221  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Very RARE ! Casascius 100 BTC Bar. Unfunded on: February 12, 2017, 01:30:35 AM
I'd make it my life's mission to fund it with 100BTC, why isn't it yours?
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you support Spoetnik's contributions to the Altcoin Discussions? on: February 12, 2017, 12:47:49 AM
I read all of his posts, I wish they were committed to the forum in full paragraph form, rather than mini paragraphs for each point. Loves the return key.

Remarkable. Nice work.
224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Backlog in the Blockchain on: February 08, 2017, 12:06:41 AM
Is it theoretically possible for your low fee transaction to never get processed if all incoming transaction fees are higher from that point forth? I'm kidding to an extent, but I'm going on 23 hours for three confirms.
225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More than 50,000 unconfirmed transactions on: February 07, 2017, 04:16:35 AM
I've been waiting 2.5 hours for four separate transactions. When I had checked it an hour or so ago, it was between 74-76K unconfirmed.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is there an increased number of newbies wanting to create a new altcoin? on: February 03, 2017, 04:09:48 AM
When I first got into Bitcoin in 2013, I was extremely excited about creating some sort of presence in the crypto space. I reached out to all of my friends that were CS grads and asked all of them if they knew anything about it or wanted to explore start up projects. This was the time in which you could pull off a quality coin project and potentially emerge as a viable token platform. Unfortunately, most of the folks around here are so jaded by all the same old bullshit, that a newcomers youthful enthusiasm is immediately dismissed as a scam or fucking worthless..

The crypto space is still in its infancy, and there is still large complex to house great ideas. It's just extremely difficult to impress the peanut gallery here and sensitive people's ideas are generally lost.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think "iamnotback" really has the" Bitcoin killer"? on: February 02, 2017, 02:13:12 AM
I didn't take the time to read all 12 pages, but regarding the financial elite turning off financial transfers in a doomsday scenario, thus forcing miners to turn off their machines, why wouldn't the electric provider accept Bitcoin or litecoin as payment for their service?
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is litevault safe? on: February 02, 2017, 01:29:38 AM
Yes. Its the best out there for what it is. That error should be reported to someguy123, hell square u away.

231  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Coins Are In] NaTTyMiNd 5OZ Silver Wallets on: January 28, 2017, 02:33:23 AM
I will be proactive with this, but I'm not going to badger folks. I'll be sending / accepting pms for the funding option, contact information, things of that nature. Please always free to hit me up with any questions you may have.

I'm taking the coins to the engraver Monday evening. I will be updating this thread on Monday with the payment address. If folks holding reservations don't contact me that payment is planned within a week of that post, I'll PM them as a reminder. If there's no contact from them within a week or so thereafter, I'll free up the coin for direct sale, raffle or auction.

These do look amazing and I'm glad another design is in the works already

I'm proud of how these turned out, I think each owner will love it. This puts a unique challenge in front of me for the next design: keep doing that shit. Time will tell.

232  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Coins Are In] NaTTyMiNd 5OZ Silver Wallets on: January 27, 2017, 02:23:16 PM
Whatever folks feel comfortable with is good by me. After all, we plan on turning around the next design rather quickly, so fucking people over .3BTC at a time is not in my best interest. However, id feel more comfortable having the coins in the engraving queue or ready to ship prior to taking any payment.

Edit: 4 left

233  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Coins Are In] NaTTyMiNd 5OZ Silver Wallets on: January 27, 2017, 05:08:24 AM
We're hoping to pay the engraving outta pocket, thus not needeing a deposit. We will know within the next day or two.  In this case, the entire payment will be escrowed through OGN.

Bump. Coins are in.
235  Economy / Collectibles / Re: ⭕️LEALANA BRASS XMR COINS FOR SALE ⭕️ on: January 21, 2017, 06:09:36 PM
Can you pick the SN's contained in a roll or are they randomly selected?

I may also be interested in splitting a roll if someone is on the fence about getting a whole one.

Will be order a few this weekend.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which online LTC wallet and exchange is trusted? on: January 20, 2017, 05:52:56 AM
Litevault for wallet, GDAX, polo, BTC-e for exchanges.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin optional soft-fork idea, good idea for dogeness into the future. on: January 20, 2017, 05:50:48 AM
Are you anticipating the litecoin network to adopt the fork?
239  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Taking Orders] NaTTyMiNd 5OZ Silver Wallets on: January 19, 2017, 03:46:30 AM
Update

We'll start of with the eh news. As BTC has dropped $230 per since the price reduction, we have to move it back to .3BTC. The way BTC was behaving that day, we wanted to lock-something in before it went straight hyperbolic. As my impeccable timing would have it, it crashed 12 hours later. I apologize for this tease.

On to the good news. The coins will be shipped to me on Friday January 20th, which means they should be coming to you guys soon! We're in the midst of finalizing our engraving plan. If we stick with the jeweler, I've been guaranteed a minimum throughput of 10 coins per week, beginning next week. However, we have been exploring an alternative source that should increase this throughput while quelling any security concerns one may have. If the jeweler is chosen, deliveries will be based on payment order. If the alternative source is used, the intent would be to ship all the coins at or about the same time.

Funding the coins: Prior to payment, please PM Mindtrip and me regarding your desire to fund the coins. There is no plan to augment the configuration of the coin for funding, however the funding amount will be reflected on the COA.

Once I physically have the coins in my possession, I'll be updating the OP with pictures, the final engraving approach, and the final payment instructions.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Peace!

240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin Core 0.13.2 with SegWit released! on: January 16, 2017, 11:11:14 PM
I think we're seeing the advent of litecoin being a sophisticated testnet for Bitcoin, which is extrememly important. Let's face it, Bitcoin is in no position with its popularity to try new things such as segwit and LN with even the slightest chance of fucking up. Too much at stake. This "guiney-pig" approach has potential to establish that linkage between LTC and BTC that Charlie has always envisioned. Not only two currencies that compliment each other, but two strong networks that are bolstered through adoption of bulletproof code bases. Master the block chain P2P transaction technology. Let the other altcoins develop more risky technologies.
