I'm not very familiar with mining from a wallet. Most of my experience mining has been with miner apps.

 I've read numerous times to not have the wallet and miner on the same system for security reasons.  Obviously, that won't work here, as the wallet = miner app.

Are there any best practices we should be following to protect our wallets?

I noticed on https://wiki.biblepay.org/Getting_Started_With_PODC, fourth paragraph promises I will "receive cancer" mining superblock rewards? Is that a reference to the Rosetta work, or should I see my doctor after mining?  

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

It's hard on a young biblepayer!

I've left my wallet open the last couple of days. I notice every few hours there's a PODC update in Transactions. I don't understand why my BBP balance is reduced at every PODC update?

Interested in the post above, I'm having the exact same issue.
