233  Other / Off-topic / Comparisons Between Electric Automobiles and Gasoline Automobiles on: October 03, 2020, 11:59:10 AM
Electric automobiles/vehicles (EV) are vehicles powered by charges stored in battery packs. Even though, production of EV is still at the infancy stage, it is estimated that 3.1m electric vehicles will be on the road in few years to this time.
While on the other hand, the gasoline vehicles are powered by spark-ignited internal combustion engine and this constitutes about 98.5% of automobiles on road. My comparisons between these cartegories of vehicles will be based on the factors listed below.
1. Cost Implication/maintenance: It is generally believed that EVs are less frequently maintained and cost friendly compared to gasoline vehicles.
2. Road Effectiveness: Gasoline vehicles are ahead in this regard, they could cover a longer road distance compared to EVs.
3. Environmental Friendly: Electronic vehicles are environmental Friendly compared to gasoline vehicles. The absence of spark ignited internal combustion engine in EVs makes it more suitable for the environment, less greenhouse gases that could cause air pollution is generated into the atmosphere, making air safe for humans. This can not be said of gasoline vehicles.
These are my few comparisons.

234  Other / Off-topic / Re: After failure, what should we do? on: October 01, 2020, 10:05:22 PM
We have no other option than to bounce back, bouncing back strongly. Failure must set in before we could reach our peak in life. But when failure sets in, our positive reaction to it is the most important thing.

237  Other / Off-topic / Best Decision Taken so Far This Year 2020 on: September 25, 2020, 11:21:45 AM
I would be glad to say joining this forum has been  the best decision taken so far this year. This forum has given me an opportunity to interact and view the minds of people from all walks of life. I have made some few posts and I am amazed with the kinds of responses I got from people. Out of all the posts I had made, "Suicide is for Cowards" is my favourite, which I believe it should have been "Suicide Should Never Be an Option" after reading some important comments people of this forum made underneath the post. With the limited time I have spent on this forum. These are the lessons I have learnt so far.
#1. Our personal view/opinion that we perceive to be the best  could turn out to be the worst.
#2. The forum is not only about Bitcoin and Trading but also enables us to have deep reflection on our ways of life.
#3. Lessons can be learnt from every post, even if the post is of less quality, the comments underneath the post would be fantastic.
#4. We can't always be right regardless of our level of intelligence
#5. General motive of everybody is living a quality life but methods of doing this differ.
#6. This forum also makes me to understand that we are not alone in any situation we could find ourselves, many on the forum would have passed through the same situation or presently in the situation.
#7. Intelligent people, regardless of their race, tribe, religion, country, tend to reach a compromise at a point.
These are the lessons I have learnt so far
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Less Volatile Coins on: September 24, 2020, 09:15:20 PM
I am a newbie on this forum and I have read my posts that people complaining how they lost their fund as a result of investing on Volatile coin like BTC. Is it now advisable for newbie like me to invest on less Volatile coin like Tether or Gemini USD.

Stable coins like Tether isn't worth investing in as there isn't a  way to make profit if this is what you're looking for. The purpose of stable coins is to 'peg' your crypto which will otherwise be volatile to a more stable type of crypto. Hence, it's a way to stay put or withdraw your assets from exchanges for a while.

If you want to invest in crypto there is no way to bypass volatility. As a matter of fact this is what provides traders with the immense opportunity, volatility is KEY to healthy profit.

Also, if you're not cut out for risk and losses this unfortunately isn't a place for you as there are many ways to lose money. So the best thing to do is invest in educating yourself, and then gauge your risk.
This is well explainatory
239  Other / Off-topic / Re: SUICIDE IS FOR COWARDS on: September 24, 2020, 08:53:49 PM
I once read a story of a man that lost his wife and three kids to ghastly accident, still he stayed strong, only few conditions could be worst than that.
But here there is not much of lose for him, barely he will remember the family for a year but after that he could move on and find a new girl.Financial issues are the main reason for suicides and they commit only when they have no other choice.
Financial constraints should be the least issue when it comes to suicide. A day wealth will eraze memory of 50 years of brokenness. But nothing can erase the memory of lost loved ones.
240  Other / Off-topic / SUICIDE IS FOR COWARDS on: September 24, 2020, 08:19:25 PM
It saddens my soul anytime I get to read or experience suicide incident. My believe is that regardless of any situation or condition we might find ourselves, suicide should never be an option. Many people had been in a condition worst than what we could be passing through. I once read a story of a man that lost his wife and three kids to ghastly accident, still he stayed strong, only few conditions could be worst than that. Suicide is never an option and it won't be an option regardless of what we are going through. In my local dialect, there is an adage that says ' a fowl that is not dead could still peck grains'
