Actually I am really surprised as I talked to a lot of women in the last days and all of them where actually quite positive about the project. To be honest - I thought women would hate us for the project and would call us sexists but kind of the oposite is the case and they like the project and feel that it empowers women.

the idea behind creating a Slack group is detailed in the updated first post V0.2 - it is because the bounty-hunt will take place there and people can contribute. As of my understanding it is way easier to do something like that in slack (but please  correct me if I am wrong  as I do not have much experience with telegram). For announcements we will use this thread here and maybe telegram would fit for this too - so I would consider using it for a more passive communication (letting the community know something) instead of active participation in the bounty hunt and development of the coin. What do you think about that and do you think telegram (or something else) would be more appropriate for that task?

That is an interesting idea - but I think what I still did not communicate as clear as it seems is that you need to "pay" (contribution via time, effort or money) in some sorts for the validators licence and this license is only valid for a certain timeframe - so yes it would be easier to validate than to mine - but that is the point - as otherwise everyone would just mine and try to fake it as the output is much higher than validating (so i think it is good if you make it a bit of an effort to mine to not get too many fakes  - so every time you have to print out the picture, change your efix, change your ip, change your pose and surrounding,....)

The sliding scale idea sounds interesting - we can further discuss that in the Slack-Community. I would love to have you there ! I am making it right now and send out the invites in a bit

so far this is just a very rough suggestion and this topic will also be part of you Bounty-Community Challenge - so it would be great if you want to take part in further elaborating these thoughts there

Just as an explanation, the idea for this - so far - would be that the validators only get their license for a limited amount of time - so they want to have an incentive + they have to actively do something (validating) besides putting money or time (i the Bounty hunt) in it and want to have a fair return for that. We don't know yet how many miners we will have - but thinking of how many validations are possibile doing, besides your daily routine - I would suggest no more than 10-15 (just my estimation and also with the suggestion of doing a fare share of validations for all validators) What do you think about that?

I guess the women will try to trade them in with guys on here or hold them for price appreciation. Although this really depends on how we will distribute and cap the coins - this will be topic of further discuassion in the bounty community (ideas) and here in the community (decision).

Thank you very much for your feedback To be honest - at first this idea was meant as a funny project - but as the discussion went on, more and more ideas came into play and now it seems to evolve into a project that could really spark something new in here and establish connections cross-border connections.

We don't know where it takes us - if this project will fail or flurish - but what we already know for sure is - that it opens our minds and will get us in the heads of people outside of the crypto bubble. We are eager to reach them and show them the great and limitless world that exists in here. Out of a simple idea mayor reach and growth can happen in this space - yes, it is the wild wild west and yes, there are scary and frightening things happening in crypto - but we think, out of the dust, projects with good intentions will flurish and provide value to the future growth of the whole crypto scene. We want to take a step here and provide value with the most positive intentions - include all the feedback we get - to create a solution that truely inspires.

We will open a slack group where you can post your bounty contributions and the community will then vote for the quality of it. This is how bounties will be distributed. It is described in the first post and it is basically built on the example of the Status-Bounty that we liked a lot . We are already talking with the Status guys and hope to be able to get all the things to implement this Bounty-Hunt by tomorrow

We really want to continue this method of ideation and optimization of the coin as it really seems to spark the mind of the community and ours. We also really want to give something back for your great thoughts and help and I hope that you will be delighted with the thoughts we have for BOUNTIES that I will publish later today
