2181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good moment to buy btc or eth? on: February 01, 2022, 03:49:33 PM
It is likely that in 2022 there will be an opportunity to buy BTC and ETH at a good low price, but you need to guess when the final fall of the crypto market will be. As you have already noticed, the market has recently experienced a good fall and it is likely that those who managed to buy BTC and ETH at a lower price and now make money on it. What is still swinging such falls, that is, there is a high probability that they will be in 2022 and more than once. Perhaps it is at these moments that you will need to buy BTC and ETH. As for triggers for such falls, they can be the same negative news about cryptocurrency.
We are already on the year 2022 and yes there is a buying opportunity right now because almost all cryptos are in heavy dump but to predict if when is their bottom is something that is hard to do not unless if you have a special powers which are also unlikely.

How can you say that they are in profit when they also bought at low? What can actually happen is they will loose huge if they do that. That is not how to play the crypto game but it should be buy low and then sell high. Apart from the natural fall of eth, there are also bad news that are coming lately from this coin so I do not really recommend eth for the long term but you cannot go wrong in bitcoin.
2182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: EFL English Championship League Thread 2021/2022 on: February 01, 2022, 09:45:35 AM
The possibility for one team to win the match I think is very small because indeed the two teams at this time when viewed from their strengths are quite balanced and judging from the performance of the two teams are also almost the same and indeed still not consistent in maintaining the trend.
I personally would prefer to be in a draw for the current bet because it is very likely that they will draw I think
I also feel same for this match most chances we will have draw case in this match but for Millwall they play 5 matches and won 2 and lost three mostly they are not going to draw and on other side Preston having 1 win 3 draws with this all most chances we will have draw or Preston win option because they are improving their performance and trying to have some better results from every match Millwall is also available for some interesting result but right now they are not good as they need to be.

After this match both teams are going to face some fascinating opponents as well because Millwall is going to visit leaders Fulham and Preston is going to visit Hull which is also having very good record in last few matches after arrival of new owner and management.
2183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 31, 2022, 07:40:11 PM
Match fixing is still going on, only small board pays the price. No one can question big boards, its a reality. Players from all countries do fixing but only few are caught. Bookies are part of cricket and they will remain integral part of cricket  in days to come. Yes Brendan Taylor has done a mistake and that's why he is facing the music, its sad to see such ending of this big player
It's not just about small boards it's also happening in many leagues, and now they have some better way as we all know recently too much noise about IPL as many matches were suspicious with presence of many wrong peoples in wrong places during matches but as we all know ICC is bling about this as they have some good deep pockets from this all, so they are not looking into this all and having all things against only small boards because they know it's all important for their system's success.

Right now, IPL and India is the biggest market for gamblers and bookies, so they are enjoying this all under supervision of ICC and BCCI and blame game is going against peoples like Brendon and few others those have nothing strong backup, and they are under strict laws faced some punishments as well.
2184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: KuCoin vs Binance on: January 31, 2022, 06:10:08 PM
Binance and Kucoin are both exchanges with large trading volumes and both have been the best exchanges so far, I have previously used Binance exchange for trading and withdrawals but after Binance was asked to verify identity information (KYC) for its users and I finally decided to switch to Kucoin exchange because I don't want to risk my personal information.
Many people would like to keep themselves anonymous and they don't prefer for having a KYC and its nothing wrong with it one of the exchanges suitable for them is the Kucoin also even though you dont have a KYC you can access their good feature security like 2FA too. But of course, people would like to choose the known and reputable exchange already so most of the newbies and newcomers prefered the use of Binance over the Kucoin. Also, is crypto.com another good exchange too.
This is also what I noticed that many newbies only talked about binance when it comes to trading their cryptos I think its because binance is being advertised anywhere but I can only see less promotions happening on kuckoin but time will come when those newbies are not newbies anymore, they will get themselves involved on any other exchanges.

KYC is something that most of us allergic on because men this is cryptos and we used to know cryptos as a decentralized currencies right? Thankfully there are exchanges that do not force people to do kyc and yet experience a good service. No doubt that crypto .com is also a trusted one after these two.
2185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Creating a Bitcoin crash? on: January 30, 2022, 06:38:36 PM
The figure is always changing based on the depth of the orderbooks. Selling $xx,000,000 right now could possibly accomplish it, providing no one spotbuys ones full sell order in response.

It would very certainly mean-revert to the original price within hours/days, unless one can continue that continual selling pressure indefinitely. Markets will always tend toward equilibrium over time.

