2181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: April 11, 2022, 11:57:57 PM
I'm really optimistic about that trilogy but not because I'm a fan of GGG but because I want to see them clash again for the third and last time, surely GGG is old enough but that's just a number and his skills and IQ in the ring are still sharp as ever. Many have doubted him that he will be lost in this fight but he fought and make that rumors stop. Now, it's Canelo's turn to unlock his key for the upcoming trilogy. His way might not be easy but I can still see that he will be hailed as a winner against Bivol.

Yes, it's Canelo's turn to officially unlock the chances of the trilogy to happen.

I'm not really concerned about GGG's age and look at his current build, still bulky and muscular, and even thinks he's not looked in the 40s.

Regardless, we all want to see the trilogy no matter what. Just curious here on what if Canelo loses the match, is Bivol have to take place or GGG will have another boxer on his timeline to defend his currently hold belts.
2182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: April 11, 2022, 11:54:49 PM
Many believe that Spence could pull a victory on this match and that includes me, but the real thing is that even if Spence is the heavy favorite, that does not change the fact that Ugas have still a chance to upset Spence even if that chance is somehow slim. Again, This will be an interesting fight as many will watch if Ugas can make an upset again or Spence is really too much for him.

By records, by statistics, by power, by experience - Spence really has the upper hand in this match.

However, Ugas is something not to be treated easily. Some popular boxers even think that Ugas can upset Spence. They know the real deal compared to us and they have their own reasons why their analysis turned out like that.

In any way, we just have to wait for the results of this match.
2183  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: April 11, 2022, 11:52:15 PM
Well, that debate has been hot and argument for most people have valid points. So whether they're already in that partnership or not during his post.
We can all agree that they did a great job for promoting stake at the right time during the Super bowl. And I guess take would do this thing again if there's a chance.
There has been some discussion about whether drake and stake were already in a partnership when he made that famous bet, but personally I do not think it should matter at all, what matters is that cryptocurrency casinos as a whole are going mainstream and the same is true for exchanges, and the more something like this happens the more familiar people will become with bitcoin, and this familiarity will make them to eventually buy bitcoin and then use it to buy what they need, raising the adoption, awareness and the usage of bitcoin as a currency.

Yes, that sound seems not a big deal. Regardless, there's no harm about it. It might be obvious that it's part of the marketing so we just have to keep it that way.

Furthermore, what the community should wait for are the future promotions that the Stake X Drake program will release.

I'm sure there are lots of plans on the table that are just waiting to be executed.
2184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: April 11, 2022, 11:50:02 PM
Great choice, I am seeing the value on the Grizzlies as well, they played plenty of games without Morant and yet they are still winning games. I can't believe at first but I realize, why not give them a chance, this team is on the 2nd straight in the playoffs, they might have learned a lot in their first appearance, one thing also, Morant is now healthy.

I also like to bet on Grizzlies but a series match is different from facing different teams. I almost put a bet on them to win the Finals but I'm really rooting for the Dallas Mavericks to win the Finals ever since then. However, Luka Doncic suffered a calf strain injury recently. 5 days before the playoffs started, I hope everything will be okay although I'm expecting him to miss Game 1.

The injury really kills the odds of winning a championship for any NBA team.

It spoils the fun for real.
2185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Rollers on: April 11, 2022, 11:44:58 PM
Quite surprised to see consecutive high roller of above 20BTC on a single wager. Have any of you come across such big wagers in real-time. Came across this while spending time watching the high rollers on the bets tab. Have anyone came across such big bets, and I don't whether this player have managed to make a win or not. Shocked

That was really an impressive bet to see and I think it won't hurt that much to them. Surely, while doing that kind of bet, they already win in some cases. These are high rollers in the first place and expect they have a big bankroll, to begin with.

We just have to watch them as no high rollers lurking at this forum or maybe just a silent.

Want to see real feedbacks from real high rollers and I hope they will bother to response here to share some of their views. Smiley
2186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: April 11, 2022, 11:42:45 PM
They were not able to sustain their dominance, Brownlee was defended well in the 2nd half, the reason why his production is lower compared to game 2. Japeth Aguilar's defense will be missed, unlike the Bolts who have Almazan and Hodge doing some pretty good job defending brownlee too.

Justin Brownlee is really off-night on that game. Even during the time Ginebra has a big lead, Brownlee isn't having a good production and instead, the locals are the ones who are making some adjustments. However, later in the game, Brownlee slowly keeping up with the phase but the locals got their gas lack at the end.

Meralco's Tony Bishop takes that advantage and tries to dominate Brownlee in every possession. No one can stop him on the paint and his FG% on the shaded area is really impressive.

If Meralco will have a chance to take a big lead early in Game 4, expect they can maintain it and that's what Ginebra should have to work out. Meralco is doing great making a rally even behind big points, how much more if they are in the big lead.
2187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: April 11, 2022, 11:35:55 PM
Ben Simmons? Grin Brooklyn Nets have said that they're looking forward to see him in the first round of the playoffs. But that doesn't impress or interest the fans because he was supposed to make his debut long ago.

