Our goal is to have a billion users on our platform and blur the line between Consumer and Expert because for some things a person might be a Consumer, and for others, an Expert. We don't do any market research, but we do spend an extraordinary amount of time on the UX to ensure that it works well for everybody. That is a process and not a goal. Incremental improvements over time.  Billion!? This, of course, is an impressive number of users.