What are your thoughts?
Things have really changed in the market when you compare it to what it used to be before , we Joe have so many investors , although there are still the bigger fishes in the sea, those we refer to as the whales, but can one whale today be able to crash the market that much? Maybe it is possible for such thing to happen, and if I am to say someone that can cause such to happen, I would say the world’s  richest man, Elon Musk, he’s the person that can likely do that or maybe not, because the market is huge now. It might require the combined effort of the big fishes to pull it off, and the question is who is even ready to sell?
2186  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best strategy for crypto trading on: January 30, 2022, 03:30:00 PM
This is very difficult to answer as every trader got different tastes or ways how to do their trades.
But for me. Using multiple time frames, trading on breakout rather than catching the dips/pumps (catching falling knives).
Using multiple timeframes to confirm the price action, not only in 1 time frame, using higher time frame is also best idea to identify the market structure.
There are also tools that are going to be helpful for anyone who wants to be a trader or trading already. If you can find food tools and apply them to your trading then it will help you a lot. And another thing is for the traders to choose the strategy that they believe would work for them.

And before you start making use of a strategy you should make sure that you have taken your time to learn how this strategy works. And making use of stop loss wouldn’t be bad, because as a day trader anything can happen, so it would be good that the stop loss is active to save the day in case things should go wrong.
2187  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who saw the Bear market coming? on: January 29, 2022, 09:59:10 PM
Tried to tell my friends back in the summer that $60k+ was a good time to sell because bear market was incoming.

No one listened. They all were hypnotized by the YouTubers shilling alt coins and thought another 10x was around the corner.

Now, 6 months later they are all talking about the crash incoming.

N00bs....
Your friends did not know that you have more experienced than them or to those youtubers when it comes to cryptocurrency, that is why they do not follow your advices. Now you know that they are not really your true friend. No one saw that the bear was coming except from you because you have predicted it right but no its not only a mere prediction that you did but your long term experience in this field is also what makes your prediction more possible.

Anyway, can we ask a favour maybe you can also share your insights if when will the bull market will come. You can count on us that we will follow your advices.
2188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new Gaming projects? on: January 29, 2022, 09:20:24 PM
Since the existence of NFT and metaverse, there are so many new projects present that are game-wide, so we as fans of this game is one way to get results while playing games, in addition to cyberclassic there are many other games that we can try and currently many game fans who play the game, then this is one of the projects of the future and this is very quickly growing among the crypto user community.
Cyberclassic? Is this different on the signature that you carry? As they sound the same but the signature that you carry seems nice too , he might want to invest on it as well. Whenever there is a new discovery on crypto it will then became a trend that others will follow and this makes us hard to pick if which of them are the best.

There are better projects that are new because they supply the feature which lacks on old project while most old projects are more trusted because they are more older anyway. In my case, I never tried on investing in gaming projects because I am not really into gaming but I am already happy and contented with bitcoin .
2189  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont just borrow money but for the right reason on: January 28, 2022, 02:24:03 PM
You’re right, Metaverse is a very good investment. It’s an investment that would be worth considering, because there are millions of dollars being invested every day, although I can’t say for sure whether it  would be bigger than BTC. When you talk about being bigger, do you mean the Metaverse platforms combined, or just a one platform itself? For example, there are different metaverse platforms and to mention a few of them, there are Decentraland, The Sandbox, and Axie Infinity. I don’t think any of these platforms itself would be able to become bigger than bitcoin in future, but in combination? Maybe.
I hope you know that Metaverse itself is not what you’re investing in right? You’re rather investing in the crypto projects that are being launched on the platform, and mind you, if you are not careful with the projects that you choose to invest in on the Metaverse platform it is going to be a big loss for you rather a win.

It’s not like there wouldn’t be any fake projects that would be launched on the Metaverse as well, Metaverse is simply the internet in a better version of it, and in a different way, so you should expect to see the same things that you’re Swing on the regular internet of today. Make sure that you’re investing your money wisely and don’t just get into anything you see.
2190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of the NFTs on: January 28, 2022, 11:15:11 AM
One thing that boggles up my mind on whats the true usage or relevance of NFT art which everything could really be driven off with hype. Its true that nft made out by those big artist or popular then for sure it would really sell high but if not then it would be just crap and thats reality but surprisingly there are ones who do reach out millions which it isnt surprising specially if its been on main hype as of this moment.
Future would be still unsure because we know once the hype is gone then expect value would really be going down. This is why its not bad to secure out profits out of those NFT's if you do have one.  Smiley
I am going to try to explain this, but I am neither an expert on NFT, nor even have one (just a few free ones). What is the point of any art? What is the point of Mona Lisa? You may say Mona Lisa has a worth, and that is why it is expensive, but what is the point of the art on the wall of your house?

I have one, it is made by an artist, a respectable one since he was capable of it, but not a famous one, so it was VERY cheap, like less than $50, but it is still art, and I believe it looks amazing, put picasso signature under it and suddenly it worths 50 million instead of $50.

