221  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to make serious money by investing into Proof-of-stake – PoS on: July 23, 2017, 05:44:13 PM
This is some interesting and helpful I formation thank you for contributing. I collect many coons myself and its nice to hear others thoughts and opinions on the matter. I enjoyed reading through the comments as well.

I would like to just add that you should never turn your nose up to small profits or lesser known coins. Its about making money so keep thst in mind.

Still solid as a ROCK! Talking about storage value, BTC drops 20%, DMD Diamond goes up in price.

Its a great currency. To me its quite obviously worth investing. I mean... Look st the charts. Its as you say. An amazing longterm coin.
222  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Polybius bank it is a scam? on: July 23, 2017, 05:36:48 PM
Yes !!

I don't care what anyone says. If you can't even pay out your bounty participants why should we trust you with our money ? Of you do things like that you running a scam. You don't need to hear any more that's enough. If you chose to invest in such coins with such behavior don't be shocked when you end up with very little or even nothing to show.

- No company information
- They have listed down different name under In cooperation with but haven't heard anything about polybius from any of them
- Looks like another project with big promises distributing ethereum based token, so just make deep research before making any investment.

Quote
Yes. The total supply is not locked, as we will need to be able to add tokens before the end of sale and revoke the unsold amount
They haven't set total tokens to be sold during ICO, which shows that they are trying to collect as mush as possible and couldn't find what is the minimum amount they want to sell.

So does it mean that they are not legit? I also believe that if any company is just claiming that they going rais big billion USD and will distribute the profits doesn't really mean will be a success in the future. What are there plans and what is the step by step procedure for its execution is also very important to know before we can invest into such companies.
I guess they've been developing their company capability and for now nobody still knows that  how legit are they to people who were connected with them since the beginning of their ICO. The motive of the bank polybius is good and I think profit has to go more progress in the future, so we should wait for another updates and lets see soon what's the actual outcome.

I question whether or not they raise how much they claim to have. This would put them on par with the largest ICOs there are, almost at the top, yet almost nobody even knows about them. That in itself is questionable.

Exactly. Claims are easy to make I can make them right now myself and so can anyone else. People only k ow about them because of the name they use. Basically polybius was an arcade game said to be place around America for a limited time to collect data for the government. They machines vanished. Its on creepypasta.  I mean yes it is possible no its not true but the fact its possible is a little errie.
223  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is this scam? *mybtcpool* on: July 23, 2017, 05:25:39 PM
That's not how you buy a miner. You going about this all wrong. Why stress yourself worrying if you will get what you paid for especially in time ? If you can afford to get into mining you can afford a plane ticket to china. Buy the rigs set them up there go on hokdidsy there then return with them and not worrying if you get them or not. Better get have a Chinese friend run them for you with their cheap electricity.

Btw for the record. That is a scam. Remember the golden rule. If you have to ask if something is a scam then it almost certainly will be.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] <808> 808% APR, 17%+ eligible after 8.08 days on: July 23, 2017, 05:14:14 PM
Yes price decline in 808 coin sucks but who cares.

You're PRINTING MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR.

Just keep compounding and withdrawing each stake cycle (every 8 days) a little bit. If you withdraw 20-40% and compound the rest, you break even around 2-4 months depending on market volatility. After that, it's pure profit.

We are very lucky to be in 808. Imagine getting returns and ease of access in stock markets or real estate. That crap is a lot more expensive and the returns are garbage. And people still lose everything in both stocks and real estate.

Yes exactly. They idiots that don't think. It only takes 25 days to get 50% so if the price drops to 50% anything over 25 days is pure profit. Like gees man do people think they going to be rich over night ? Where else can you get such good return ? Then bank ? Oh right.....
225  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Eobot is one of the mining site> it's damn true on: July 23, 2017, 05:11:09 PM
OP please dont listen to these people. I dont even think they use eobot. I ise robot and miningrentals.com .

Firstly the calculators the above users are talking about are misleadingly called calculators. One expects a calculator to be very accurate but this cannot be because it cannot predict when miners shut down and begin because thst is s human action. Therefore predicting accurately is very difficult. But it does give you an idea of what to expect. If you time rentals well you can profit. Most people probably dont though. Like the above users spoke about its like giving free money away.

You see not everyone wants to monitor pools and the amount you csn mine st that time all day long so they just rent their rig out and let whoever rents it deal with that. Yes they lose money but its ok because that's not their field of expertise. It does make sense if you think about it. Its like if I sell you an apple nd you make a profit off it selling it at the market I dont care because I'm selling you 100 apples at a time and I can make more money faster that way. Also I am not good st selling apples but the guy I sell to is. So can you see ? The faster thinbgw move from hand to hand the more money to make.

I would just like to add that all the above users have bakid points so take it into consideration.
226  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: MERCATOX - Cryptocurrency and E-currency Exchange. E-wallet. P2P Exchange on: July 23, 2017, 04:56:23 PM
In a few months there will be a year as this exchange opened, and all the time they have problems that they constantly fix, during this time it is possible to pass programming courses and all to adjust Cheesy I think the problem is different, they just play our finances, and most likely they are not successful, so constant delays, one attempt to block another (имхо) For some time I used this exchange as necessary, the coin was traded only there, and I was only worried every day for my savings that is very distracting from work... Now I'm more relieved to not trade there and forgot about it as a terrible dream...

