221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can / cannot replace the banks ? on: March 10, 2021, 11:38:10 PM
The bank services is very essential in the society and also there have been around for a long time, people trust the banking system so much and will always wants to work with bank, so I don't think bitcoin will replace bank, there both have thier own usefulness. Many people sees online activities as a treat and will always prefer the traditional way. Not everyone has been able to work with technology so most people will always prefers the established method of saving their assets or valuables.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this still a good time on: March 03, 2021, 09:20:47 PM
With the recent movement of prices in crypto early this year it can be said that this year is actually a bullish year for crypto, prices has actually gone high and have dropped a bit, for me I think the Alth season hasn't even started yet because the year Is still in its early stages, prices is a bit down so I think this is a good time to buy, I believe before it gets to the midterm of the year prices must have already breached a new alths. There is still time to buy into the market because there will be a very big pump in the market prices this year.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk twitted - Doge on the actual MOON! on: March 03, 2021, 06:52:36 PM
This guy has influence on crypto investors, since he is the richest man investors believes if he post about a certain coin then in no time that coin is gonna pump, this is because alot of investors Will want to jump in and invest after seeing his tweet but this might not always go the way we think, he might post about a coin without even investing in it so investors should just be careful and strategise before entering the market.
224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did bitcoin lose its value? on: March 03, 2021, 06:29:41 PM
Bitcoin is no way connected to USD, it's just used to know its actual rate, so if the price of USD goes down it doesn't affect the price of bitcoin rather it affects the rate at which its priced against bitcoin.
USD is a fiat currency controlled by the US government, it's actually not a digital currency so its no way connected to bitcoin, bitcoin is a decentralized currency which is controlled by nobody or government, there are actually much difference between this two, there are only used for comparison to know the actual rate at which people could be able to transact.
225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Major Risks in Crypto Business on: March 03, 2021, 06:05:23 PM
The major risk in crypto is its volatility in prices but at same time the volatile price is what really makes crypto beneficial to traders and investors, so about the price volatility one should just know how to manage risk and also use a good  strategy when trading and When investing always buy low and sell high. Another risk is buying a shit coin, before investing in any project or new coin always make research and be sure the project or coin got good potentials.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better, ether or bitcoin? on: March 03, 2021, 05:28:51 PM
Like people will always say never put all ur eggs in one basket, so I think dividing the capital and investing in both coins will be much more better, tho with the recent price movement is clearly seen that bitcoin price increases more than ethereum price, and this shows that bitcoin will fetch more profits than Eth but since both coins are potential coins its better u invest in both of them.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth gas fees and investing on: March 03, 2021, 05:14:09 PM
Ethereum gas fees is really going insane and this might bring a bad outcome to  the network system if this problem of high fees isn't resolved, users of the blockchain will have no choice but to switch over to other chains and not only Ada there are more networks which have very low transaction fees like the Binance smart chain network, TRC-20 network and with the look of things these networks might replace the Eth network If it's gas fee keeps increasing.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BUSD Vs. USDT on: March 03, 2021, 04:46:54 PM
The two coins are stable coins, there is actually not much difference between the two coins, just that Usdt is much more popular than BUSD and its listed in many more exchanges, for me I prefer using USDT because I find it more convenient to use, everyone has their own choice but am sure many prefers USDT over BUSD.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with Binance Coin? on: February 27, 2021, 01:59:53 PM
The recent price movement of BNB was so surprising, because it was flying as if it will never come down again, currently now there is a retrace in price, BNB is below $250 and I don't think it will fall below $200 because due to the insane rise in ethereum gas fees people are now diverting from using eth network because it's too expensive rather there prefer using BSC network because it's transactions fee is low and affordable. I think this is one of the reason the price of BNB is going high and for sure it will retain its price and even move higher thereby hitting new ATH.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your worst loss in 2021 bull run on: February 22, 2021, 04:23:47 PM
Would I say I never saw this big movement coming this year, I sold out all the bitcoin I had in my possession at $10k taught I made good profits because I bought at 7k after a while about few months I started seeing prices flying to the top  I taught it was just a normal thing that it will retrace to it's actually prices never do I knew I was wrong untill we entered this year. Currently now bitcoin is above $50k, I feel sad selling when prices was just $10k
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Insane Gas Fees on: February 22, 2021, 08:41:41 AM
This can't be true , there must be an error somewhere , if transaction fee cost this much that means there will be a problem Making transaction with this Blockchain , because not everyone can afford such , transaction fee can't be higher than the estimated value of the asset being sent, just imagine an amount hasn't been opted in but it's already showing this high amount, it's very wrong .
