Closure requests are operated within a first-come, and operating time might be increased. Which has happened in your case, unfortunately.

Refund is regulated only by the character of the bet, and account request closure is not the thing that triggers it.

After watching this video you might think that 1xBit refunds winning bets, but keeps loosing bet.

This statement is easily denied by the winning bet right at the start of the video.
In addition, these refunded bets were placed on the known outcome, which was already stated by the support team.
Those lost bets were cancelled and refunded due to the same reason - no one would place a loosing bet on a known outcome. His withdrawals he didn't show for some reason.

It's obvious that the player tries to delude and tarnish 1xBit, which is seen by the time of his bets. After placing a bet on 1xBit, you consent to the ToS. It is said that there is an availability of account closure after player's request, but requests require time to be processed, and this time is not specified.

On this screenshot, you've asked for the account closure during a deposit being processed, which is technically impossible.

Deposit issues are solved by the security and support teams, not the block one.

Our security team replied that your account was closed due to violations, not by request.

But the account closure request wasn't received on the July 29.

Which might mean one of the following:
- Our support processed the request that was going first (deposit issue) but didn't see the second request
- You sent your closure request to the wrong department
- Or this screenshot doesn't represent the reality

In all the scenario, there is no need to find a guilty since you have already withdrawn funds, and there are no more on the balance.(Balance is being recalculated with odds 1 after an account closure).