Most people considered that the Ben Simmons drama will now be over when he was traded to Brooklyn Nets, but still, the saga continues and there's no official timeline for his return. It's not something about injury (if any) or anything else but it really does have another reason. As per the report, he's already cleared to play coming from his back injury and already doing some shootings, etc.

As also stated, he is currently in the development of strengthening his legs and back. Is that can be considered a reason not to play at the moment?

Well then, so be it. They finally clinched the 7th spot in the East, will face the Cavaliers for the same spot or 8th and the winner will face the Boston Celtics in the 1st round.
2188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 11, 2022, 11:27:33 PM
edit : GGG vs Canelo is indeed happening this September 16.
Maybe, last hurrah for GGG before retirement.
Canelo should really be prepared on this one.

That was the ETA but there are pre-requisites for that fight to happen.

GGG has to beat Murata, which now happened therefore 1 requirement is done.
Canelo Alvarez has to beat Dmitry Bivol, and the fight will take place next month.

If Canelo will win, it will unlock officially the trilogy between him and Canelo. Although, I don't hear any news yet for Plan B of GGG if Canelo will lose his upcoming match. Unlike Canelo, who already has a plan if GGG loses to Murata.
2189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UFC fighters will get their bonus pay by Bitcoin on: April 11, 2022, 11:23:24 PM
I'm not sure if all athletes have received information about crypto properly and correctly. If so, there is a possibility that the athletes will be happy to receive bonuses in the form of crypto because they don't have to buy crypto anymore beyond the fees they will incur every month.

If they haven't, I don't think they would be happy to receive a bonus in crypto. Maybe before this is implemented for all athletes, it needs to be socialized first so that no misunderstandings can occur.

Is that even a problem? Smiley

It should be obvious that these fighters, athletes, and so on will adopt the idea of using bitcoin in the long run. For let's say few of them really don't have any idea about crypto in general, it's impossible to think that they won't try to learn about it.

That's not really a big concern to start with. There will be no misunderstanding that will happen. It's not that we are talking about their main salary/checks here. It's just their bonus and learning new things should be easy on them.
2190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 11, 2022, 11:18:15 PM
Here comes with the age issue again, why is it that you're so certain that age is an important factor? I'm not a fan of Donaire but I disagree about it, age will only become a factor if the fighter or boxer isn't active for years or not getting a fight for two years or more.

In the case of Donaire, he already fought twice last year and ended it with a KO and now he's fighting against the Japan's monster Inoue with just 6 months of rest period.

Those people who treat age as a factor for Nonito Donaire are not doing their respective homework and just relying everything on the "name impact" and "age". They are not aware that Donaire even much older compared to Inoue, still has that speed, quickness, and Knock Out power.

The reason is, that Donaire is always active doing his routine operation and always has a match, therefore, training is almost part of his entire life and never stopped. That results in his body not adopting the aging effect.

If Donaire will lose for the 2nd time, it's 100% not because of his age but for other reasons.
2191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: sports betting sites that return your money when you lose. on: April 11, 2022, 11:07:37 PM
Yup. Just like what the title says. I have recently been recommended or referred (since it was a referral link that got me to register) by a friend of a friend into an online sports betting site. Being new to such things, I thought I should ask opinions from veterans here whether such things do exist or not. Although that friend claims that he had already made huge amount of cash from this site, I am still pretty skeptical and haven't topped up yet. But I gotta admit it is pretty fun and appealing to me, just wanna make sure before I put some money into it.
I would really appreciate some online gambling veteran insight Smiley)

Edit: this is the website - lmb.cc

I think this is the same on one of the popular schemes right now in PH, the BF Football. Although on this platform, most people I have known are claimed they already earned thru the daily tasks and massive referrals and commissions. I'm not just sure if they actually do some cash out or their earned money is just a display currently on their dashboards.

Since your friend shows you that earnings are real, we can say that they are actually paying "for now".

But as usual, when it comes to a platform that mostly promotes referrals, we can consider that as the only thing to continue running the site. What if the referrals stopped? How can they sustain their operation?
2192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 10, 2022, 11:57:02 PM
But don't forget that if by chance Butler beats Casimero, those possible fights may not happen.
So in this case, Casimero should really win over Butler. But their fight is already sure right?

Obviously, if Casimero will lose, no chances to face the winner between Inoue and Donaire since no title to unified. Instead, Paul Butler will replace his name and he will be the one that will compete in the Bantamweight Unification match. And while Casimero is climbing ranks again, Inoue now moves up a weight class as that's what he's planned even before.

Although Butler seems pumped, Casimero is on the purpose to not just beat Butler, but also to show Probelleum and MP Promotions what he got.

Just look at my previous, the trash talk is ON and it's gonna be exciting.
2193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: April 10, 2022, 11:54:00 PM
On the below article, it discusses the flaws of Garcia -

https://www.boxing247.com/boxing-news/ryan-garcia-dominates-emmanuel-tagoe-boxing-results/218113

So for the next boxer who will fight Garcia, he may want to check out those above pointers.
But he may change his tactics as it was like a comeback fight after a long break.
Though it is a cherry pick for Garcia, Tagoe managed to finished the 12 rounds but he was more on the Rigo's style here.

