BCgame team have already taken more than enough time to resolve the issues. The casino team isn't responding in the forum, while more and more accusations are appearing here. I don't know what they want to achieve with the silence. But they are not going to regain the lost reputation and trust even if they resolve all the issues with a good manner. I would like to see how BTCGOSU (you) work as a mediator to resolve the issues of BCgame here. Your name was mentioned several times in different accusations of BCgame to get a help. Therefore, you know that how much importance the forum members are giving to you to see the resolutions of these matters. For what it`s worth, I can tell that one of the disputes is about to be "fixed", at least that`s what it looks like - fingers crossed! Also, I was told that they would get back to responding. Let`s see... Don't know if they are going to be solved or not, but appreciate all you do for the community and not just side by the casino as most affiliates do. I have been following you and btcgosu for over a year now and you are doing great work! There used to be a casino called something goosebet where I lost a lot of money and they shut down suddenly. Here's hoping that bc doesn't end in s similar fashion because they have to be the second biggest casino after stake right now. If anything, they can sell the casino! All we can do right now is wait and see. What else we can do? Write something that may disappoint them. But it won't fix the issues. Some victims are waiting for months! Side note: Let`s not forget that not each and every complaint is valid/legit - the ones who are, I clearly gave them my opinion. It's true that every complaint is not valid/legitimate. But if they act like they don't care if it's legit or not, who else will help us understand which is legit and which one is not? They already took a long time and now if they want to resolve things, they should take action to solve these issues as soon as possible. Another thing, I have heard you suggested player dplay to take what's on the table even though he didn't agree to take 124K in USDT. He wanted his deposited money in Bitcoin. Suggesting a player to take what's on the table isn't a good sign  That`s inaccurate - he asked me for my opinion, I shared my opinion and actually told him we could insist if he wishes but that it would probably take quite some time. |

Guys, let`s not "exaggerate" and try to keep it real - for what it`s worth, I was informed about this and not only agreed that it was a good idea to (finally) get into solving the issues, I was even happy to learn about it. I am in constant communication with the BC.Game team and actually (you know me by now, I hope), gave them my honest feedback.

That`s a very nice domain name, great job. I don`t mind "competitors", actually, competition is great as it helps with spreading the word about the still super young crypto gambling space. The number of affiliate sites on the subject keeps growing day by day BUT the number of sites actually providing useful information (crypto gambling /= "traditional gambling") is very limited still. I see holydarkness has tagged the casino and am considering doing so myself. I hate to see a site ruin their reputation and hope there is an explanation. If they agreed to an outside arbitrator, they should honor the ruling. Looks like they lost 2 rulings.
efialtis and icopress, do either of you have contact with the operators? According to their trust they both trust the casino still. Let's see if either can get a reply on these issues.
I have asked them again and hope that this will be sorted out shortly. Sorry for my "inactivity", busy times and I did not really have the time to look into everything myself. This is not only about this case but also about the other "similar" one: Even if Casino.Guru can be quite corrupt, sometimes playing games with operators, too, when they arenīt happy about something, it`s still worth something if you "win" a dispute. So, for example, if you have proof of BC.Game having changed the bonus terms afterward, then don`t stop and spam the s*** out of it - don`t take that literally but you know what I am trying to say. I can tell that they are aware of the complaints here on Bitcointalk and I hope there is going to be a resolution asap. |

I have been chasing them for months now and today, they "told me they don`t care", which is when I told them that we would stop promoting and blacklist them. What`s best: Right after doing so, they even blocked our (affiliate) account, which means they will not even keep paying for traffic we had already sent them.
I don't know how popular Wintomato casino is now, but showing arrogance to an affiliate partner isn't a good thing. I can see that Wintomato team has unblocked your affiliate account. However, it was an unprofessional behaviour to suspend the affiliate account automatically instead of trying to resolve the issues with a good manner. Yeah, and what does "automatically" even mean, it doesn`t make sense here? Wintomato doesn`t have a real affiliate program and it`s all based on the actual player account --> they blocked the account manually, not automatically |
