I support @Heisenberg's Merit Source Application because Heisenberg is so active not only in the Indian Board but all over the forum. I believe being Heisenberg as a merit source indian local board could be more clean and increase more quality postings. The current status of Indian Board really need at least one merit source and I also support Heisenberg as a moderator of Indian Board if he wants it . Yes that's true dealing with cryptocurrency in India is getting worse and worse and after RBI restrictions on banking system this is going more worse than ever. Also there are so many rumors coming day by day about crypto-currency like last rumors was if you hold crypto or dealing with crypto then you get 10 years in jail. But this is just rumors and their is no such official announcement by Indian government that you get jail if you holding Crypto. So no one can make you jail for holding crypto. Well thanks for bumping this thread to your reply because this thread contains a lot of useful information. I never saw it before.

With some changes of point number 5 I am agree with you . Users who have newbies, junior member or copper members should not be allowed to create new topics in that sections. They could reply on that topic but not able to create new topics in those sections. I included copper members too because if anyone wants to scam people they easily can pay few dollars for buying copper membership and able to create new scam thread. Even if their account get tag from scammy behavior they again can buy and start doing same. So I think only member or above rank members could be allowed to create new topic their.