Hmm, a good reference but I doubt can be used as an effective tool to counter Ryan Garcia.

As always, boxers are adjusting while in the actual fight. Those strategies that were planned beforehand or during training are not mostly executed on the day of the fight because situations vary and their respective opponents are also changing strategies from time to time.

Who's next for Ryan Garcia? Let's wait.
2194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: April 10, 2022, 12:13:30 PM

Here we go again, Meralco Bolts after trailing for around 10-12 points, now finally got the lead.

Closing the halftime, Meralco managed to cut the lead to 8 points. 6 minutes later in the 3Q, they got the lead. Both teams also struggle in the 3 points area. Ginebra's seems to slow down after entering the 3rd. Coach Tim should just sit Standhardinger for the meantime. I like the rotation of Ginebra when Joe Davance instead is on the floor. My handicap is at risk. Cheesy

16,104 Gate attendance @ MOA Arena. PBA really loved it.

This Game 3, I don't want any headache doing some analysis. Place a bet then just hope it will win lol.

Saturday madness and I might again forget to place a bet because of a hangover lol.

I will consider adding some on Live Betting if I find attractive betting options tomorrow, only if I will be able to watch it Live obviously.

Handicap
Ginebra -2.5

Totals

2196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: April 09, 2022, 04:36:55 PM
I see Garcia is overconfident and I don't know why he act like fighting with a champion.

I don't see anything wrong with that. It just shows Ryan Garcia is considering Emmanuel Tagoe, not an easy opponent to deal with. I like that attitude compared to being an easy-go boxer just because Garcia is the heavy favorite. If that's how he treats Tagoe then definitely, he will go all-in and that's what we want to see.

Tagoe's chance of winning this fight is seen as slim by the bookies but not totally we can't conclude that this is an easy fight for Ryan Garcia.

It's just roughly around 8 hours before the event will start. The event has undercards so expect around 2 hours of waiting before the main event depending on the outcome of those first matches.
2197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: April 09, 2022, 04:29:37 PM
Thank you guys for your response. I have been busy for a while but I have time now, so expect that all your comments will be read.

BTW, I am not going to update the betting odds now, it will remain as is because the opinions of the posters are more important to me.

Odds will surely be changed once the respective Game 1 of the series now commenced.

You need to place your bet now prior to the start of the Playoffs to at least get the maximum odds you want.

But if you don't mind about the possibility of fewer odds, then you can consider placing a bet after 1st Round although obviously, the odds will now be lessened for the remaining teams that will make it to the next round.
2198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: April 09, 2022, 04:23:10 PM

Ripped Casimero photos show he is ready to defend title against Butler

John Riel Casimero posted a photo flexing his body showing that he was prepared to defend his title against Butler.

Trash talk ON! This will going to be hot.

* Probellum recently posted photos of Butler with the caption "Coming for the WBO strap"

* Casimero responds with that photo of him saying "Probellum has posted photos, too. They even have a picture of Paul Butler and they vowed to take my belt. Okay, you just make sure of it because I also plan to remove the head of your boxer, too."

* Casimero called his former promoter Sean Gibbons as "Sean Gay-Bon-E" and ask him to check if the photo posted by him is edited.

This is lol. Cheesy
2199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: April 09, 2022, 12:00:07 AM
They are both already past their prime.

That one I do not agree with for GGG, he has not lost a fight since 2019, in fact, his only loss is against Canelo who is a great fighter and that one was still controversial until now, so I think there's no basis for calling GGG has passed his prime.

Just for the record, there's a period when we called a boxer in his prime or not. At around 39 to 40 years of age, it should be obvious that we can call a boxer out of his prime. Don't get me wrong, being out of their prime doesn't mean they are truly weak. It's just that, don't expect their performance will be the same as during their prime.

Don't tell me you still consider GGG in his prime? If GGG will be able to win against Murata, it does mean he is still in good shape but we can't consider it as a win during his prime. His 2019 fight is remarkable because he was already in a veteran period at that time but still manage to put Canelo in a difficult fight. If only he meet Canelo during his prime, he will win it without a doubt.
2200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: April 08, 2022, 11:59:32 PM
Why people is really that interested on whether this fight would be postponed again or not? Pretty much sure that they had make out some arrangements behind about those lawsuits and if we cant see any
information or news about it then much sure  that they dont really like for it to be known or exposed to the public and since there were no announcement in regarding on this issue then its better that we
should not stressed out ourselves whether this one would be a significant possible problem or not for it to affect the upcoming fight once again.

Don't get them wrong.

They just want an update. Not because they are seeking the real score and status of the fight, it means they are interested in the postponement. Others are just concerned because why those updates are not in public. Most people are looking forward to making the fight happen and since no news, after all, they become worried which is not actually wrong.

I doubt there will be any changes from now on as the fight is just a few weeks' sleep. Let's be positive that this time, Casimero will now be able to fight without any problems.
