221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency vs civic/complementary currency on: November 22, 2018, 11:47:59 PM
Which are the advanteges of cryptocurrency compared to complementary/civic currency?
BTC
There is a growing interest recently on locally used complementary currency such as Sardex in Italy and even if I see the point of crypto about transparency, no link with FIAT world, the fact that owners are the people and not some central entity which controls everything & the excellent technological support, I just want to stimulate discussion. What do you think?

actually the benefits here depend on how we judge, in my own opinion. the advantage of crypto is when we can use it for trading or buy coins during the ICO stage and get the profit, that's all the way to profit profitably. if we hope that the use is easy, this is still ambiguous, because the adoption of crypto is still very little, especially if you don't live in a third world country which is most of them supports crypto already.
222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying with Bitcoin made easier on: November 22, 2018, 11:40:14 PM
Hey guys,

I have seen this: https://www.lifewire.com/big-sites-that-accept-bitcoin-payments-3485965 recently, and I think that there is really cool that we can pay in different places with bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
Do you know other places that allow this?
I think there is a really bright future for online coins in the future.
Where do you see payments allowed with coins soon?

each country has a different policy and also in the application of cryptocurrency, so not all places provide, as well as in my country that has not been able to pay for bitcoin payments at all. But even though there are, there are very few users because the majority of the population prefers to use fiat rather than crypto
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to trade during red market? on: November 20, 2018, 11:47:22 PM
There are suggestions to trade if looking for profits during this period. How and what to do to ensure maximum profits?
Or is it better to invest in top coins and play safe?

P.S.: Though honestly, I don't think anything is safe anyways.

no, I absolutely do not recommend trading when the market turns red like this, especially if there is no candle that supports whether the price will recover, if you only stick to taking dip prices then that will only eliminate your assets. We recommend that you see TA and the candle whether there is a sign the price will go up or not
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This bloodbath shows that more than 95% altcoin holders were just speculators on: November 20, 2018, 11:44:29 PM
If it's untrue then how all are in free fall?

No distinction of currency coins, privacy coins, tokens, blockchains, protocols, utilities etc.

All are falling.

I also think so, but at least with the price that keeps falling like this we can see how people respond to this. some holders complain, but not a few who still support crypto, maybe even to a certain extent. security and price fluctuations here now play an important role so that crypto can survive

225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IS BITCOIN CASH DEAD ? on: November 20, 2018, 11:17:50 PM
BCH doesn't exist anymore and I think only one will prevail out of BCH ABC and BCH SV. Right now it looks like ABC will be the winner but a lot could change, given the current market conditions we might see a scenario in which neither of them will survive.

since the hardfork BCH and the hash wars, which until now has caused the market to crash, there is no good impact, all the major coins that we know are affected. even the two BCHs themselves, for the future even if crypto can survive in this situation, it will also be very lucky but still, the percentage of loss is greater than we expected before

227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does panicking made you feel ease? Or depressed? on: November 04, 2018, 11:29:25 PM
When there are instances that when the coin you hold has turned to dumped hard, are you biting that move to panic sell all your coins? Do you feel ease that you sell all your coin when the dump starts? Or feel depressed when you dump your coins and turns out it almost x2 the usual price.

actually it depends on what happened after that, the moment that happened after panic. if we panic then the price goes down, we are relieved that we have saved assets at a better price. If prices go up again, it can also frustrate me. I've experienced this when the last time the price of Ethereum fell
228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: REAL WORLD PROBLEMS AND BITCOIN on: November 04, 2018, 11:26:03 PM
What real world problem is bitcoin solving rn? and to what extent?

with the existence of bitcoin, the advantage is that someone who was previously unemployed, they could have the opportunity to work even though it might just be temporary. secondly, some countries that have financial economic problems also have the opportunity to be better, even become investors
229  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading or other business what do you choose? on: November 04, 2018, 11:20:31 PM
In the current digital era, many people are starting to trading Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency because they think Bitcoin trading is profitable from other businesses. Some people again say that business is more profitable than Bitcoin trading.

of course crypto is also very profitable if you are an unemployed person, but if you are a manager, it would be better to stay on track, because crypto can be very profitable and can also be a detriment to your time and money.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does making investment right now is still safe? on: November 04, 2018, 11:16:20 PM
As of now, I have seen and heard of many ICO projects that turns out to be a scam and some of it is pure legit ICO but after the conclusion of the sale, the developers is gone without a trace. Now my question, is it still safe to invest? And if it is, where can I find a good ICO that is good for investment and good in terms of bounty campaign. Please can anyone help me.

Making any kind of investment is not totally 100% safe, each of them always have the risk, low and high risk also will give low and high profit. If you're still confuse how to choose good ICO, you can use some ico rating website, in there, all plus and minus can be found
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold or Trade? on: November 02, 2018, 11:15:26 PM
Hey guys, what do you prefer, hold till the end or trading? I know that people who are holding are actually saving crypto from total fall. But is it profitable to hold?

depending on market conditions, actually trading in short periods of time is easier, but what makes it difficult for us is from the psychological side. we more often expect to get at the cheapest prices and expect prices to rise in a few days. that is difficult, except the potential coin chosen is really good
232  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Journey from gambling to trading on: November 02, 2018, 11:10:37 PM
When i started trading i didn't know about money management , risk to reward , psychology and many things
I was just putting money and watching that i would make profit after some days i made a huge loss and i knew after losing that i was gambling
now i am have learnt many things about trading and now making little profits
My last saying is never put your hard earned money in to market before learning , it will take lot of time and effort to make profits, 1st learn then earn don't c profits while learning

Gambling will not increase profit basically, even if we continue to profit, I am sure, the results of these profits will also run out quickly without being felt. something from gambling is, things that are quickly obtained, but also quickly run out. however we try and as difficult as that, it's better.

