck.

IMO, your problems are:
1. Don't want to learn from mistakes
2. Not use a smart way
3. Always think anything negatively (negative mindset)
4. Don't want to try hard efforts

Agree. The problems you mentioned apply to many people who are always blaming other people/things when failure comes across. The poisonous mindset stops them from attaining what they want. I'd alway remind myself of this whenever I have a negative thinking.

Like if your mindset is not "poisonous"(whatever that means), you will easily achieve your financial freedom?

Blaming others in your failures isn't going to help you, that's true, but realizing it is only a start. A very good start, I have to admit, but it's not enough for achieving your goal. You have to be ready for a long way through hardworking and many failures. It can be a journey of years, many years, not just one or two. You have to be ready to learn things, like people in this thread have suggested. ... But I agree, blaming others is the first thing you have to abandon.
2191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino games plebs like us must play on: January 29, 2023, 12:57:47 PM
Being a plebs doesn't mean we need to get ourselves intimidated in gambling but we must stand to our feet by maintaining only what we can do and know doing well, there's no need of hiding under a covering in pretence when we have no idea about a particular game newly introduced, we have to just learn and improve ourselves and bring down the ego ~

To me all games feel the same, more or less. Those "newly introduced" ones have some slight variations, but they are so small that you don't have to spend your time learning about them.

~ because at the end everyone must have passed through this learning stage, either casino or sport betting doesn't mean as long as you can win and have interest in choosing them, this means we must have a starting ground to build ourselves in gambling before we can have varieties and choice to select when choosing a casino game.

It's a big mistake to think that you can learn how to win in games of pure chance. It's dangerous mistake often leading to gambling addiction. Be careful.

~. I see that @Betwrong haven't filled predictions for any games of this round so far and he already missed Friday's game. So, friendly reminder to do it Wink
~

Thanks for the reminder, my friend! Smiley Yeah, I missed some, but I hope it won't happen again.
Btw, congrats on receiving Ledger Nano X from Betnomi! Good job!

FC Bayern Munich let me down this time. I was confident about their victory on the Allianz Arena stadium. And they did score on the 34th minute, and later there was a moment when I thought my 2-0 prediction could be the exact one, but it didn't happen. What's more, they conceded a goal later, by pure chance, imo, but, who cares, the final score was 1-1.

Amazing win! Congrats! I too got 5k lottery tickets recently, but I wouldn't mind getting 5k sats instead. Smiley

I'm wondering, will there be bets on the Academy Awards accepted in the Freebitco.in's betting section this year? I remember times when the site was accepting bets on many categories, and the odds sometimes were better than on other sites too.

@TheQuin, can you say something about it?
2194  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Tawain war danger too much panic over this here is my take on this on: January 29, 2023, 11:07:57 AM
~
So i dont think media should mention about china invade tawain at all it's not so much interesting info for public.
~

All the more so because it will never happen. Anti Western folks are fond of saying that it is the West that is heavily dependent on China, but the reality is quite the opposite. China's economy is already in trouble, and if China tries to invade Taiwan, all ties with the richest countries in the world will be broken, and no one will be there to help to improve the situation. China's leaders know it, and they will never try to do such a stupid thing as invading Taiwan.
There have been so many deaths in the past 2/3 years particularly due to COVID and earlier due to Afghan US war and then the war lord were not happy people sitting their home and are struggling to make their end meet so they decided and other war - the war b/w Russian and Ukraine and still they think the world population is growing so we should have another war - war against Taiwan

Conspiracy theories? The "war lords"? Yet another war to reduce the population of the overpopulated world? Let me guess, "Putin is the saviour"? Smiley

I find it funny that there are still people like you, who can read and write, and yet they can't grasp anything more complex than Russian propaganda feeding them with that Neanderthal garbage.
2195  Economy / Services / Re: POKER COURSES FOR SALE on: January 28, 2023, 04:27:19 PM
~ Only don't make another job out of it. Just have fun playing. Smiley

$5-$10 buy-ins are about my level too, and although you can still see those all-inners in such tournaments too, you can simply ignore them, because there's only a few of them, one at a table or even less. You can't be ignoring them if there's half of the players like that.
Surely so, i tried to make poker my way of income several years ago. I spent 10-12 hours every day playing 4 tournaments one time. It was awful for me. So no more job in poker Smiley

Yes, it is easy to ignore several, always there are someone who ready to catch them. Smiley

This is interesting. Playing at so many tables at once has never worked for me. I mean, not never. At first I thought it was the best way to play poker, but it didn't take long before I realized that it wasn't worth it.

