I suggest that there was some kind of development in toner characteristics i.e. electromagnetic behaviour, structure and/or composition. For exampel toner became finer these days to archieve "higher resolutions". Therefore image quality depends on how the 1015 electrically "treats" the old toner (toner can be degenerated through aging, too!). If the difference is to high it will result in excessive or minor toner application. Anyways, with that table fireworx you can't be hurt, so just give it a try. Be sure you don't inhale that stuff.

Man kann sich doch auch bei den anderen Projekten nicht sicher sein das der Betreiber nicht plötzlich verschwindet. Da ich mit meiner schwachen Hardware eh keine Unsummen minen kann, erschien mir das recht einladend. Wenn meine 0.1 BTC weg sind, sind sie eben weg.
Da hast du natürlich auch wieder recht. Aber wenn es um ein paar coins mehr geht versucht man das eh' schon hohe Risiko möglichst klein zu halten und da stehe ich pyramining eher skeptisch gegenüber, milde gesagt.
