Hello, how long does it usually takes to make an withdrawal from betcoin.tm?
My first one took me almost a day, and I tried another one on the 6th February, and I still didn't get it.
Does it usually takes this long?

My last two withdraws i make have been done quite fast i think. One i did around 6 pm GMT comes in just around 30 mins. Second i did around 1am GMT comes after around 5-6 hours. Yap sometime it is instant but sometime need some hours to receive our withdrawal. Maybe the best thing to do before make a withdrawal is to check whether the support is online or not. I have made around 5x withdrawal and most of them were less than an hour, but one of them was more than 6 hours. Perhaps because the one who in charge to process it were not online at the same time when I requested. I don't know, but since they are manual it's likely it will depend on what you said. I requested another one on the same day, and it was much faster. Never got them in less than an hour, probably an average of 5h or 6h. Only that one took me more than a day, so maybe when they are taking to long is a good procedure to talk to live chat. Not all withdrawals are manual. Most of our users, over time, will get auto withdrawals. The more you login and play, the more your withdrawals will be instant. So for instance if you create an account and play for one day per week it will take longer to qualify for auto-withdrawal then if you played two or three times a week. |

because I changed my internet source, and support agent said to me that it is better to use only 1 internet source. It is not good IMHO, because I cant play when I'm not at home.
This is the weirdest things in all gambling sites around here. User should be able to choose freely from where does he wants to login his account from, if you login from your phone which has different IP then your usual computer which is used to login here then there is a high chance your account will be locked (?) , thats kinda nonsense things from a site like betcoin This is not accurate. We cross reference account IPs, not just block an account for using two different IP's. That support agent was, unfortunately, incorrect. |

Yes, we have manual withdrawal - but over time most accounts will auto-switch to automatic withdrawals. To say that all of our withdrawals are manual is inaccurate. 3. Cashbacks are processed manually on Mondays - this week the system did not do it. We fixed the issue and now it is working fine. 4. We relaunched our brand last year in November under new leadership. 5. Could you please check Leaderboard for Highest Weekly Tournament stakes? Username: genata. For the second consecutive week I did NOT receive payment from it and I was in top sports. First week I thought i miscalculated my balance because I was offline. But this week I just didn't received it. And it some error, because I'm getting all others like Highest Daily and more. Also ask in chat one other user - he didn't get it either.
I want to make few suggestions: remove chat pop-up. I believe it is very annoying for returning customers every time to be asked do they need help. When user needs it, he will find it. Add normal buy-in sit and goes. And if it possible to add desktop notification when tournament start.
Support and withdraw are getting better and faster. Bug applause for that.

They are using stock images for sure. OK. BIG to be I'm usually playing 5-15 MTTs stars and i'm writing only when my tables drop under 6. Eating chars is standard. You are doing great promotions and your latest SnGs are great. But people get confused because you dont have any announces/promotions page on your site with explanations. Here are some more suggestions because i start hating few fortunejack software and dont want to move there: 1. ADD promotion page on your site and write exactly what are you offering. 2. ADD rules/faq poker page where you are explaining rules, current rake structure, current leaderboard size, etc. Because now people need to guess about rake, 1% on HU and 5% on 3+ layers. Another example is leaderboard cut in half this week. 3. RENAME SNGs from Guaranteed to Added. Because you are Adding money on these. Your software have weird structure and yesterday people doesnt realize you are adding 3-27 mBTC of your own pocket every on new SNG played just because lack of communication, missing FAQ and weird names/software/starting date/min & max players. To clarify - new SNG are giving like prize pool for 6 players but just on 4 registrered! 4. Reduce stack size on all SNGs with buy-in. 3848 starting stack on the new ones are way too much. I played omaha and it took over a hour! Reduce it to 1500 or make SNGs turbo. About leaderboard money i believe all top 10 players didt get the money in weeks. This week i'm again on 1-rst spot. 1. We are working now on a 7-day system. Each day will have a bonus. For example - our Better-Than-A-Raffle promo will be automated on say.. Tuesday for example. That day you click the promo page and the rules for the daily promo as well as all other active promos will be listed. 2. I'm actually in the middle of doing this one. 3. This sort of goes with number 2 but yeah we're still working on solidifying all of our 'base' tables and from there we will have our rotating 'promo' tables. 4. Interesting point and I'll bring this up next meeting. About the leaderboards - someone else pointed this out and I promise I am working hard to figure out what exactly happened. What the heck happened? Where's the campaign?
Well, folks, let us be honest. We feel that a post minimum with 45 people floods the forum with unwanted spam - and spammy posts do not contribute to the forum in a meaningful way - in fact nothing about the current way signature campaigns are set up do.
So what's next?
We're in the middle of coming up with a campaign that is more based around the idea of a 'brand ambassador' - i.e., someone that not only plays on BetCoinTM but has fun and has experience with at least one aspect of the site (i.e., Sportsbook players, Poker players, Provably Fair suite players, etc.). For this reason we will be handpicking a few select people to become brand ambassadors and offering them a very healthy commission on top of a normal base pay. To combat spam we are also tightening the rules on the quality of posts.
We do not want to be responsible for thousands of posts flooding the forum to promote our brand - even if that hurts us temporarily.
BetCoinTM was founded because our core team believes in Bitcoin and what it can offer not only to the gambling space but to the financial 'ecosphere' in general. Adding spam posts in the forum that has been the fulcrum of the conversation may be productive for brands, but not to the ideal on which we founded our product.
We want to thank everyone for taking part in what was, in all honesty, a great campaign that drove results. Some of you in particular were regarded highly by Gianluca95 and you may be invited to participate in our next campaign.

Min 4 it mean the game will start if 4 or more players are registered in S&G less than that the game will not start and max 6 it mean max amount player registered in that game.
And i think there is something wrong with that tournament
So if it starts as soon as the 4th player registers, how will there ever be 5 or 6 players? Is there late registration? I don't see it mentioned. They always have a hidden terms that could adjusted whenever just like the 888x rollover terms adjustment , and yeah it's weird that's why this site have many problem from the beginning. No late registration, game will started when 4 players fulfilled, but there 6 players on the table. Well nice catch doog. Yes, we had our Sit n Go GTD table giving out more money every time than we thought we were. If the GTD table starts with 4 people, then they get a better deal than if it started with 6. We're fixing this and some other issues now. |

Betting on red and black simultaneously is a great bet for you guys. There is zero chance of the player making a profit, and a ~3% chance of them losing. I would positively encourage players to make that kind of bet against me all day long. Here is the exact calculation:

I don't understand the variables. What is meta.gameOdds? What does odds of 0.5 represent? Is that a 50% chance of winning? So any bet with more than a 50% chance of winning doesn't count in full towards the wagering requirement? What is meta.gameOdds for blackjack? Does it depend on what cards were dealt? I'm guessing the players win less than 50% of blackjack hands, the > 0.5 condition doesn't trigger. I don't see an 'else' - what happens for games with gameOdds <= 0.5? I think you need to make it clear that players may need to wager much more than 888x the bonus amount, depending on how they bet. Currently your bonus terms are misleading, saying that you "only" need to wager 888x. If they were betting their own money (and not trying to clear a rollover) then of course that roulette bet would be great for us. As for the code: If game odds are 0.6, then the rollover amount is 80%. If game odds are 80%, then rollover amount is 40%. This particular set of rules is to protect us from people attempting to 'cheat the system' to unlock the rollover. |
