Indeed the match that took place yesterday between Multan Sultans and Islamabad United was truly a remarkable match. Islamabad United met the target of 229 runs set by Multan Sultans and eventually secured the semi-finals by defeating them by three wickets. However, the final list of the four teams that will participate in the semi-finals has been updated and the four teams Multan Sultans, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta gladiators and Islamabad United have qualified. Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandar did not qualify but these two teams came to the end and managed to perform very well but unfortunately these two teams were eliminated before long.

I don't mean to be overly judgmental, but that quantity seems pretty low absent some reason that it needs to be that  low. .

In other words, you might want to consider doing three sets of push ups per day (or at least working up to being able to do 3 sets).., because one session per day seems to be pretty whimpy (especially with that quantity of pushups). and you might not experience improvements from that low of a level of pushups and if you are doing them all in one session and that scattered out of your sessions (which for you seems to be ONLY 1 session per day). ..

Of course, in the end, you can engage in this challenge in whatever way that you like...; or whatever fits your lifestyle and/or abilities.

Toss played crucial role as well, here pitch was getting better to bat day by day but usually it will be in the reverse, still standing up when they needed badly is something great and Aussies known for doing that and this victory doesn't surprise me much cause they have been completely dominant over Kiwis in test while playing in NZ for the last decades.

Back to back thriller match in PSL. In this match Quetta Gladiator required 4 runs from the last balls of the match. Waseem jr is playing Shaeen shan Afridi bowling and Waseem jr hit a six and Quetta Gladiator quality for the Play off of PSL9. Lahore Qalandar and Karchi kins are eliminated from this tournament. Yesterday Shoaib Malik needed 4 runs from to win against Lahore and Shoaib Malik hit a four and won the match for his team.

New Zealand deserved a win, but what to say? Matt Henry's brilliant performance went in vain. They had Australia at 43/4, then 80/5 and again at 220/7. When Mitchell Starc got out, they still needed another 61 runs to win, with just 3 wickets in hand. But all of their bowlers, who had performed extremely well till then, ran out of gas. Ben Sears was impressive and took 4 wickets in the second innings. But everyone else failed, in front of the lower order (Mitchell Marsh, Alex Carey and Pat Cummins). But even now, Australia are well behind India, as far as the points table in WTC is concerned.   

Lahore Qalandars set a target of 167 runs to Quetta Gladiators today. It cannot be called a big target. Quetta's batsmen are batting very carefully. At the end of 9 overs, the batsmen of Quetta Gladiators collected 66 runs with the loss of 2 wickets. Saud Shakee remains unbeaten with 29 runs from 29 balls. Jason Roy and Rille Rossouw are already out.

Lahore Qalanders are a relatively weak team. Lahore players are not performing well this season. Out of 9 matches they have won only one match. And today's match is also likely to lose Lahore. Looking at the condition of the pitch, I don't think it is a bowling friendly pitch. The pitch is batting friendly. And Lahore Qalanders batsmen set a target of 167 runs on this pitch. It cannot be called a big target. If the batsmen of Quetta Gladiators can bat with responsibility then they can easily beat Lahore Qalanders team.

Today's first match has been finished and we can clearly see that the Islamabad United team achieved a win. Islamabad United's decision was not good in real but unfortunately, it worked in a very good way.

At Rawalpindi's pitch, they chose to bowl first where the pitch was too smooth for the team who batted first but I think today they came to the ground with a different type of strategy. Anyway, at the end of the game, they won and they just need win no matter how it came, but still I think that they took this decision because they had next to next great bowlers as three Shahs and a very good more spin with the name of Shadab Khan and Salman Agha.

Multan Sultan team posted a big total on the board that is 228 runs but the Islamabad United team chased this score in a style. Although no one made a century from the Islamabad united team but 84 runs innings in only 40 balls by Colin Munro set the tone for them.

