I would like the blockchain technology will be much more developed and widely used in 5 years. If ethereum continue to improve 10-50x from current price is possible. However this is a big if. It is also likely a new project pop up and offer much more powerful tools than ethereum.

The really fascinating thing is to see what will happen to Ethereum once it hits POS (Casper). Once people understand that ETH can be used as a way to gain interest on invested funds, the value could go through the roof (if it'll survive all the hacks and bugs that are being discovered here and there till then).
I agree and that is why im expecting eth to end this year @ 1000 USD. in 5 years could be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars who knows. |

I think before 2022 comes Ethereum price will be up to $1000-$2000. And soon Ethereum will become more popular and continuously increase like bitcoin, and some businesses or company will use the ethereum as payment to their different transactions. It's more likely they'll use the ethereum network and not the coin itself. Allthough using the network also boosts the ether price, I don't think it can go up to 2.000$. I think 1.000$ would be the top. Then again, people said the exact same thing about bitcoin, in this world anything is possible, especially considering a lot of people believe the majority of alts will disappear in the next 5 to 10 years. All that money will flow to the established coins, including Eth. I agree. some people said that 100 would be the top for Bitcoin ahahahah. Loot at it now.