What about you? You said it was awful because it was hard, but how about profitability? Was it negative, or just too small?
The main idea was that i was waiting for nice cards. When i got strong cards, i fold all other tables.

Yeah, but it's never free, following this strategy, I mean. You have to buy four tickets first, before you can play at four tables, right?

Profit grew up fast, but for 3-4 first hours, after that i began to make mistakes. And everything was nice - no one diverted me, no calls, big monitor - ideal conditions. I think that it was interesting experiment, and it is possible to get some profit this way, but you have to modify your game tactics.

This is like a major rule, innit? You don't change your game tactics playing with the same people, you lose.

I'm playing poker right now, while writing this post, and I want to confirm what I said earlier: it takes not that much time, like 15-20 minutes, before you know an absolutely new(to you) player pretty well, and if he won't change his style, he will lose all his chips to you.
2196  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals! on: January 28, 2023, 01:00:27 PM
~ Lol there are indeed a lot of not known teams and I don't really like to bet on a team that I don't know. Why would the underdogs win against the favorites? Yes, we will have some upsets but I would look for some value bets instead.
If it's just for fun, it will be fine because sometimes we also want to bet on something unknown out of curiosity.
And if the statistics of the two teams are not too far apart and we have difficulty choosing the team, we could choose the underdog because sometimes the underdog can turn things around and in the end, they win.
I once casually chose a team from two teams that would compete and I didn't know either of them but I wanted to place a bet at that time and by chance, I won Grin

Apart from the fact that betting on something unknown is fun indeed, there's also another attractive thing is such betting: the much higher odds than for a bet on a likely-to-win team/athlete. I personally adore making such bets, and, in fact, they make up the majority of my bets.
2197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: January 28, 2023, 12:35:54 PM
~ when the underdog wins, the AI will never foresee it. but definitely, the AI or any other sports picker will predict which team has a high probability of winning.

Yes, and that will affect the odds right away. So, what we would may need the AI for, is to dig out an info that few people are aware about. Like a facebook post by a close relative of an athlete telling that everyone contracted COVID after a family event. It won't be in the news, but it can affect the outcome significantly.

But we need the AI which database is constantly updated on an hourly basis. And ChatGPT is not such an AI, at the moment.
2198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your take on this crypto gambling use case idea? on: January 28, 2023, 11:57:40 AM
Do you think it makes sense if a crypto gambling platform only accepts it's own token for gambling and gambling on it's platform? If the games they offer are one-of-a-kind, new, and addictive wouldn't this make the gambling token very valuable? I am asking on behalf of a friend who wants to build his own crypto gambling project on the blockchain. Will this work? Will this fail? What's your take on this?

Yes, I'm sure, it will. If it will be a unique game and, at the same time, gamblers will be preferring it over others, not only it will be generating huge profits for the creators/owners, but the token associated with it will go to the moon, and many people will be making profits only from buying the token in the early stage. The only problem is to create such a game, a game that despite many hundreds of years of evolution of gambling industry will be better than all its competitors.
2199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this safe to say this about casino platforms on: January 28, 2023, 11:20:07 AM
Is it safe to say that casino platforms is running their business with users find only? I read somewhere that they pay winners with losers money, I couldn't ask him or her if a casino can start business with zero fund at hand, I know that most of them wired their system to favour them more ( lose more and win less ) , if not they will run out of business fast I belief, what do you think about this? Was I wrong about this? Come to think of this, there is no prove that they have some money to pay winners.

Only if a casino has many thousands of users(better millions), they can be paying winners with losers money, and carry on with no problems(in this regard). It's obvious that when only a few people lost some money on the platform, the place don't funds for paying out big wins.

I'm curious, are there laws regulating the minimum a casino should have to be allowed to open? They are different in different countries, for sure, but it would be interesting to read any of them.
