It might be harder for small players, but it's a necessary trade-off to stop multi-accounting/cheating. Why most casinos run out of freebies and bonuses so fast because of abuse by players who create multiple accounts just to cheat the casino bonus systems and that is why most casinos are now lowering their reward system to meet up with demands and sustain their business. For me this is risky. If a company or a service is banned in my country I wouldn’t try do something like this especially since my money will be at risk. Binance banned US users from using their exchange, if someone in the US uses this trick to access Binance and begins trade. There is a possibility that your browser may have a glitch and Binance blocks your account. What do you do?
The fact is, with KYC mandate on binance exchange the user will not be able to access the exchange as a US citizen, because at a point he will need to verify the account before being able to make any trade on the exchange. So I see this as a total waste of time because in the long run, he will need to verify the account at some point. |

So, we can assume that in the future, exchanges will play a major role as government's means of control.
I accept all the point you outline on exchange and it role in bitcoin adoption and government attempt to regulate and control digital asset such as Bitcoin, the only point you failed to mention is that. Government will eventually allow the use of Bitcoin exchange most especially centralized exchange will be use by government to monitor members Bitcoin asset and how tax the income.
