Perspective, I agree with you. Will it be safe? Here's another question. The main thing that they do not fall on the heads of people in the future. As it was recently in one project. Also this is where the Blockchain is useful. The route is pre-planned and approved by parties. This route is now tied to block and can not be altered (i.e. hacked or weaponized) without private encryption keys of original parties. |

Wasn't the hard cap for pre-sale established at $1 million? I can see on the website there is total raised amount till now is little more than $2.5 millions which made me little confused about the raising targets. Has the main round of sale already started immediately after pre-round or what is the current status on fund collecting ?
presale hard cap was $2 millions. As other ICOs we are suffering from bearish trend in crypto.
