It depends upon the different country if they approved of same sex marriage legalization.We should respect this kind of marriage because like us they are also a human that feel free to love and to be love.The important is they live happily and respect each other to make a peaceful living.

Honestly religion is depend upon your thoughts and your faith.We have different religion and for my own understanding religion  is necessary specially to my faith believing that really make me secured.

Ahmp honestly i support BTC because this is my focused now and i love earning on it.And for Merit i know it's hard to get it but it is the rule ang regulation so i obey it.I will do my best to get merit soon but as of now i will focused to rank me up as a Jr Member.

Honestly i don't hate muslim because all people in this world are equality and have a freedom to choose.I'm really respect all the muslim community and maybe there some of them are bad  but most of them are good.

For motivating employees for me give them appreciation and just feel them how important they are and capable enough to their job.Be good to them,give them trust, and push them to the limit that they can be good as you are to facilitate the company.This things can really motivate them and continue their journey to serve the company.