Same goes with NFT, people think it has a value, they spend thousands, because that is what they think it worths. There is also the dark side, where people buy from themselves, so if I have 500k, then I create an NFT and buy it from myself for 500k, now I have 500k and an NFT that was bought for 500k. Also money laundering happens as well. So between the art part and the bad people part, NFT became very famous.
2191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How will Coinmarketcap look in 2025? on: January 28, 2022, 10:30:50 AM
Sorry to say but i completely disagree with your list. Bitcoin and ethereum still remain on top with the highest market cap of the overall crypto market. No matter how good is AVAX but it cannot compete with completely decentralized bitcoin.

Do you think investors like Michael Saylor will dump decentralized bitcoin and buy these somewhat centralized coins ?  You need to know that people have more trust in bitcoin and ethereum, not that the technology is good but because no central authority can control them.

People pay money to the decentralization rather than centralized technology.
Cant agree with him as well but I can agree with you. Even if I have a doubts in eth but we cant remove the fact that eth has been in that place for a long time. It is so huge and kicking him in that spot is something that is not easy to do in a matter of 3 years. most especially bitcoin, this coins is the first and only the original and like you said this is the most decentralized coin among all. I do not think someone will disrespect bitcoin for something else.

OP's list are somewhat kinda crazy, he even include coins that are not really doing well today like axs or axie infinity. Lots of players from the sea are now worried about the continuous drop of the coin and they are now selling and abandoning the game .
2192  Economy / Economics / Re: Buy Crypto Or Have Fun Staying Poor! on: January 28, 2022, 08:13:54 AM
Op, are you saying Bitcoin doesn't lose value like that fait currency you mentioned or what do you really mean. Is good we encourage people to adopt Bitcoin and others but not to tell them that Bitcoin or crypto currency doesn't lose like that of fait currency.
Good people!! Invest now before is too late again is my advice for those who care to lesson.
So far I don’t think that bitcoin is losing value, yes there are times that it does decrease in value, it does that like regular and as a matter of fact that is the condition that we are currently into right now, as the market has plummeted and lost its high value, which means that we are in a bearish trend as of right now.

But, if you should check the value of Bitcoin on a long term, like over ten years and compare it with the value of the fiat currency over ten years you would really understand what the OP is trying to say here, and what he is saying is the truth. Although I am not saying that you should have bitcoin as your primary savings, but try to investment more, and not just in bitcoin, but in anything that can help to save value for you.
2193  Economy / Economics / Re: Dealing with tax and crypto ban on: January 27, 2022, 09:29:17 PM
I do not understand the need for countries to send crypto miners away, China did it, and that was a big mistake. Imagine a whole lot of business, where people pay you tons of electricity, maybe hire some staff, and then earn a lot of money all within your nation. Is it possible for them to take that money out of the nation and into some other nation? Of course, but that is up to you to convince them to spend it there.

All in all, they are a business and you should be happy to have as many business' as possible all around the nation. That's how you make money as a nation, you get taxes and the more you get taxes the richer your nation will become and sending these companies away only drops the taxes you can collect, makes no sense.
2194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 27, 2022, 08:51:48 PM
Muttiah Muralitharan incident happened in era when small boards have some space in ICC body. Arjuna Ranatunga the then SL captain took firm stand on that non-sense move by Aussie umpire and it was fully supported by SL cricket board, as a result Muttiah Muralitharan continued his career without further interruption. Nowadays rules are set to favor Big 3 players, no major player from big 3 is reported AFAIK.
While we have this incident there was good thing India was not superior and all Asian block was in good shape but sadly after Indian control we lost this and now there are just Big 3 those are doing things for their own sack and just because of IPL money many other boards are not taking any risk and going against them which is really poor from them.

Right now, if few boards take some strict actions then surely we can do some things in better way, but we are split and this is killing with West Indies cricket is struggling very badly South African and Zimbabwe are having their own issues which are very bad for them and some other boards are also having not enough power to create any block, so now we have nothing positive for this ICC and its dual policies.
2195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: There is fear in the market, isn't it time to buy? on: January 27, 2022, 08:11:05 PM
for long term hold buy now isn't a problem but for medium trade I worry you will panic when the market falls again ,alll you have to do is buy a little and continue like that when the market falls ,reserve funds are needed for continued investment so don't focus on dropping all your funds into a few products
Yes, good financial management is always important, especially in a situation like this. We need to prepare funds for preparation some time in the future. For long-term investment in bitcoin, I think this is the right time, as long as we are prepared to be patient with it. But as you said, do not run out of funds that we hold at the same time, to anticipate the worst.
Altcoins are very dangerous place so yeah it is still wise to not max out your wealth on here and if ever were investing in cryptos its also a good idea to diversify or do not put all your eggs in one basket even if you say that your only investing in bitcoin because as we can see, bitcoins right now are also dumped but there are still coins that managed to increase even a little.

