I think it can go up to 500USD if bitcoin slightly decreases the price. if bitcoin remains at a high price, then not just ETH, another coin will be affected so that the new coins will be lost.

Yes the main example is BCH,its being pumped by Chinese and Korean groups cryptos are made to remove the centralized system but the other thing was happening most of the pumps are being manipulated by the whales.
