since it's just a simple feature, you could ask the guy who made the explorer to set an address. we can send to it and he will keep a small fee to deposit the amount to ixc fund for miners.
we need to have the figure of Destroyed (donated) coins in evidence in the explorer
this could be a temporary solution, an alternative to the update

I explain myself
Doe sends 1000 ixc to to his son's ixc address that is 12. The amount will be available on a specific date, in this case when the son will be 16. The amount will be locked in the chain.
In the meantime there is no coins, no risk of theft.
On the established day, the 1000 ixc will arrive to destination.
Is it possibile?

IXcoin hardforked and split about 2 years ago. Sadly the guy who did our coding never provided details on where the forked IXcoins are or how we can claim them.
The ixcoin on exchanges right now is not the original ixc but the segwit fork. It is susceptible to attacks. Also, if this segwit ixc moons and you move your old coins to cash out you will most likely never see the split coins which you should have gotten for free. Those will most likely be the ones with massive value. Sadly this is what happens when you gotta here help.

Trying to make them both work and maybe merge would be ideal. We’ll see, for now they both look pretty dead. I’m focusing on BTX and BTXT. BELIEVE!!! It is quite clear that Segwit is non-compliant for a chain that defines a coin as a chain of signatures. So btc has not much to do with Bitcoin any more, except pretending or defrauding uninformed ppl I believe that Eventually it will be put to the test and we will all see. Merit was not being "abused" here -- that's the mistake you are making.
