But i go for a Gladbach win with 2 : 1 goals , (...)

Woohooo just readed and saw the Result about the game between Bayern and Gladbach and my bet was right for the win.

The game ended 3-2 and not 2-1 Huh

So Bayern lost as 99.09% fav, huge upset.

Schalke is taking another attempt today to not break the record of famous Tasmania Berlin's non-winning streak of 31 games; they are currently sitting at 30. Huub Stevens stint was to my surprise indeed a short one and a new coach has been installed. They also brought Kolasinac back, which should help a bit with mentality. Both teams have their fair share of injuries, this should even out. Schalke wasn't doing very well against Hoffenheim in recent years and there is basically nothing pointing to a Schalke win here. And thats why I will play them to win @3.90 and avoid the embarrassment of equalizing Tasmania's 55 year old record.

Its pretty rare for you to go for these kind of upset pick.

Well, I had the draw, which looked kind of reasonable and not a very big upset when I submitted my bet. But then Covid striked Tongue

Does the postponed match counted as a win for everyone? Someone 'might' hit 14/14 though but the rules clearly says that you need to hit 15/15 for the extra prize

No one will have 15/15 or 14/14 anway, so doesn't matter, but I think Sportsbet would still pay out the 1.5BTC. In fact you can only get 13/13 for this week, since Atletico game is postponed as well due to snow. And phew there is lots of snow in Madrid rn, Bilbao wasn't able to travel to the capital Grin

(...) but I feel comfortable with my LIV HT win @1.35.

Self-jinxing is the best Grin Wink

Here are the picks so far (and yes, I was a bit bored^^):

Public table

The only full consensus game is postponed, but there is lots of consensus for 12/15 games. Celta Vigo vs Villareal, Leipzig vs Dortmund and Roma vs Inter seem to be the deciding games this week and ~50% of the few draws that were picked come from these 3. Uncovered results are wins from Benevento/Bilbao and the draw in Flamengo game - I guess this will be the outcome then Wink rdbase and me look in bad shape already with picking against Liverpool Grin

Good luck.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: January 08, 2021, 04:25:41 PM
The odds on Liverpool went down significantly but the multi master still have them at 2.

Which is actually a relatively serious bug and I told Sportsbet already ages ago about it. Because back then you could just play this as a single bet and I am sure it is still possible. If it gets voided is another story, but shouldn't be too hard to update the odds according to the main page and prevent any troubles.
225  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Bitcoin & die Steuer - FAQ on: January 08, 2021, 11:02:54 AM
@ikona102

226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 07, 2021, 11:24:14 PM
On a more serious note I was surprised to see even 1.63 on Bayern to win.

Gladbach has done quite well against Bayern in general since they have become a serious side in Bundesliga again, probably the best of all teams in the last years.

Overall: 6-3-8
At home: 4-1-4
At Munich: 2-2-4

They are struggling a bit in Bundesliga lately, are not super convincing at home with 2-4-1 and look a bit tired (as does Bayern), but I still think the 1.6x is somewhat ok all things considered. Bayern should win this in the end, but it won't be easy and the bts+Bayern bet looks good imo. It's hard to prevent Gladbach from scoring for 90min and Bayern hasn't kept a clean sheet in Bundesliga for ages - in away games they actually always conceded this year and Gladbach always scored at home this season (though only one goal in 6/7 games....).
227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Red Cards in Football and what they do to the odds and the outcome on: January 07, 2021, 10:14:32 PM
There were not that many red cards since the last update and even fewer that match our criteria. And those that did weren't very "good" for our test.

Benevento - Milan
Red Card: Milan in 33rd minute, score 0-1
Final Score: 0-2

Milan held onto the lead and even scored another one shortly after halftime. Benevento had a missed penalty, but this would only have been the 1-2. If they didn't miss, this could have maybe won, but it didn't^^

Osasuna - Alaves
Red Card: Osasuna in 8th (!) minute, score 0-0
Final Score: 1-1

Such an early red card and Alaves couldn't take advantage of it. Osasuna even scored the lead, which Alaves could only equalize with a penalty.

So we are now at 7-5 Roll Eyes Probably the other way round is more profitable Grin
228  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 07, 2021, 09:49:27 PM
(...) Bayern had a 99.09% winning this.
(...) I think there is an 84.01% Eintracht Frankfurt winning this match.

How do you calculate these ? And even with two decimal places, amazing.

