221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: May 16, 2018, 12:56:09 PM
I have a question.

What is better? To keep your coins on some Exchange site or to open wallets for each coin?

I would like to hear some advice.  What are pros & cons of each option?

Thanks

I prefer to place it on wallet since some of the exchangers today are having issues on their business but some still are legitimate and they can handle the growth of cryptocurrency but for me i prefer on the wallet.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Is Really A Good Investment or Not? on: May 16, 2018, 11:08:48 AM
Hello, Friends...

I Recently listen about the ICO (Initial Coin Offerings)! But I'm confused, Is it a Right Investment or Not?

Anyone Suggests me!

There are different ico's today and i can say that it was profitable depending on the platform and as an investor then your duty is to read their plans for the future and after that you can determine if it was profitable or not.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Low prices, are you excited about the situation? on: May 16, 2018, 08:12:48 AM
Prices are low and it is presenting a good opportunity ... are you excited about the situation? how do you exploit the retracement to your advantage?
Some investors are worried, but many of us are doing great business and will continue to do so in the coming days.
Which of the purchases of these days made you happier? did you do it on new products (new to you) or did you recover something that you missed in the past?
What are you keeping an eye on and hope to take during the next days?

Low prices only means that you can invest a huge amount in order to earn more profit when the market goes back to normal so it is not a bad news for me because i have different mind set.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Should I do as a newbie? on: May 16, 2018, 07:47:54 AM
I'm Hoeda From Indonesian. I just tried to join today.
First I saw the enthusiasm of my friends in the village who had already mined bitcoin. About 3 years ago, my friend once invited me to join him.
but I refused, because at that time I was studying and working in one of the bona fide companies.
so I do not have time to spare.
and now I have graduated from my college.
then yesterday I accidentally saw my friend on Social Media, he has been successful with his efforts. I started chatting with her, she said her success was due to bitcoin.
after that I am more curious and interested to join to bitcoin.
many new things that I have not known here.
Now what should i do as a newbie and howto get bitcoin BTC ?

I hope the members who have long joined here can share his experience.
success for all of us!!

As a newbie, the best thing to do for now is just rank up your account until it reach a minimum of jr member or member atleast then you can apply to any bounty campaign you are interested to join.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL? on: May 16, 2018, 07:07:36 AM
I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

## If this post has been thought provoking for you, I'd really appreciate a bit of Merit in return ##

Coins today in the market is keep on growing as the time goes by so its better if you will hold for a long time in order to earn more profit in the future.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake) on: May 15, 2018, 04:21:31 PM
A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.

i learned my lesson in the hard way..

That is one of the experience you should never forget, the market price will be always volatile therefore you always need to wait for the prices to grow before selling it in the market and patience is all you need.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Regret! on: May 15, 2018, 03:13:27 PM
Does anyone else regret that hasn't invested in certain Altcoins that now rose 400-800%? Because I regret it a lot. :|

Everyone will really regret that, just like what happened on the investors of bitcoins before, now they are earning wealth and those people who did not believe are regretting today.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty campaign - waste of time or great passive income? on: May 15, 2018, 02:48:07 PM
Crypto world is in crysis now and it's not only due to red market but also because of tons of scam ICOs. And that pisses a lot of bounty hunters off cause scam ICOs produce useless unworthy tokens! People waste sometimes several months to participatein bounty and either get no tokens or get shitcoins.

It's so hard now to find a good bounty. eCoinomic.net platform is running one now and it looks pretty solid and trustworthy, they also predict a balanced growth for CNC token https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2897866.msg29799978#msg29799978

But how do you guys know if your bounty is trustable? Why do you personally trust bounty you're participating in right now?

Let say that there really is a bounty campaigns who are not being honest of their platform but still you should not give up because there are developers out there who really cares about their investors.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why all coins are dropping? on: May 15, 2018, 12:13:41 PM
any body know the reason for current drop?

The market price is always depending on demand and supply of every coins and that is the reason that the price is fluctuating, another thing is that investors will also affect the price.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favorite Exchanges? on: May 15, 2018, 10:55:00 AM
What exchanges would you prefer to see your crypto coin listed on?  Smiley

My only favorite exchanger is etherdelta because most of the bounty campaigns that i have join are ethereum based tokens but there is a one time that etherdelta has been hacked but thankfully my coins are still there and did not lose anything.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why ICOs fail on: May 15, 2018, 10:53:46 AM
There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail.
From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?
1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?"
I believe the list continues.