We can take this scenario as a good example. Having a stable fund away from cryptos will not only allows us to buy more cryptos when they are dumping and most importantly we can be able to secure our future if investing in crypto does not go well for us.
2196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Bulls Are Coming Back Soon, Are You Ready To Ride? on: January 27, 2022, 07:18:14 PM
Always ready for the bull to come again. Going above the highest price is what everyone is hoping for. The market is still not predictable yet but I think holding is the best thing right now no matter the dip.
We have gone through similar situations in the past and the turnaround was a good experience so we are hoping for the same.
And if we are on the highest price, people will then eventually get bored and hopes again for another dump. It is funny but its true because it will be risky for them to buy at highs than buying at lows. Market is not predictable now but when did the market became predictable? When its in bullish? No, I do not think so because people last time predict that coins like this will get its ATH but what happened? It goes down instead.

Holding is best to do now for someone that bought higher or for someone that is holding for such a long time and yet sill hopes for a better profit but for the people have sold or just seen cryptos recently, this is a perfect time for them to start buying.
2197  Economy / Economics / Re: If you don't buy don't come here to complain on: January 27, 2022, 02:06:04 PM
Becoming a millionaire via crypto currency in my opinion is not really easy as some of you think because let's assume how one will need to invest in Bitcoin at it current market value and how high Bitcoin will need to go before your investment capital can make you a millionaire and equally the time frame since things in like that of 2009 to 2017. For one to have the capacity to get 1 BTC that person should be considered a rich man in the context of my home country, so it not as easy as it was brother.
But, who says it is easy? Not us that are already here but maybe the newbies that are not here yet because they are the ones that has a limited knowledge in regard to cryptos but even a newbie has a chance if they take things seriously. It only becomes hard if you think it is hard and you wont try it anymore.

We do not need to invest one whole btc if we cant afford it but we can buy small bits gradually and soon, we are going to reach 1 btc without noticing it. Bitcoin is not different anymore compare to the past, I mean it has more potential now to increase swiftly in a short period of time. So, do not over think thing as if they are impossible as that can be an obstacle in reaching your goals.
2198  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is for everyone but not everyone will be for Bitcoin on: January 26, 2022, 09:10:11 PM
The average person must have probably heard of bitcoin or cryptocurrency as an asset class, however the means to start and engage with it is always a problem. Many have been capacitated with knowledge and understands what the game is all about, but they have been stopped by a financial barrier that prevents them from reaching the other end of financial freedom.
That's a waste if they learn and understand btc but they do not have a money to put on it while on the other hand there are people that do not understand btc but then takes a risk and then lose. I think that if a person is willing they will do anything even if its hard just to get what their hearts desire.

Like for example they can do extra work to earn money and use it to invest in bitcoin. If done right their money can grow in btc and that can change their life dramatically. It might be true that life is unfair but everyone has a chance to change their lives. I remember there was a saying once that when you born poor its not your fault but when you die poor well that was obviously your fault.
2199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CBDC will make Bitcoin MORE valuable on: January 26, 2022, 08:43:45 PM
It is everything that Bitcoin it not. I believe if CBDC is fully adopted, it will only increase demand for a censorship-resistant type of money. Bitcoin.
I already knew that is how it is going to be, so I am not surprised at all about this. The government never liked bitcoin because of how they were not able to control it, decentralization and how users are able to to maintain privacy with it. They have laid out so many complaints on why they would want to stop people from making use of cryptocurrency, going as far as to say that it is being used for illicit activities only.

And I have read about the CBDC’s that were released in other countries, such China and Nigeria and how these things worked, KYC was required and the government will have every information about you. So it’s not going to work out for sure. At the end People will abandon CBDC, that’s the truth.
2200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will competitors overcome ETH due to ever-increasing gas fees? on: January 26, 2022, 07:45:27 PM
Do you think competitors will vanquish ETH due to ever-increasing gas expenses? In the event that not, why? Are steady delays a result of miners' resistance against lessening gas expenses on the blockchain? Your input will be enormously acknowledged. Thank you.
ETH is not a coin that competitors will vanquish. If it had, it would have vanished long ago. ETH is a very popular coin. ETH developers are trying to reduce its gas price. Not only ETH network but other network fees are slowly increasing. However, for those who do big amount transactions, gas fee is not a big issue yet.
ETH did not dispensary before because it was a good coin once but it changed slowly as the gas fees starts to increase uncontrollably. ETH is a coin that already built a strong foundation and it wont break easily just because of that problem and like you said there are big supporters left and they do not care paying extra bucks just to process a transaction because they can still benefit with it.

Most of the complaints that we heard are only from the normal users . well they do not need to force them selves of staying here because there are lots of cryptos lying around that also have the same potential as ETH. Time can only tell if when will ETH return to normal.
