221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forget bounties and Airdrops on: June 06, 2020, 11:12:01 AM
OP is right about building wallets and other things for new projects, this can even make the team welcome you as their member too, but I'm not that good with encoding and everything, I'm better off with airdrops or bounties, I'm positive that it's same for many on here, we aren't all that techy
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Giving away too much quantities of tokens in bounties on: June 06, 2020, 11:08:54 AM
I'm good with bounties that gives away high allocation to hunters, and if such project hit exchange with good value won't you feel sad for missing out? As a bounty hunter I only care about getting paid and exchanging my tokens for good amount of ethereum or bitcoin.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies are safer with top altcoins on: June 06, 2020, 11:05:16 AM
Blind invest is very common in crypto world, can't deny that I was a victim myself, 2017 crypto new got me good I guess, it's same mentality that many newbies still got in them today, they throw away research and decide to take unnecessary risks, the safest place to be is with Bitcoin
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rentberry ICO Update on: June 04, 2020, 09:24:46 AM
WTF!?! What does SEC think about this? Now they are fooling US citizens

I lost >$1000 investing in Rentberry ICO. In return received candy wrappers

Sorry for your loss mate, I have make up my mind never to invest in any new project until they are 3years old, the fact is many new loss value after a year or two even if they are listed on big exchanges, you can never tell how the performance of many coins will be until few years later
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Biggest Crypto Regret? on: June 03, 2020, 08:18:48 AM
Not buying Bitcoin when it was extremely cheap is one of my biggest regrets so far, I have other let downs but not that big, mostly bounties disappointments and projects that died while you holding them
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Becareful of new ICO on: June 03, 2020, 07:52:47 AM
Thanks for the warning but I remember when IEO came into this space not every investors trust IEO at first until later on, I'm actually expecting a new ICO soon but I won't dare join in an instant, IMO project scam me too, I lost over 250$ on that scam platform
227  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Nicehash repayment ??? on: June 02, 2020, 10:11:32 AM
Don't expect Nicehash to pay 100% of the reimbursement, they aren't that made of money, last time binance exchange was hacked CZ paid all the money back, that was possible because binance has the money, the exchange is one of the best and the biggest
228  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Thoughts on changelly on: June 02, 2020, 10:07:38 AM
Changelly exchange rates are insane, too much, in 2017 it wasn't really like this but now I can't use their service anymore simply because of their rates, I've never lost any token using changelly so that's say much about it's safety but rates are way too much
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Limited participants is the best option for bounty campaigns this days on: May 28, 2020, 01:53:33 PM
It seems many new bounty hunters are joining this forum weekly or monthly, every single bounty campaign is full of thousands of participants, my claim is some bounty managers don't care how many you really are, even if it's just 5$ for each bounty participants, this is plain bad, I remember telling bubbalex to reduce Cartesi signature participants and I'm glad he listened, if not the reward would be very bad....
Good post, this deserves merit, we can't stop new bounty hunters from joining any projects they like but bounty managers can actually limit the participants so that the reward will make sense, when too much bounty hunters join a bounty campaign they get pennies in the end
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: TRUSTED PROJECT BOUNTY OR JUST SCAM ? on: May 28, 2020, 01:48:49 PM
1. Do better research
2. Don't rely on your research
3. Possibility of getting bad results is high because of scam projects
4. Research is never enough to detect if a project will be successful or failed, we simply can't tell
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hello everyone! Do you still have confidence in altcoin? on: May 28, 2020, 01:46:34 PM
It's really sad how worse many altcoins have performed since last altcoin season, I do hope it's going to make a come back, I have many altcoins currently sleeping in my portfolio hoping that altcoin season while return but the chances are very slim
232  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: First Time here on: May 27, 2020, 09:26:55 AM
I don't find a section to introduce myself.
is my first time here and I'm reading stuff to understand how everything works I'm just a normal guy interested in cryptocurrency started using it almost 3 years ago]
I don't have much special knowledge only the basis we need to have since I'm a regular user, anyway, my first post here 2020

Thank you

233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are research on altcoins for long term investment worth it?? on: May 27, 2020, 09:22:54 AM
It's not that easy to pick good altcoins out of many and new altcoins are more risky option, Im in loss today because I choose the wrong altcoins and they keep dumping in value, the only chance I have left to recover is if another altcoin season begins
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Highly disappointed about Olportal on: May 27, 2020, 09:17:51 AM
Olportal is not a disappointment yet, not until they failed to give out rewards to bounty hunters 3 months later, where or which exchange platform they get listed on doesn't matter because the project is a very good one, there will be enough demand for Olportal token
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the different multi cryptocurrency wallets for staking cryptos? on: May 26, 2020, 03:18:15 PM
There are few wallets that I am aware of like Atomic wallet, trust wallet, Tezos and ledger.

Are there any more and do they all support multi cryptocurrency staking also?

The above four do support staking as per my understanding.

As far as I can tell only atomic wallet and trust wallet has inbuilt staking features, but what I don't like about staking coins is security, you still have to send out tokens from your wallet to another address for staking to starts. No safe of you ask me
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coming from altcoin to bitcoin on: May 26, 2020, 03:16:30 PM
I don't know if its the right call or not but i just feel like its better to sell my bags of altcoins for bitcoin, most of the altcoins i owned are not top altcoins, mostly new coins from bounties and I've seen coins worth of 2k turn 20$ while holding them, finally i decide to take out the losses and invest in bitcoin, if you are holding any altcoins that aren't good enough do not hesitate to sell for bitcoin to at least make some profits
Well you've made the right choice, keeping tokens from bounties won't get you anywhere, only very few tokens from bounties surged alot but it rarely happens, it's better to go for Bitcoin or top altcoins, most new coins are rubbish
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of social media channels on: May 26, 2020, 03:14:53 PM
OP has a big point here, I remember Cartesi bounty campaign, after bounty ends many bounty hunters don't bother to check telegram for updates and another form was later released for bounty participants to fill and drop their eth address, this makes many lose their rewards in the end, I hope they learn from their mistakes

239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto and fashion on: May 20, 2020, 12:37:16 PM
Oh God, I doubt if this will ever work, unless the fashion bags are the most pricey ones, do not go cheap designs with crypto and blockchain and as a matter of fact it's really not needed, this is just the way I feel
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins for 2020 on: May 20, 2020, 12:34:23 PM
As a matter of fact my bet is only on Bitcoin, since last bullrun in 2017 altcoins have never been in good shape since then, only bitcoin was able to grow, it seems that the only hope left for altcoins now is if Bitcoin rise to another new ATH level