In my own opinion, the only reason why ico's are failing is that developers are not working too hard in order to get investors and maybe their platform is bad and not good for long term investment.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins to moon 10-20x in 2018 on: May 15, 2018, 10:53:01 AM
Dear Co-alt coin trader and investors,

I would like to know which alt coins do you think that will give minimum 1000%-2000% this year? Kindly give also brief explanation why the coins and tokens you choose will moon this year.

Please respect every post and no swearing. Every individual has their own opinion so please respect.

There is huge chance for altcoins to really reach a huge amount of price since ethereum already managed to surpass 1k dollar this year and it was a good start for altcoins.
233  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Crypto currencies make local currencies disappear? on: May 15, 2018, 10:24:40 AM
Competition between local currencies Vs crypto currencies are in peak now. Crypto currencies have occupied currency market causing local currencies enforce (banks) banning of crypto currencies. We can see number of investors have turned towards to bitcoin and other crypto currencies with large scale. Will there be a chance / time bitcoin and other crypto currencies rule over currency market and local currencies get disappear slowly in a decade or two?

In the future there is a huge chance for local currencies to be removed in different countries since most of the people will just rely on cryptocurrency due to its price in the market that is very profitable and can be used for living.
234  Economy / Speculation / Re: Perfect Time to Buy! on: May 15, 2018, 10:03:09 AM
With all the good news coming out in favor of bitcoin like Expedia accepting bitcoin etc it's time to buy with the price going down. You will not be so lucky next week. I strongly believe it's going to reach $700 by end of next week!

Actually the price today is decent enough to invest since it was down to $10k dollar and i am pretty sure that the market will pump up again back to $20k dollar just like what happened last december.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Potential coins on: May 15, 2018, 09:16:29 AM
What are your top 5 or even top 10 list of cheap and potential coins to share and why. I want to choose according to technology, usability and community. WHile the market is bleeding, I guess this is the best time to take action and get some of the coins while cheap.

I only have 1 coin to suggest for those people who are starting to trade in cryptocurrency and that is eth coins because the price today is very cheap but still it was guarantee that you will earn profit since the value will grow even more.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do I need to sell all alts? on: May 15, 2018, 08:50:25 AM
Good day,
Do you think that BTC is going to reach 20k soon?
If yes do I need to sell all alts and wait for rising BTC?
What to do now ? I am confused!!!!

The best thing to do is just hold your coins today because the prices in the market might still grow up even more or if you are planning to invest on bitcoins then today is the right time because the price is still down to $10k dollars.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cheating in bounty programs on: May 11, 2018, 08:51:17 PM
Do you think that some bounty programs cheat because they do not want to pay bounty hunters by bringing out things to do at they end of bounty campaign? Share your thought or experience.

Actually, the hardest thing for a bounty participants to experience is that if they will not get their payouts, there are bounty campaigns today who are not paying their participants if they did not give their kyc authentication but it was very obvious that they only want to scam their own participants.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO. Buy or not? on: May 11, 2018, 07:56:48 PM
Now I am thinking about buying NEO, what do you thing about this? Shell I wait or buy?

Neo has a good price in the market but if i am going to choose a cryptocurrency that has a low amount of price then i prefer to invest on credits since their platform is really good and the price of their coins is growing very fast today in the market.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your plan? on: May 11, 2018, 06:41:30 PM
By plan i mean when do you plan to cash out. Is it when you have made enough to buy a car, a house maybe? or are you setting your sights higher?

Personally i'd just like to own my own home, after that i would just play with spare change.

If i cash out a huge amount of my profit then probably i will just start a business by that time because in this way i can even earn more profit monthly just like a passive income in order to boost up my earnings.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum vs Bitcoin as goal of investments on: May 11, 2018, 06:11:37 PM
Many people out there don´t believe that Ethereum can be a long term hodling, they simply use it participate in ICOs, sell and buy bitcoin again with the profit. Do you think that may change this year and ethereum can be seen as the choice to hodl?

You should invest depending on the amount of capital you are holding, bitcoins and ethereum coin is both profitable but they have different prices in the market because the growth is not the same so you can always invest depending on your capital.
