No, i don't think we were in the shitcoin season. Yes, the market is not in a very good position at the moment, but still i think we shouldn't be that pessimistic. And I don't think the current situation of the market is caused by shitcoins. Because, shitcoins are in the crypto world in even the bull seasons.

Perhaps even not the whole crypto world, scam projects are seriously damaging especially new projects on the market. Unfortunately, investors have almost lost confidence in new projects due to scam projects. And this prevents investors from investing in new projects.

I think there are two reasons for this. The first is that investors now invest in Bitcoin instead of new projects because of the current status of the market. Another reason stems from the fact that even in the IEOs organized by some top exchanges, investors cannot make good profits. Therefore, i think that there should be positive movements in market to increase the interest of investors to IEOs again.

But there are still ICOs that be successful even in this bad market so i can't say that all of the ICOs are dead. And i think the number of successful ICOs will increase as the market starts to rise again.

I think it depends on whether your investment will be long or short term. If you plan to make a short-term investment, I think it will be the most logical and safest way to stay in Bitcoin and Ethereum.
