No so, the bitcoins on MtGox were from our pre-order sales when bitcoins were used to pay for the order.

You're not refunding orders paid for in fiat because MtGox?

All of our prices are in fiat, so all refunds weather paid in fiat or btc are refunded in fiat.  Therefore, we needed to convert btc on MtGox to fiat to fund our refunds.

Were the orders paid for in fiat converted to bitcoin and left on mtgox or not?

The AC should be running late next week, they are waiting on parts.  I will start working on the verification program on Monday, moving it up to the server and testing it out.

What else needs to be done with it? You told us months ago it was ready and that you just needed to upload it.

I just have to set it up on the server.

Weekly Update 3/12/2014

VMC has hired Kris as their new customer service rep and she is getting all of the old messages caught up.

Active Mining PR - Staff

So do you still have Kris? Why isn't she responding to people like magzy?

Ken, fix the contact info on the website and the cs@virtualminingcorp.com address. You have people wanting to give you money that can't, and pissed off pre-order customers.

I will be fixing that next week.

This is the kind of thing that needs to be fixed right now. Not tomorrow and really not next week. You really need to consider hiring someone to help out with these sorts of things.

What's the point in fixing it if there's no one there to actually answer any emails (I've been trying to get anything out of them for 3 months)

Yeah, that's what I mean in regards to hiring someone. Though I thought he did say in a previous update that he had hired someone to help with customer service

Shares:

Next week I will start transferring shares to CT so our investors can start trading.

I've heard this before...

Can we at least start verifying our shares now? Why wait till next week? You've mentioned before that your verification website is done, so why wait?
227  Economy / Securities / Re: -ActiveMining Hangout- (and discussion) thread on: April 01, 2014, 12:41:48 AM
I think I'm going to wait at least until we have shares back until I start celebrating

197 items now in stock?

So either ken has added more items. Or we've only sold 3.

Isn't there someone interested in buying a Prospector but would like visual confirmation of products in stock first?

I imagine anyone interested in an asic would never consider ordering a new "in stock" asic when no real pictures of it exists.

So how do you explain a hundred of these flying of the shelves in a matter of hours, especially with no pre-marketing in the led up. Ken announced it and someone bought them all right away.

There was that 95 card order that Ken mentioned he is still waiting on payment for. It's happened before were they got a bunch of orders where the user had no intention of actually paying/receiving the order (someone just messing around with the shopping cart).

Did the shares ever get listed on crypto-trade.

Nope. Only ukyos shares

in the specs it has:

·Ultimate Bitcoin Mining Performance: up to 512 GH/s
    ·Typical Bitcoin Mining Performance:  512 GH/s +/- 20%

Why does it list "typical" performance as up to 614 GH/s, but "ultimate" performance is only up to 512GH/s

They don't seem to have an option to purchase with bitcoin. What's up with that?
233  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 28, 2014, 06:11:19 AM
Hi, this has probably been covered already, but where can I trade/track dividends of my ActiveMining shares?

You can't until Ken lets us access our shares
234  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 27, 2014, 12:52:20 AM
What chip are we using Ken?

It's like squeezing blood from a stone...

I really don't understand what is so difficult about these questions.
236  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Post your censored concerns from the moderated ActiveMining threa on: March 22, 2014, 04:15:40 AM
I just posted this comment and had it deleted

"Hey zum can you clarify if this was the announcement you were expecting from your investigating"

I would love to know what was wrong with that comment
237  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 22, 2014, 01:59:03 AM
Ken, are the chips you are using ours? it's a simple yes/no question, that we shouldn't even have to keep asking you for. It should have been all laid out in your announcement. Why do you keep avoiding it?
238  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 21, 2014, 01:40:09 AM
I was unaware that mtgox was a payment processor, just an exchange. I'm searching and I can't find anything about them being a payment processor either.
239  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 21, 2014, 12:16:42 AM
What are you expecting? Miracles? This is ACtM laddy.

I didn't really have high hopes but i was expecting something more than Ken buying someones chips (Or at least Ken explaining what has happened, we don't know if they are ours or someone else's chips).

It looks like so far he's failed at making his own chips and has bought someone else's. If that was it for the announcement, then to answer kens question "so do I have what it takes you ask". It appears that no, he doesn't have what it takes.

240  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 21, 2014, 12:03:20 AM
Ken, we have been waiting on chips since the end of last year. You have kept us largely in the dark as our competition has been ramping up. Remember that you started ACTM so that you could provide a quicker solution to bitcoin mining? Is this going to happen? Or is all of the money going to drain out of this company before it does? Ken, get your act together. Get help where you need help to get this project completed promptly, or liquidate the public shares. Get people involved that have a passion for bitcoin mining and pay them with the company's half of the shares. I know that there have been a lot of mishaps and things out of your control. That's partly how the bitcoin world is right now, everything moves so fast. Either you can handle the task at hand in this environment and provide a return to the investors or you cannot. Do you have what it takes? If not, throw in the towel. If so, get us something to show for all this time and money.

Well written, so do I have what it takes you ask, well ask again in about 14 days.

So are we expecting this major announcement today? I assume it's the same one that zumzero and gjpminingco have been hinting that they know about that's meant to blow our socks off. So today will be his two week deadline right?
