I had 0 hw in stats, my cards are actually underclocked a bit and downvolted. Total rejects were around 8% on nicehash, with xmrig its ~2.5%
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TeamRedMiner 0.4.1 - CN v8/R - Vega 64 2200+h/s Rx470 1025+h/s Low Power on: March 12, 2019, 08:03:42 AM
The real problem is high reject rate. I've switched to XMRig and so far I have 1 reject in almost 2 hours, it sort of shows lower h\r but in the end at pool side it is higher.

I have a lot of "job not found" (5%+) on nicehash mining CNvR... with lyra2r3 its way lower
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GMiner v1.35 Equihash(BEAM, BTG)/CuckooCycle(AE, SWAP, GRIN29 on AMD, GRIN31) on: March 09, 2019, 02:18:30 PM
70% power limit, 90 core and -502 mem; averaging 187watt per gpu;
GPU0: 30.5 Sol/s
GPU1: 30.6 Sol/s
GPU2: 31.1 Sol/s
GPU3: 29.9 Sol/s
GPU4: 29.4 Sol/s
GPU5: 29.8 Sol/s

Why would you clock down memory? It gives nice boost to h\r. I kept my 1080ti's at stock 5500mhz, but OC'ed 1080 from 5.0 to 5.5Ghz and it gave each card ~0.5sol\s according to the miner. My TI's averaging 185wt as well but produce ~31-32sol\s

In CNR Furies h\r is higher than in CNv8, though I didn't use Teamredminer to mine CNv8. It was 840hs@1000mhz, and here I have lower clocks(<980Mhz, was to lazy to set CN profiles to cards cos of 20mhz difference). Power consumption also dropped, but I guess @1000mhz it will be just the same

Power consumption has become very spiky in 1.35 mining g29 eg: GTX1070s draw from 70 to 140Wt with fixed clock speed. Pretty sure its unhealthy.. Same goes for 1080\ti, just numbers are higher.

Cool, now there is 0.5Mhs on GTX1080 like on GTX1070\1080ti))
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: lolMiner Equihash Miner, Update: Mar 1st: lolMiner 0.7.1, ASM Kernels (ROCm) on: March 07, 2019, 10:34:50 AM
I've recently compared reported hashrate at Nicehash vs lolminer's with 2xFury and it turns out actual avg. h\r over 12 hours at nicehash is way higher than what's lolminer reports(I got 300sec and 1800sec reporting intervals set). Its 34Mhs+ at pool, while lolminer says it only around 32Mhs.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoDredge 0.17.0 — NVIDIA GPU Miner on: March 05, 2019, 12:16:22 PM
U can't adjust h\r because depending on sequence it varies no matter what miner you use.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: T-Rex 0.9.2 NVIDIA GPU miner with web monitoring page and auto-updates on: March 05, 2019, 12:14:23 PM
How about setting up intensity and cpu priority do you think there is hashrate changes or improvement?

Just looking for good settings not in settings on MSIafterburner do you recommend what settings should I touch and change in order to improve the hashrate?

I use -i 21 for 1070 and -i 22 for 1080\1080Ti... there are improvement in h\r if 23 is used, but power draw becomes spiky. For 1070 there is no improvement if 22+ is used. For overclocking\undervolting cards I use custom curve in AB, I tune it so 1070 draw 120wt 1080 145wt and 1080ti 185wt. With fixed clock\voltage you don't need to adjust PL.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoDredge 0.17.0 — NVIDIA GPU Miner on: March 05, 2019, 09:24:02 AM
I do have ADSL, and normally can play Ping dependent games online, at the same time I have 21 GTX1070ti's spread around 3 mining rigs doing their thing, but MTP just seemed to cause my mining rigs to eat up all the bandwidth, thus causing massive latency in my gaming,
Thanks for the response, I would like to hear others experience with MTP as well,

Max. uplink for ADSL I've seen was 2Mbps, that would be enough for 3 rigs mining MTP, but usually uplink is 1Mbps and that is not, cos at peaks I've noticed that 1x 6card rig may spike up to 400Kbps of bandwidth. Other algos I mine take at least 5x less avg. bandwidth.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoDredge 0.17.0 — NVIDIA GPU Miner on: March 05, 2019, 06:27:39 AM
Does MTP use more Bandwidth from your internet service provider than other algorithms, I am attempting to trouble shoot something on my end, and it sure seems that way, or am I looking down the wrong path,

It does, but unless you have ADSL with its low upload bandwidth it shouldn't be a problem)
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: T-Rex 0.9.2 NVIDIA GPU miner with web monitoring page and auto-updates on: March 04, 2019, 01:34:10 PM
t-rex is faster, power consumption is the same
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 15.1.0 on: March 01, 2019, 04:39:31 PM
We’re pleased to release Bminer 15.1.0. The release provides:

Improve performance of Cuckaroo29 / Cuckatoo31.
Experimental support Cuckaroo29 on AMD cards (ROCM only).

Improve compatibility on Windows.
Fix the regression on UI dashboard.
Reduce reject rate of Cuckaroo29 / Cuckatoo31.

Please see https://www.bminer.me/releases/ for more details.

Happy mining.

How to run Bminer on AMD cards.
You can specify which cards that Bminer should mine on using the -devices options.
While Bminer runs on the NVIDIA cards by default, you can prefix the device IDs with amd: to run on AMD cards.
For example:
Code:
bminer -devices amd:0 -uri beam+ssl://3a13205ec464807c9400f0fde8d56ac49da03bb3812055f08844fe2eaf0b9166.worker@beam.sparkpool.com:2222
Then, Bminer will run on the first AMD card on the system.

Bminer can be run on AMD cards mining beam and Grin(Cuckaroo29) from now on.

Doesn't support R9 Fury

Compare v1.33 and v1.34 on pool side, in v1.34 gps can be slightly less, however fidelity significantly better +5%

Fidelity improved in 1.34 for all cards i have(1070\1080\1080ti), but in 1.33 as you've said already there were no optimizations for 1080 kernels, so I was hoping that there will be some day Roll Eyes

Optimize kernels for GTX1080 on grin29 please please please))) They didnt get any gain in 1.33+ while GTX1070+ had

Did anyone try mining MTP algo (Zcoin) to nicehash with CD 17? Not working for me...

no, CD needs to be updated
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GMiner v1.33 Equihash(BEAM, BTG)/CuckooCycle(AE, GRIN29, GRIN31 on 8GB) on: February 19, 2019, 07:37:01 PM
It’s true, 1.33 uses kernels from 1.31 for 1080, for other cards it uses improved kernels.

Should we expect updated kernels for 1080 in future releases then? Roll Eyes

TrailingStop, do you have plans to make your miner nicehash-compatible for MTP?

Btw, no improvement for GTX1080 for grin29 while GTX1070\1080ti gained about 0.5sol