This would transfer to the following odds:

Bayern 1.01
Frankfurt 1.19

We can get 1.63 for Bayern and 1.99 for Frankfurt, so we have tremendous value here. But I highly doubt that your calculations make any sense somehow Roll Eyes

229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: January 07, 2021, 09:29:48 PM
Also, there is playoffs Henry who is very much different from regular season Henry hehe.

Hehe, if Henry will be even better in POs, then he has to rush for like 300yds. He already had one hell of a regular season and with 81yds more, he would have had the record for single season rushing yards, which is held by Dickerson with 2,105yds. Lets see, I like him, so would enjoy if he manages to find a even higher gear in POs Grin

One game I'm not touching is the titan Baltimore game.  Rematch from last year and see them as dead even.

If you see this as 50/50, then you should definitely bet on the Titans, because it's good value. These two also played in November and Titans won in OT @Ravens with Lamar playing, so I can see why people like the Titans here - and odds for Ravens have gone up a bit - but I still see the Ravens winning this. TEN is not in that good form like last year and their defense is really very suspect.

Stake has a great NFL promo and you can bet there with some insurance, i.e. if Titans lead after Q3 and lose the game, you will still get paid out (up to $100). This promo is for all NFL games in PO and very nice imo: https://promotions.stake.com/nfl-promo/
230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: January 07, 2021, 01:05:43 PM
150mBTC is still huge with these BTC prizes and it was just a matter of time to see it getting lowered. And if MM isn't stopped midterm, this might not be the last time^^ But it's still great fun no matter the prize, though there is also a high frustration level sometimes, lol.

My picks:

Gladbach - Bayern
Aston Villa - Liverpool DRAW
Celta Vigo - Villareal DRAW
Sevilla - Real Sociedad
Benevento - Atalanta
Atletico Madrid - Athletic Bilbao
Leipzig - Dortmund
Arsenal - Newcastle
Manchester United - Watford
Southampton - Shrewsbury Town
Roma - Inter DRAW
Parma - Lazio
Udinese - Napoli
Ajax - Eindhoven
Flamengo - Ceara

These FA Cup matches are really hard (for me). I would think that the teams who still play CL/EL are not super interested in advancing with this brutal schedule, but even with resting some players, they should still be able to field a good squad. And these bench players of course want to show themselves, to maybe get more playing time further down the road (or a new contract).

231  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Bitcoin & die Steuer - FAQ on: January 06, 2021, 07:23:35 PM
Also grundsätzlich musst du....

232  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Bitcoin & die Steuer - FAQ on: January 06, 2021, 06:47:45 PM

233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: January 06, 2021, 12:00:58 PM
You can throw the Broncos at 9 in there too.

Yes, could be, although I would think Elway will still have some say. Lock is still a bit of a rookie after having spent quite some time on IR in 2019. His stats for 2020 don't look super appealing, but I kind of like what I saw from him considering he doesn't have a very WR crew around him. It's too early to give up on him yet if you ask me, but if the Broncos are very desperate and the GM wants to build a team from scratch, you could add them to the list, yes.

The team that is probably in most dire need of a QB sits at #15 actually - the Patriots. And believe it or not, for my liking NE did quite good this season for all the players they were missing and having a washed up Newton at QB. Getting some of these players back plus a proper QB, could make them contenders again. Don't see them trading up into Top10, because it will be poor value for guys like Wilson/Jones and this is not very BB like. But I would love to see, what they could do with for example Winston.
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: January 05, 2021, 11:41:50 PM
It was quite apparent the Eagles could have won that game, but chose not to. The reason is...  debatable.

I think it's ok what the Eagles did, teams have done it before, just a bit less obvious Grin For me there was never a doubt the WFT would get the W, there was no reason for PHI to win. And this

(...) maybe the NFL should have both NFC East games played at the same time, spare us the 4th q farce.

wouldn't have changed anything, just that it wouldn't have been in the spotlight Cheesy And I am not even mad at the Eagles, because a) it saves the Giants from embarrasing themselves and b) all in all Washington was the best of 4 poor teams in NFC East, so they deserve to be in the PO (by rule^^).

The odds for the Bears seem rather high to me, maybe a dark horse in NFC.