P.s. See how many words I wrote, I have even more emotions

Yes !! It makes me so angry ! I only used them because I needed a place to sell steem dollars. I regret it now so much I should have just bought steem for my account. Steem was cheap then too. Sad

They also opened that stupid bounty to bait us in.
227  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Pump and Dump Bot | Works on Yobit, Bittrex, Cryptopia & Poloniex on: July 23, 2017, 04:50:48 PM
I don't believe this. Logic dictates you would keep this to yourself if it was true. I just want a simple not to make trades while I'm not there. A not can't think it only does what you tell it to.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What was your biggest cryptocurrency return? on: July 23, 2017, 04:48:31 PM
I won't be mentioning names because obviously I dont want others doing the same but I have made really nice returns. I mean one I put in only $10 not its worth hundreds.I seem to be good at it so I will keep at it. It is luck yes but its putting your eggs in the baskets with the best result you looking for.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How far do you think ETH will go? on: July 23, 2017, 04:45:20 PM
I put in about $100 into ETH yesterday and plan on putting another $100 in today. Last I checked, it was around $3 per ETH and now it's at $19 which is absolutely great.

How many of you have invested in ETH and how far do you think it will go in the next couple of years?

you just bought into the bubble, you should have bought before it meaning buying at 0.011BTC ($10.9) and now with this investment at this point your possibility of losing money is very high.

so far you have lost 9.1% of your investment in one day meaning you lost $9.1 out of $100

there may be some rises in the short term, specially because of bitcoin price and how it is these days but in the longer term this price will go back down to $10-$11 again very soon.

Lol. How badly are you eating your words now ! ETH is over $200 or need there. It was $250. Ypu were whining about $10 lol. Yea dude he really bought into that bubble didn't he. You the master of investment all hail you.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia prepares to legalize ICOs on: July 23, 2017, 04:31:52 PM
Fee I wonder why ? Could it be the amount of scammers that come from Russia ? Never !!  Shocked

Anyone can write an article online about anything. Where does this come from and why should we believe it ? Also crypto was always legal so what bs is this. People hear the word legal and they think its good. Legal doesn't always mean right same as illigal doesn't always mean wrong. This article is wrong in so many way.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] <808> 808% APR, 17%+ eligible after 8.08 days on: July 23, 2017, 12:41:44 AM
The coin has had plenty time to crash but still it loves on. A while ago there was very little activity here and not much going on. Now there is way more activity and the Dev is here. I know there long term supporters around like me still though. I'm happy with 808.
232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: July 22, 2017, 11:43:18 PM
I tey to never spend my bitcoin excluding buying things I normally would. If I can pay for something with bitcoins I will. Any opportunity I get I will use bitcoin. Luckily its receiving more and more support. There more places to spend my bitcoin each and everyday which I'm loving.
233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: July 22, 2017, 11:41:22 PM
I'm not so sure they fear it. Not yet anyway. They probably will when bitcoin is adopted to more mainstream use. Ita a threat to them because its simply better in every way. Anything a bank can do bitcoin can do better and cheaper and faster too. Its a losing battle for banks.
234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cash-out or buy Alts before August 1? on: July 22, 2017, 08:27:07 PM
I won't sell anything I HODL for life. Ita bad to just give in. With investments you need to hold in and not fold every time the value goes down a little bit. Dont let fear ruin how you think. Take the risks.
235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin split on 1th august or no? on: July 22, 2017, 05:56:32 PM
I dont believe a single word. Lots of nonesense is spoke here so its hard to know what to take seriously. I think this is some plan for a free with alternative motives. Most likely lucrative. Its always about the money isn't it. No fork will happen.
236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crime funded by bitcoin on: July 22, 2017, 05:54:25 PM
Duse crime can be funded my a lollipop store. Hell your church could be funding crime. Anything can funs crime. People are bad not things. Blaming bitcoin is like blaming the tree when you crashed into it.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ShadowToken for the highly rated Shadow Era TCG on: July 22, 2017, 05:52:22 PM
Ok sorry you sre legit. I'm just so use to scams. My apologies Im an idiot. Will tokens replace shadow crystal ? I'm going to buy into the ICO I want foil cards. ^^
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ShadowToken for the highly rated Shadow Era TCG on: July 22, 2017, 05:37:49 PM
Lol what a load of crap. I feel very sorry for the idiots who fall for this shit.

1. You don't own the game.
2. It has been out for like 2 years already I have bought tons of booster packs
3. The official site says nothing about these tokens.
4. How are you going to give us foil cards and help with Dev when its not your game ?

Haha, yes it's real! I suggest you spend 2 seconds to check for yourself before posting "a load of crap" Wink

I never said anything is not real. You not the Dev of shadow era you trying to benefit off some else's work and your reply was very childish. Its ok I'll contact the Devs since I've been playing that game since it was in beta.
239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you value Bitcoin ? on: July 22, 2017, 04:29:24 PM
For me its value lies in its ease of use and ease of paying someone no matter where in the world you are almost instantly. You can start spending right away after receiving you bitcoins.  Its also decentralized that a huge factor for me and my privacy.
240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What was your INITIAL motivation to buying Bitcoin on: July 22, 2017, 03:11:16 PM
I wanted to buy things online easily and without a bank or credit card or PayPal account they wanted all this info that I just never had since I don't own a credit card because debt is bad so I stay away from credit.
