What was the reason for the partners to demand the increase? They got a discount and now everyone else should pay more or will there be more tokens available? Everyone is subject to the same token price of $0,0576. good to hear, (private) presales suck for regular investors as presale investors dump their bag the moment it hits an exchange. After the private is conducted we will deploy a smart contract which will vest allocations second by second. What this means in practice is that at any point a token investor wanted to release their tokens, they can make a call on the smart contract and then will have access to the total number of tokens that will have vested at that second. As an example: after the lockup, tokens will be vested over 31,536,000 seconds (365 days x 24 hours x 60 minutes x 60 seconds). If they did it at exactly 6 months, they would receive half. If they did it at 1 day, then 10 days, then 57 days, and then every 3 weeks; they would receive the relevant whole tokens (rounded down) at each specific second. There will be no way to dump your full allocation within 12 months. |

No. DUSK is not a security because it presents a protocol-regulated inflationary mechanism and provides no profit or dividends whatsoever. It absolves the same role of Ether in the Ethereum ecosystem.I have a hard time understanding what you're saying. The Dusk token (DUSK) is a utility token. Besides launching STO's our blockchain will provide fast and secure transfer of value and data which could be used by everyone! Ok, i get the United States but some countries i see there, don't have any problem with crypto as far as i know and any other sale is letting them attend. Also besides United States are the other counties can't buy from private sell with greater amounts than 100 eth? Like Canada or Serbia?
All these countries are excluded due to legal reasons. I'm not sure what you mean with that last question, if a country is excluded they will not be able to invest with any amount of Eth. |

They were already confirming there will be no bounties. It is a good sign i reckon, since they are not relaying on hype and indiscriminate massive advertising. I see it as a good thing.
However, you can look at it from the other side: now it turns out that this project is for a narrow range of investors-whales. But the viability of the project is very dependent on the mass of its users. For example, Telegram also has investors-whales, but they can afford it, because they already had tens of millions of users. And here the situation is completely different. The investment barrier up until this point guaranteed we are talking to professional investors with reach in the industry and specific added value. This guaranteed that the time of the team was spent efficiently. Right now, we are helping out a real estate fund in Malta to tokenize their security and organize an STO. |

Our previous hardcap was 7.8M but we decided to increase it due to overwhelming interest and because we were advised to do so by our advisors and partners. With this increase we will be able to get more value-adding contributors onboard, have more liquidity, which is more resilient to unforeseen events, and use these additional funds to add more value to the project and its goals. We were also able to sign a partnership with Bitfinex because of this  That's great  , so how do you increase the hardcap? Does it mean the price per token is increased? Yes the price per token was increased. Okay sir, and just want to make sure, so people who invest before and after the hardcap increase get different prices? No everyone will have the same prices. We discussed the increase in hardcap with our investors and they fully supported it knowing their prices would change. |
