221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Popular projects and none popular projects on: October 08, 2022, 05:12:08 PM
If I invest in a popular project does that make my money safe from scams or popular projects can turn to scam as well?
There are a lot of examples when popular projects subsequently became bad. You were even given examples of different projects here. Much depends on the team and the usefulness of the provided product of any company. And the point is not that the project initially had the purpose of fraud, but that the product provided did not have further qualitative development.

223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New altcoins you can invest on. on: October 07, 2022, 09:33:23 AM
And again, predictors of trends how to increase your capital without doing anything. It is unclear what this statement is based on. Obviously this is just a mental stuffing not based on serious facts. All the more embarrassing is the activity of an account that shares a forecast that can be taken as a joke.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Generate Profit in this bear time? on: October 07, 2022, 09:24:27 AM
No one can give a sure strategy for profit in this bear market. You need to be careful with the desire for it, it makes one vulnerable to scam. I have so many private messages on Twitter with advice on strategy to make profit from this bearish market, who shares such strategy to people free? No one. The risk is just to high for any short term, the best I can give is to buy the bottom of most top coins and look credible startup to invest in
It is you who correctly noticed that no one can accurately predict the future situation. I also receive a lot of messages from crypto oracles and not only on Twitter but also in many other places. And to the person who asked this question, I can only say one patience and a sober analysis, my friend, and everything should work out.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNb Chain Hacked on: October 07, 2022, 09:18:27 AM
The call is of course disturbing, but judging by the posts that I read, everything is safe. But in the end, I think that everything will be resolved for the better, since the network has a reputation and it is not in its rules to spoil its image. Something similar has already happened and they will come out with dignity from this situation.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does new projects succeed in bear on: October 06, 2022, 03:22:41 PM
Whether the project will be successful or not is an interesting question. Because with such a market it is very difficult to stay afloat now. But still, there are successful projects with their own tokens. It is clear that payment in stablecoins is better and, of course, it will be more reliable from trusted bounty managers.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Crash Incoming? on: October 02, 2022, 06:40:27 AM
Didn't understand you a bit. You write that bitcoin is 16000, but at the moment it is 19000 and it has not fallen that much. As for whether it will be even less, it is possible, but I think not much. For some reason, analysts predict a fall even below 10,000 in the coming years, but I don’t believe in this and, in my humble opinion, this will not happen. And this is not a collapse but a correction.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a testnet? on: October 01, 2022, 08:29:16 PM
With the help of the test network, projects check how the developed platform product works. For example swaps, trading orders, staking and more. By joining the testnets, you can understand how the blockchain works and understand what this or that platform offers. There are a lot of them now, but you can earn only in single projects.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask shows my NGC balance > 13 trillion $ on: September 30, 2022, 08:23:43 AM
Yes, of course it's a bug. It happened to me. You can remove the token and add it again manually. Also in the settings there are options with decimal additions, as you have already been told here. Now I don’t remember exactly how this is done, but there you can throw off all the settings and history, as well as delete the wallet and download again, that is, there are several options. Just be careful with the settings and check everything before clicking anywhere.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins will not survive the bear market? on: September 30, 2022, 08:15:46 AM
Feel free to share your guess, but please back it up.
Does surviving or not depend on the amount of demand?
Or does it depend on the quality of the tech behind the project? Those 2 don't necessarily go hand in hand.

It seems to me that BTC and Ethereum thank their growth prospects to their established names, rather than the tech behind it.
If you think it's different, let me know.
This time will not survive useless projects. Which do not carry any useful component for the crypto community. Those who offer a really useful solution will only increase and there will be a leap in development. Old projects that already have their own product and vision will also raise their level and become even more stable.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are bounty programs or airdrops more profitable to participate in? on: September 29, 2022, 07:21:30 PM
Can you make more money participating in bounties or airdrops? I made the most money doing airdops so far, like the one from Uniswap, but long term, I think bounties like the one from candlelabsdotorg will pay off better. What do you think? Which of these methods of earning free crypto should I pursue?
Sometimes, out of old habit, I also do bounties from trusted managers and airdrops from them or well-known companies. Testnets, as I understand it, also cannot give 100% earnings. There is also a project ambassador or project moderator program, mainly in discord, but this is a long process and payment can be good, but only on condition that the project goes to the masses.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: determine a good project on: September 29, 2022, 07:14:54 PM
If I understand your question correctly, then undoubtedly the advantages of the projects that will survive during this period will be that they are really important both for users and for the crypto industry as a whole. And old projects that already have a good base will offer their improved use cases and new developments in the future.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you think blockchain gaming technology will have evolved by 2030? on: September 28, 2022, 05:02:38 PM
do you believe that blockchain gaming will gain more traction?
It will definitely be. Look at what is happening now. There are many different games and some of them are developing and interest the community with different bonuses. I follow some games industry projects with NFTs and in-game tokens. Let's see which of them will survive in the competition and find their admirer.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin should I invest in other than bitcoin? on: September 28, 2022, 04:42:41 PM
In which coin should I invest money other than bitcoin? Because bitcoin has been the most profitable And what will be the future of the other coin, will it increase or not, then you guys can tell. Thanks in advance
There are not many of these coins. And at the same time, there are a lot of them, if you look closely and analyze some on the CMC yourself. Here in the comments you have been provided with many potential coins for investment, but still make your choice. After careful study.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term investment projects ? on: September 28, 2022, 04:36:37 PM
Now I want to Holder long-term projects. I like platform coins like: SOL, ETH, ... But because it has grown too much
People can suggest hidden gem projects. marketcap under 500 million dollars

Here is a list that I synthesize from the comments:
- Near
- FTM
- Alpha
- GLM
- DAO
- RAY
- DHT
...Updating...

You can leave a comment on the above list or suggest potential Coins.
Of the provided tokens, I know only Near and FTM well. Heard about the rest, but not sure. I can't say for sure. But adhere to this opinion, if you invest in the long term, then it’s better for me to choose coins with my own blockchain. On the basis of which other useful projects are created.

239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Testnet hunters on here? on: September 19, 2022, 01:29:46 PM
I heard that testnets participants are earning good money since last year, is this better than crypto airdrops and bounties this days? Any testnet participants on here to testify this? I heard this from a friend and he claimed he got better results compare to airdrops and bounties.
Not all tesnet events can provide prizes with a larger amount for us compared to bounty or airdrop events, at the beginning of tesnet events sometimes we can get rewards with a slightly larger amount because at that time there were not many members who participated in the event, but for Currently, I think participating in the Tesnet event is no longer profitable, some of them even don't give prizes anymore.
Getting here, indeed participating in the Testnet event is not very profitable and sometimes the efforts that have been made are not worth the profits,
some other projects are also getting less and less prizes and of course we have to be wise in choosing bounty events
Well, yes, these are similar moments, for example, with an airdrop. In the drop, too, let's say it's random and it's not a fact that you will get it. Here you may also be lucky, or maybe the project will not go into wide open space and then you will not get anything. What is interesting here is that learning takes place along the way and you begin to understand the technology of work more.

I'm not sure what your friend is saying, because testnet is still in testing and it will have very bad problems for you, but if it really exists, why don't you ask your friend for that tesnet link, and you can put the link in this thread, for reference source that your friend actually got it. I don't think there's any really profitable projects at the moment, so be careful with things like this.
You are talking about caution. All caution should be in the fact that you should not go through testnets from the main wallets. To do this, it is better to create a new one for these purposes.
