Feeshare is too expensive!

 Sad

How do you calculate that?

You can do the math by yourself.

Although the math is hard to do right now, cause there is one factor that you cannot calculate and that will be success of the exchange and the potential that the gaming site will have and also bring revenue to FeeShare

so it's even harder than predicting bitcoin difficulty and profitability mining right now
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE] ShareXcoin.com - Sharing its revenue to the community on: May 09, 2014, 03:22:11 PM
One recommendation I would make for the web site is to remove the left column menu. You have the same menu at the top and the left, so taking up that space on the left isn't really needed. Also, make the toolbar at the top sticky so it doesn't scroll.

Also, might I suggest a different icon for Notifications? The icon you are using looks like a "warning" Icon making me think there is a problem of some kind.

I'll 2nd on both of your idea's, this would improve functionality Cool Maybe even keep the side menu, but have it scroll with the page up/down & have an option to see all of the markets?

Agreed, the side menu doesn't currently add value. But, if it listed all the markets with the current price and volume and lets you switch to that market, then it is adding value.

The Dev told me yesterday that there will be alot of GUI changes in the near future so I guess there will be alot of surprises.

He clearly said the exchange was still in Alpha not even Beta.

But yes, taking example on Mintpal is not a bad idea at all, I love Mintpal and so do many other people

I have been following a new coin since a moment Sharecoin

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587051.0

they are pure Pos, they distributed the coin for free to members of Btctalk

what amazes me is that they made their own exchange for their own coin so that you can buy Feeshares.

Feeshares are like buying shares of the exchange that will bring you dividend from the exchange, and they will also build a gaming

site where you also get dividends from.

Why does Blackcoin not have something like this yet?

we all complain that we want pairs etc... why did we not build our own exchange yet?

We could have a shares system as well

Sooooo.... just like Mcxnow?

Hey I'm all for it, I'd flock to a BC centric exchange that had shares. I'd eat that shit up, but it's not something unheard of.

Clearly not unheard of, but with a coin like BC this could have a huge potential looking at our market position, and hence something existing
can always be taken to make it even better with some good innovative ideas, BC is also not something completely new in a certain way

people are welcome to make anything they want with blackcoin, but as an official exchange made by the devs? no thanks, they got enough on their plate as it is.

Doesn't matter if it's Dev or not, someone close to the team or in the foundation would be of course be the best
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GridSeed 5-chip USB miner voltage mod on: May 09, 2014, 03:07:09 PM
Wolfey - I'm using multipool.us.  Overall I like it better than clevermining mainly due to the fact that you can see what's being mined at the current time, as well as your balances of each coin.  They don't automatically exchange and payout in btc like clevermining though - although I wish that were an option.  They do have full cryptsy integration though.  You have more information and control over what you're mining at multipool as opposed to a couple graphs with no specific information.

I enjoy my voltmods - not sure about dyland and what went wrong there.  Each of my gridseeds hovers around the 500-530kh/s.

Thanks nst.
I'll look into it. Might go there again. Wasn't impressed first time I tried multipooling with Scrypt Guild. They said I'd make an average of 40% more but that just wasn't the case! And I don't like anyone converting my coins for me automatically unless I designate which coins get exchanged and at which rate or time.

Did you use the 49.9k value? What is your HW to Accepts ratio on average?
I'm averaging 14+KHs pool side with my 26 OC's miners. Wink Nice, eh?

Woof

Some are using 49.9k, some are 50k.  Some gridseeds have trim pots on them, others have 2x100k resistors in parallel to equal the 50k.  I just used what I had on hand since I had a surplus of trim pots and 100k resistors  Cheesy

I've only got 6 gridseeds but they're running along nicely at 3MH/s.  I put in a pre-order for one of the GAWMiners 1MH/s Fury units that came with just about everything including the kitchen sink for $199.  It was a deal I couldn't pass up since it came with the miner, all power cables, network cable, raspberry pi, pre-loaded sd card, and free shipping.

That's pretty expensive knowing other company's will have +10MH for around 350$

Hold on, which companies and when?

This must be a reference to the Titan. I hope I'm not wrong, but I don't think we will see Titan until September.

Unless you're just talking about the natural price decrease of the A2 chip over the next few months.

No I'm not talking about price decrease of A2

there are so many companies that will deliver asic miners soon.

Fibonacci is coming out with a miner that will give ( at this point 14Mh ) for 350$ not yet updates on their website but it is 14Mh and this number could get higher to match competition.

Flower tech ( funny they make a gridseed looking one as well )

https://www.flowertechnology.com/product-category/miners/

and I suggest everyone to look at this chart https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1msn9gC7wgBYdiyOLZLhQifOSKpt3ukdnuTy14m-F-s8/htmlview?usp=sharing&sle=true

somehow today the days to ROI collum does not work, but many, especially gridseeds will never roi

Feeshare is too too expensive...

Now ,the pirce is about 0.076BTC per Fee.

But even the price of 796 is just 0.023 BTC per share. (796 has a revenue about 600BTC per month)

So, it is really cracy...  Sad

At present, Fees looks only sold more than 160 copies, if behind not sold 100000 Fees, do not know DEV what are your plans.
I am still considering whether I should buy Fees or not. I only have 1 share.
Fee is a little risky
Fee isn't A LITTLE risky, it's TOTALLY risky.

You guys still didn't understand that what is the risk if you got your coins for free??

yes you give aways something worth around 100$ but so what? you still got it free..

How many Feeshares are left?  want to buy some.

plenty left of them, you can buy them on the exchange
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SHARE]ShareCoin - Pure POS - MultiPool - Official exchange launched on: May 09, 2014, 02:14:53 PM
I think a voting system could be added on the exchange where you can send BTC to add some votes to your favorite coin. It's another easy way to earn some extra BTC and maybe count them in the exchange revenue to share it with FeeShare holders.

very good idea indeed

Lol, making 5$ / day just from staking the coins.
Nice

you are minting 2500 coins per day?

2648 was the last one

You must have a few hundred k. !! Smiley

Yeah also wonder how much coins you have to make 5$ a day

He said he has around 3 million  Grin

Yep, he was very smart and bought quite a bit from the early dumpers. I didn't have any ready BTC or I would have done the same.

wow good move, same here, did not have btc at disposal to buy from the dumpers
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE] ShareXcoin.com - Sharing its revenue to the community on: May 08, 2014, 11:02:13 PM
A suggestion for the exchange is to put the name of the coin somewhere. Maybe on the market list, or inside each coins trading page but there are a lot of coins every day and it's hard in the end to know wich coin is DRM, MYC... to give a couple of examples.

Yes I agree, and also to be able to see the 24 hour low and high like on mintpal

If i understood well what you mean, you already have it on the "Markets" menu as high price and low price.

Yes that I know,

but you need to go to the market menu to see it, on mintpal you can see name of the coin and high / low above the chart

this is much more easy