Saints tb Bears is the safest thing for me, despite the Bears only losing in OT in regular season to them. But winning @Saints is very hard and Chicago hasn't beaten any good team away all season long. But you never know, maybe they will go on a run, we have seen it before Wink

For the record:

Cardinals over 7.5
Bills over 9
Carolina under 5.5
Raiders over 7.5

Vikings over 9
Patriots under 9
Giants over 6 PUSH

Some close ones, but 5-1-1 in the end Smiley

The Top10 for the draft looks like this now:

Jacksonville Jaguars
New York Jets
Miami Dolphins
Atlanta Falcons
Cincinnati Bengals
Philadelphia Eagles
Detroit Lions
Carolina Panthers
Denver Broncos
Dallas Cowboys

The bolded teams will or might want to draft a QB, so this could get interesting. The free agent market is thin this year, with the biggest names being Prescott, Rivers, Trubisky, Winston, Fitzpatrick, Brissett.
235  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for a trusted Btc sportbook site to deposit and bet high stakes on: January 05, 2021, 08:21:39 PM
Some of the most trusted and most used sportsbook websites on this forum are Sportsbet, Fortunejack, Stake.com, Betnomi (they may ask you for kyc at some point).

At Betnomi you don't bet with BTC/crypto though, which is a must for OP.

I advise checking out Fairlay which basically fulfills all your requirements.

Hmm, no, it's missing liquidity. Tomorrow there is the top game in Serie A and the over/under 2.5 market looks like this:

Source: https://fairlay.com/market/ac-milan-vs-juventus-17/

The odds are ok, but the liquidity is poor considering this is a game with big names on a day where not a lot of other stuff is going on. And if you go into lower leagues, it gets thinner and thinner unfortunately. Fairlay does tick a lot of boxes and it depends a bit on a) what markets OP wants to bet and b) what is his average bet size, but it's not perfect as well.
236  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for a trusted Btc sportbook site to deposit and bet high stakes on: January 05, 2021, 03:06:46 PM
Such thing doesn't exist, you will always have to make compromises with at least one of your requirements. There are a few, which I would consider trustworthy and you bet with crypto, but you will get limited pretty fast, if you are doing good. There where you don't get limited - crypto betting exchanges - you will not find enough liquidity still and they only have the mainstream sports/leagues/markets.
237  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: January 04, 2021, 08:50:01 PM
It is also unfortunate that you cannot see the limits for your bet.

For me there is a max button in the bet slip next to the stake field.

By the way, the limits are very low in certain games.

I think they are ok, but the more niche/side market you go, the lower the limits of course. It's the same everywhere Tongue For me it's more missing the USP with Betnomi, because you bet with fiat instead of BTC/crypto and this makes Betnomi just another bookie in the end. Sadly.
238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: January 04, 2021, 12:00:14 PM
Here are the early odds:

Source: https://www.oddsportal.com/american-football/usa/nfl/

At first glance and with covid issues probably still to come, this looks all ok-ish to me. Bills are a bit low, but just a bit, maybe weather is already factored in. Though I kind of like the Titans I don't think they will look particularly good against the Ravens with the porous defense they have, so 1.5+ looks good here and I also like the over; this can go well into the 60's.
239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Darts] 2021 PDC World Darts Championship on: January 03, 2021, 11:49:30 PM
"Well, here we go, Anderson with the experience", but he managed to pull through thanks to the early success.

Yep, Anderson digged himself just too much of a hole to make a comeback. He actually started quite well in first set, but missed to check 18 when leading 2-0 in legs and went on to even lose the set. Recovered well in 2nd set, but after that it was all Price basically.
But as @Jackl87 said, it was well deserved, he was leading all statistical categories and Anderson was poor on the doubles with only 26.87% (Price 45.61%). I was mentioning above that Price probably wants it too much, but maybe it was Anderson not wanting it that much in the end having won the WC twice and generally not concentrating 100% on Darts no more.

Lets hope there will be spectators next edition again, I was missing those crazy pictures and the crazy atmosphere during the broadcast Tongue
240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: January 03, 2021, 07:06:18 PM
Jets are still as bad as it comes, they are not really just "slight underdog" to any team, they are underdogs to the whole league at this point.

Hehe, I think they are not underdogs against the Jags right now. And Bengals maybe. But this doesn't matter in the end, since this is all about the odds vs probability. I would bet on the most-sucking team ever, if the odds are right. Would I bet on the Jets @1.7 ? No. Would I bet on the Pats @2.4 ? Yes.

And speaking about the Jags, I will bet on them ML against the Colts, if Dolphins/Ravens/Browns win in the early games. 1.1 for IND is just too low considering the fact they might be out of PO contention come halftime. This could be the worst bet ever, but I like the odds and Jags have the #1 pick locked in already.
