Not sure why people are saying SIA/ETH are more profitable than mining this - at least they aren't on Pascal GPUs. at 1200MHs, I get ~50 LBRY/day, which is $60 right now. $60x30days = $1,800 ... how can I get that much with SIA or ETH?
Because u cant mine this coin normally? I cant even get the miner start so every minute i lose money by just testing around. |

Hey Guys!! Can somebody help me with start mining this? I know how to mine ethereum, scrypt,x11 and all the coins. Only this coin dont want to work here. I'm using the next settup for mining: Intel i7 2600 3x R9 290 oc tri-x 16gb ddr3 ram Latest SDK and Catalyst drivers ------------------------------------------------- I got the mining package from the OP (AMD GPU) I created a own test.bat file because the example.bat just totally sucks  (why make it so hard to read if it can make much easier?) Now just inside the test.bat i got the next command line: sgminer.exe -k lbry.c -o stratum+tcp://lbry.suprnova.cc:6256 -u username.worker -p pass Ofc i got the username/worker/pass filled in right. I test with sgminer.exe and sgminer (without .exe) i tried -k lbry.c also -k lbry.h also -k lbry I also tried the example.bat and just changes the stratum and login info. Edit also used this in the .bat: sgminer.exe --kernel lbry -o stratum+tcp://lbry.suprnova.cc:6256 -u miner.worker -p 1 -I 18 -w 64 Edit2: the cpu miner is working directly, but will turn off, waste of energy. I need the GPU miner worked. What happen?Miner start the CMD console and quit directly. SGMINER.exe is inside the same folder as usual. So i only got 1 flash from the CMD. i remember this problem when the sgminer.exe is missing (deleted by virusscan or something) but the sgminer is just inside and not deleted. |

I was getting questions when the price get such high (so i buy), on this forum topic i also dont understand the pump.

Take my advice, stay far away from Crypto. If you truly do not understand why lisk is sinking like a rock you shouldn't have invested. Its likely you bought into all the hype surrounding launch and thought you would make a quick buck. Im sorry my friend but its gonna be a long road. Two Pieces of advice: Buy on rumor, sell the hype(news). You bought the hype LONG after the ICO was over and prices got manipulated. Basically if it is reaching all time highs, it is already to late to jump on that train. Second. and i mean this. BEWARE EUPHORIC INVESTORS, the get rich quick ones, the "to the moon" ones. You actually need 27 coins (atm) for 1 hour mining. Also you need to send those coins to yourself, new or same wallet address and use that address for mining. For 24 hour mining you need PoM*23 coins. Current PoM  Tip: Maximum number of coins on mining address 1240. Ah yeah i created a new adress, transferd my coins to that one, now i mine for 120minutes! Thanks that was the case. |

Tryed all MyGames apps, no reward.

Yeah got same issue, told this before but all those MyCom games or something like that dont give rewards (that fake apps what send u to a website instead of the playstore) Anyway a other question: i mined now 30 coins, they are all in my balance since yesterday, so not waiting for confirmations. i found out i still mine for 60 minutes, today (now) i check again and still mine for 60 minutes, i tought when u got 25 coins mature in ur wallet u get 1 extra mine hour? There are 2 coins what i like to mine with mining equip: Bitcoin and Litecoin...
All the rest i think its beter for CPU only, people can not join and mining bitcoin / litecoin anymore without hardware, special made for it.
People want to join a coin they can also mine, and that would mean resistance against mining hardware. So CPU only ( like cryptonight etc ).
Yes - personally, I would also prefer a non asic based coin design with a useful output for the public; like Primecoin. As SixEleven is a fork of Namecoin the current design uses the standard Bitcoin SHA256 hash function which is best mined using special asic based hardware. On the other side SixEleven does support merged mining with Bitcoin which should add some stability to the future development. You can mine it together with Bitcoin at almost no additional cost. I had like 100.000 coins on beta 4 probably haha, now i changed to beta2 and i got 0 coins ( i think that's part of the bug in beta4 )
Hey - I've only had reached about 60.000 coins; that's the Las Vegas bug  *gg* Thanks for your reply men! Yeah i also found out later that this should be the las vegas bug, this because in 12 hours i didn't get any reward on beta2. This should mean i must use asic hardware to mine it. |

Because there was essentially a rollback to the point at which the blockchain originally got stuck, during the reversion to beta2. First: How to check wich version i have? When i go in my wallet is say:version 0.6.11 When i go to the link above from github i only see the beta4 to download, when i go to the website i can only download the beta4. I dont know wich version i have atm... But it looks like mining is working etc, but if all this coins are gone because i'm at the wrong blockchain or something(what means i am mining for nothing) i want to know that asap. Edit: i just re-opend the wallet, i got coins but it dont start syncing ( is that the beta4 bug?) here is that beta2 version anyway, just changed b4 to b2 and got this. Rolling back to beta2 also means that the block chain is still stuck at block #21085 until this task has been resolved at "difficulty" level 4692.86619945.  So we are in dire need of some powerful mining ressources to resolve the next blocks until difficulty recalculation. He hasn't changed the PORTS on his code or the MAGIC NUMBERS!!!! You have the same ports as my test network for DarkSilk. Ok time to call you out.... Too good to be true - beta4 has been revoken due to the "Las Vegas" bug  https://github.com/fflo/sixeleven/releases/tag/v6.1.1-b4 describes how to step back to 611-beta2 until "Las Vegas" has been resolved. Heavy setback to block #21085 Ah  But where to download that beta2 version? This because also on the website u see beta4 and nothing about beta2. |
