221  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: March 15, 2016, 04:07:17 PM
So what happens if the Coins are recovered? There's Lawsuits seeking Millions in Compensation.
Would a Judge award that, forgetting about all us Bagholders?

The lawsuit will get nothing. We have discussed this before. I think the contract with this guy returning the coins should have included a
all members of cryptsy face charges clause. I dont think there are 10 people who actually believe that the staff didn't know what was going on.
After the coins were stolen, and the exchange remained in operation it became a ponzi. Running it was / is illegal and every member of the staff
should be prosecuted for it. Some random hacker didnt steal your coins if you deposited them after the "hack" Cryptsy staff stole them. Paul then ran off
to hide in china and let his underlings take the fall for it.

Don't worry... the feds are going to recover every message and e-mail from these people, and the truth will come out.

Who will pay tax on the so called stolen funds? I don't think the IRS works on innocent until proven guilty... More like where is our fukin money bitch!

Whistleblower - Informant Award
The IRS Whistleblower Office pays money to people who blow the whistle on persons who fail to pay the tax that they owe. If the IRS uses information provided by the whistleblower, it can award the whistleblower up to 30 percent of the additional tax, penalty and other amounts it collects.

https://www.irs.gov/uac/Whistleblower-Informant-Award

I want my 30% IRS Whistleblower reward  Wink

Fuck you cryptsy... How you going to prove the money was stolen & "not a inside job"?

Yes that means Canada too "Horus"

http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/leads/

Yea... about that....

They will claim it was stolen, use the money to take off and then file for a rebate on taxes for the stolen money... they will get it and vern will give another big fuck you to everyone.

I think the opportunity for merchandising is being overlooked...

Craptsy can make back all the cash they stole lost in an event by selling clever shirts!

Think of the sales:

With all this we should have our coins back in no time...

Horus is a Chaplain? Does that sound right? Is JShock a butcher? Huh

Srsly?

I would assume he is... all I ever hear about him doing is beating his meat all the time with vern
225  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: February 05, 2016, 10:17:44 PM
So since he lied in the c&d order I assume you will be filing against him as well?

Wait... you accepted an e-mail??? You actually took an email as a valid legal order? Wow... Just wow./..

it should also be mentioned that the support staff at cryptsy said that only big vern could access the wallets, and he could not do so while in china. So... Either they lied (again... still) or they had access the whole time. I can honestly say that career prospects for the support staff at cryptsy must be abysmal. Any exchange that hires them runs the risk of everyone leaving as they are suspected to be involved in this, and at the very least lied to everyone...

They have more then 13M $ they don't need a job Sad

Oh I bet Vern has 13M...but I don't believe the crew got more than a polite note and a fuck you. The fact that they lied and help that huge dildo
doesn't mean he didn't fuck them over too.. They just lack the resources to flee the jurisdiction of the feds

With the knowledge that the exchange is out of funds you trade differently and people in possision of the wallets will put them in maintenance whenever the price moves into a different direction then expected.
He bought a house for 1.3M last year guess where the money is coming from

And even if they don't flee you can hide millions on a usb stick and until the people from the fed show up nothing will happen. i guess it will be christmas 2016 so enough time to hide the usb stick Cheesy

I will be happy to tell them where they can put it... assuming they don't keep it there for fun anyway...

EDIT>

You dont see the rest of them on here trying to defend themselves because there is no way they can. They cannot possibly have not known anything about it. I don't think anyone here believes that for a second

229  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BTC Jam borrow and run on: February 04, 2016, 07:47:35 PM
After opening a ticket with BTCjam for some further information about this persons account with them,
and the very real possibility they were allowed to use their own account as a reference, they have decided it is better
if they just ignore my inquiry. So... I will say this:

Stay away from BTCJam!
230  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: February 02, 2016, 04:17:06 PM
Do we have any proof at all the feds are even looking in to this? I mean lots of reports were filed, but if the servers are still running allowing people to withdraw coins, the evidence is being flushed away all the while.

The feds should have stopped anything more from happening if they were looking at any of this right?