232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin at $50k: Looking back at the price perspective on: February 22, 2021, 08:10:32 AM
As of 2009 bitcoin wasn't popular,  and the few who has the opportunity  to own bitcoin never knew it will rise so high someday, there all sold at a cheap rate because there couldn't foresee the future, but as times goes on its value and popularity kept increasing, and today it above $50k. To many it's an opportunity lost but to me I think it's never too late because bitcoin will continue to hit more greater all time highs so the door is always open.
233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Future? on: February 22, 2021, 06:53:35 AM
For me I strongly believe that bitcoin is the future, with it's great movement from it's origination to this point it shows that bitcoin has come to stay and will surely keep increasing in it's value, more big investors and companies are actually seeing the benefits of working with cryptocurrencies and are Investing already, this will actually continue pushing it's value to the top.
234  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Hits Record $48.2K on: February 15, 2021, 11:05:04 AM
Earlier this year many predicted bitcoin price reaching $50k and it was as if it's impossible because $50k was a bit far from it's actual price, but with it's current price and how prices are moving it's clearly seen that bitcoin will surpass $50k, it's a good movement bitcoin hits $48.2k and for me I think the bullish season has just started we will experience more high prices.
235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin before and now on: February 15, 2021, 10:28:28 AM
This year is totally a different year for Crypto, in this year we noticed an all time high in prices which has never been met in the history of crypto , and also early this year crypto has  got much acceptance and many big institutions, individuals, companies and countries has gotten to see the benefits of crypto and are taking part in it so this is actually part of the reasons price are rising so high and price will keep rising so we should expect more high prices this year.
236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OMG !!!!! You BitCoin people were right. I wish I had bought back in March :( on: February 15, 2021, 10:07:16 AM
The recent movement of bitcoin is so surprising and for sure there are much people who didn't buy at it's dip or at a low price and even when there was a retrace in price up to about $33k there didn't still buy and now those people are in regrets of not buying when prices was down and now price are at the top and it will continue rising. Buying of bitcoin isn't a big deal because there are lots of exchanges which accept fiat currency for buying crypto and also has P2P like Binance.
237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria government did not ban bitcoin on: February 10, 2021, 04:19:19 PM
The Central Bank of Nigeria took a very wrong step in banning crypto and  restricting it's citizens from making crypto transaction with thier bank accounts, well I think it will be just a temporary ban because surely there will get to see the benefits of cryptocurrencies and lift the ban. And also there is still hope for Nigerian citizens to make crypto transactions since there are many p2p exchanges.
238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end the dollar’s reign? on: February 10, 2021, 04:03:48 PM
The US dollars has been in reign for a very long time without any currency taking over, but surely it won't reign forever, it will be replaced by another currency but I don't think bitcoin will be the currency to put an end to the US dollar reign. Bitcoin is a digital currency which is controlled by no one and up till date it's still stand as a threat to many governments, it's obvious that many government will surely fight against bitcoin being the global currency
239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Those who regret not buying bitcoin before, this is your chance, buy it now. on: February 07, 2021, 09:13:24 PM
With the rapid growth of bitcoin many who didn't buy when the price was down will surely be in regrets now, but it's so unfortunate that even when some people sees an opportunity there won't take action and there will later regrets when it's already late. After the sudden rise of bitcoin to it's all time high there was a correction in price which shows it was a good time to buy but many people still didn't buy untill the price starts going up again.
240  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: June 15, 2019, 06:19:32 PM
Wow, this is very unlikely for this bitcoin to be created by the government because many governments are very banned from bitcoin and again this bitcoin is very difficult to create by the government because the Tidka government has authority over the creation of bitcoin and this bitcoin should not be created by anyone other than Satoshi Nakamoto  , maybe if the government invested bitcoin it could happen.

the true direction in its aim of creating altcoins, bitcoin is very unlikely, except for a few things Craig Wright has said so far. The current position of the government is not vulgar enough, but if it is consolidated with the private sector, the conditions will be slightly different. But the title remains the same, namely only in alternative proportions.