233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dying off? on: November 01, 2018, 10:46:13 PM
"September has seen the least amount of funds raised by #ICOs in more than a year. Are ICOs dying off?"

Chart here: https://twitter.com/Bancor/status/1049690978213404673

this is the average because of the ICO scam that does not have a clear purpose and essentially just wants to rob investors of money. even though it has reached the softcap, investor funds that have been collected are not refunded and disappear. if later there is a new system for ICO procurement, it is better to reduce the ICO project which has high scam potential
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To invest in an ICO, Reviewing of the team behind is necessary? on: November 01, 2018, 10:27:21 PM
Most ICO's tend to hide their members behind the project. Is not it necessary to know about the team also who are building an ICO project, including other factors of it?

if an ICO project tries to hide the identity of their team and all the members that involved in, what happens in my opinion is the opposite, it will not attract investors' attention because from the start the ICO was suspicious, so investors would think it would be better to leave something unclear like that. Most ICO scams have such characteristics
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should We Diversify Our Investments? on: November 01, 2018, 10:20:56 PM
diversify certainly also reduces risk in our portfolio, putting investment in one part is not a good thing, especially in cryptocurrency. better to get a little profit but continuously. When trading, one day we lose, and one day we win. what's important is what and how our strategy is to reduce the risk of losing it
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The importance of the community in a project. on: October 31, 2018, 11:46:15 PM
1. All projects need their community feedback to make better decisions.

2. It feels good to know that you are among those that finished a particular project, especially if the project is beneficial to the community.

3. Decision makers really need to hear your thoughts and feedback. The advantages of community engagement are very numerous. For instance, they provide better results for all partners, community ownership and lower the amount spent on the project. Community engagement does not only have to do with information dissemination or telling the people what is being done, but sharing of information between the project team and the community.

4. When a community is involved in a project, they partake in the decision making process, which is essential to a successful project outcome.

5. The community plays an important role in PR campaigns. PR campaigns are essential because they bring about increased awareness of the project. Community PR campaigns are less expensive compared to other PR methods. The higher the size of the community, the higher the chances of the project succeeding. This is because the size of the community involved in a project id directly proportional to the success of the project.

6. The community can help educate new members about the project. They can be the project’s ambassador and should be seen as part of the team.

After reading through, I am sure you will agree with me that your inputs and feedback in a project is not just a waste of time. Rather, it is beneficial for you and the project as a whole. Always remember that you are also part of the project team.

actually, in certain conditions the community can also be a double-edged sword, for example what we often see, there must be something in a project, the team and the developer experience problesm while the community is impatient with it and the team wouldn't blowing up about the problems faced by the community directly is why the teams can only be told to be patient. but if it's too much, then the FUD will come to the project

237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there an institution that protects the circulation of Bitcoin? on: October 31, 2018, 11:32:44 PM
The Electronic Currency which is the basis or basis of the currency is the existing currency we know today (such as the dollar, euro, rupiah) which has the physical form and legal status in the eyes of the law. Whereas the base of Crypto Currencies comes from the computer programming language they develop. For this reason, there are various other fundamental differences between Electronic Currencies and Crypto Currencies, among them are. Crypto Currencies do not involve conventional actors in the financial world such as the central bank, and the publisher of Crypto Currencies is also not a financial institution, so there is no oversight institution that has so far sheltered it.

I am sure that this does not exist and for the foreseeable future it will never exist, because from the beginning the goal of crypto was also to become a decentralized exchange, so that if there is indeed an institution that manages, then it is no different from the Bank
238  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be a newbie trader. I avoided losing money. how? on: October 31, 2018, 11:19:22 PM
When you are a newbie you can refer to something on tradingview.com
1.Technical:

RSI (Relative Strength Index) (14): RSI <30, oversold => should buy. RSI> 70 - overbought, you should not buy at this time.
Fibonacci: There are Support and Resist. When prices hit the S, P, R levels, the price will rebound, so You pay attention around S, P, R levels.
You should buy (support) and sell (resist) around these areas.

2.Chart:
The result is Bollinger Bands.
You can refer to the Bollinger Bands here: http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school:technical_indicators:bollinger_bands

These are just some of the simplest indicators for beginners to trade as they are to have safe levels, avoid losing money.
I am also a newbie sharing knowledge so expect people to help. Thank you for reading  Kiss Kiss

do not forget to divide the assets that we use for investment into several parts, so that the funds are not full in just one coin, because it has a high risk and the market is very volatile. Fundamental analysis also plays a role in moments of a particular moment
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some coins are removing from coinmarketcap? on: October 30, 2018, 11:54:56 PM
I noticed some coins are removing from the coinmarketcap and some from specific exchange. I don't understand how the coin vanishing.Could anyone give me some reasons why coins are removing?

most of the coin coins were delisted from the CMC because the tokens / coins were no longer eligible to enter the CMC, whether it was a scam project or because the trading volume was gone or other factors. In my opinion it is indeed necessary to reduce waste and unclear projects
240  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Education for Cryptocurrency trading? on: October 30, 2018, 11:52:13 PM
Hi

Did anyone find a good place to get a crypto trading education?

Freemium or Premium...

I know some platforms offer it for free (very basic) and there is also Udemy but I am looking for real traders that offer something price-worth:)

no need to learn trading by paying premium, it is absolutely not worth doing, in the end there will be no results of these lessons that guarantee 100% that we will profit, different times and market conditions then it also gives us different results