The fact is no matter what happened to the coins all those months ago, cryptsy still stole all the deposits since. At the very least the feds should be looking at the
emails to  and from the company to its employees, to see if there was any knowledge of the hack. If they knew, they are all on the hook, and need to go to jail.

There are larger fish out there who lost lots... enough to go track down the former employees and vern and extract payment in some alternate form of currency? Who knows... I am out like 100 bucks, and would be happy if they went to jail... but who isnt that going to be enough for?

If I worked for cryptsy and knew anything... bet your ass I would be banging on the feds door begging for a deal that included protection.
231  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BEWARE OF BUYER BUYING WITH VENMO, PHONE # 516-661-6797 on: January 30, 2016, 01:58:48 AM
Venmo is supposed to be between friends.  They advise you all over it not to buy / sell things with it as its reversible.
I have used the platform, and it works great for what its intended... if your friend rips you off... you go pay them a visit... :-)
232  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 29, 2016, 07:50:20 PM
I'm not your attorney, but it could be prudent, to hire an attorney in Florida and seek injunctive relief to essentially 'lock' cryptsy down pending an investigation. Your issue more likely than not is dealing with the fact that you signed an arbitration clause. However, now you've got fraud involved and attorneys cost money :/

in the alternative, if you know anyone who is in the class action and a member of the class, it could be beneficial to see if any similar relief has been requested. the fact that their are also personal and possibly business bankruptcy proceedings all going on at the same time makes it a nice mess... which is great, if he's in china lol

That would require the servers to be in Florida. I don't believe that's the case.
233  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 28, 2016, 02:06:28 AM
So, you called the wolf to ask the wolf to go get the wolf to tell the wolf you want your money back even though you publicly just told the wolf that you've given up all hope of getting your money back from the wolf. This is fuckin' genius! I'm surprised nobody else thought about this wonderful plan.

Question: When's your eBook coming out detailing this plan so that you can make bank off the sharing of this revelation?

Well less of a hope and more of a lets see what they say... and they said we have nothing to do with cryptsy... lol

edited 10 times because I am stupid!
234  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 27, 2016, 11:06:51 PM
The issue I have at this point is even if it can be proven that paul stole the money to pay jshock for oral sex every day... What difference will it make? The money is gone, and they should have been arrested already. Since they have not shut down cryptsy, and they are allowing the funds to be sucked out as I type... (even the crappy coins are worth something if you add enough of them) This looks like there is not a shit given by anyone who can do anything about it.

I just opened a ticket with bitbi9 to ask them to go get vern and tell him I want my money back.... Or I could go outside and hold my breath.. it might work just as well

235  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 27, 2016, 05:38:21 PM
they can claim anything they want over at craptsy, but the truth is this:

I deposited long after that hack. Since there was no notice given, and no authorities notified, the hack did not happen.
They stole the money and were just hoping not to get caught. Then, every deposit made since was stolen by cryptsy employees... by way of running a ponzi.

Had they reported the theft when it happened, the people who deposited since then would not have lost money, and therefore the only way my coins were stolen was by deception from cryptsy staff.  They should not now be allowing withdrawals, as the feds need to step in and find all the money.

If I cannot have my money back, I want to see at least vern and that scumbag jshock go to jail.

I will not be happy if they get under 10 years.
236  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BTC Jam borrow and run on: January 26, 2016, 08:54:58 PM
BTC Jam stopped responding to questions I had asked about this person, and I dont think they even saw this post...

I am sorry I ever worked with btcjam in the first place... kinda how I feel about cryptsy

In case anyone is curious this is the contract for representation Silver Group is sending out to US citizens/residents who want to be in the class:

http://pastebin.com/b1e6wCpJ

Im not sure I understand why this is even a thing. With the arbitration clause in the user agreement , and the fact that the money was stolen... what do you possibly hope to get from cryptsy?
238  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 21, 2016, 03:18:49 PM

Chapter 13??!  How the heck will he convince a trustee he can pay back 13 million in 3-5 years??!

He has an incorporation. The business is not connected to his personal life... Well not till he directly committed fraud
240  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 19, 2016, 05:47:47 PM
Did anyone ever verify that that million dollar house was in fact Pauls? I see no reason not to put a lien on it if it is... as they will have to sell it in the divorce... Just saying...