It was another fantastic day for the Blackcaps, especially with their bowlers turning the game around. Matt Henry has been outstanding, and Ben Sears is also performing well. Tomorrow's cricket match looks promising, especially if Matt Henry maintains his excellent bowling form. However, they need to watch out for the dangerous partnership between Mitchell Marsh and Travis Head. It's crucial for New Zealand to clean them up early in the morning session; otherwise, the match might slip away from them. The morning session will be the most critical period of play tomorrow and will likely determine the outcome of the match.

Today we will see the match between Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars and still, they had a very good chance to win but at the same time, if Karachi Kings will win it and Quetta loses their match tomorrow against Multan Sultans then Karachi Kings again win the match against Peshawar Zalmi on 11th March so it will be a chance to qualify on Semi-final for Karachi Kings. Quite difficult but still theoretically possible.

By the way, Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi are the only teams who have lost their match with Karachi Kings but I hope that if Lahore Qalandars loses then Peshawar Zalmi will not going to lose the match against Karachi Kings at Karachi.

In Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka 3rd T20 match Sri Lanka team came to bat and scored 174 runs for 7 wickets in 20 overs. Sri Lanka team batsman Kusal Mendis scored 86 runs off 55 balls. Kamindu Mendis was out for 12 runs off 12 balls. Kamindu Mendis batting today.  Did not perform well. W Hasaranga was out for 15 runs off 13 balls. Bangladesh team now came out to bat. 84 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 14.1 overs. Bangladesh team is under a lot of pressure with the loss of 7 wickets.

India decimated England while Australia is decimating NZ on the other side. At this point, I feel that we will have a rematch between India and Australia in the WTC finals unless they suddenly lose a lot.

Australia would be really happy if India made it to the finals and we all know why. Let's see what happens.

With the win yesterday, Islamabad United got themselves to the second position in points table for the Pakistan Super League (PSL). However, there is still a large gap with Multan Sultans, who have 12 points from 8 matches. Three teams (Islamabad United, Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi) have 9 points each, while Qalandars are at the bottom with just 3 points from 8 matches. 6 more matches remain in the group phase, and after that the knockout phase will start. Karachi needs to work really hard if they want to qualify. 

LOL.. who is the foreign player in Nepal team? As far as I know, all the 11 players are Nepali citizens. That said, Nepal is a multi-cultural team, and the players do speak a variety of languages other than Nepali. Aasif Sheikh, Gulsan Jha, Aarif Sheikh.etc are Madheshis, and they speak languages such as Maithili and Oudhi instead of Nepali. But majority of the team members are Nepali speakers. USA had 1-2 promising native players, such as Ian Holland. But recent squads have not featured any natives.

However, in the end, the Afghanistan team got a comfortable victory perhaps after a long time. Afghanistan's recent poor performance may have left many cricket fans in despair but now they have come out of despair.In the first ODI match between Afghanistan and Ireland Afghanistan batted first and put up a strong score along with some excellent batting against Ireland. However it is not the bad batting that the Ireland team did when they came down to bat against the given target in Afghanistan they lost by only 35 in a high voltage match.

Throughout the Test series between India and England the spinners were more dominant than the fast bowlers. India's two spin bowlers who destroyed the England batting line-up in the first innings of the fifth Test match England may have been trying to take advantage of that but they could not succeed. Two batsmen of Indian team are batting very well at the moment especially Rohit Sharma and Shubman both of them are very close to century Rohit Sharma need one run to get century while SumanShubman Gill four runs. Maybe these two will complete the century very quickly and take their team to a strong position.

Afghanistan put a competitive total of 310 on the board against Ireland. They dominated Ireland's bowling from bowl one. After Gurbaz and Rahmat's wicket, I thought they might fall short of 300, but Nabi and Shahidi batted beautifully and gave AFG bowlers a respectable total to defend.
Ireland is 11/1 in 3 overs. Ireland has a good batting lineup, and they might chase down this target if any of their top-order batters play a long inning. By looking at the AFG bowling lineup, I think AFG is the favourite to win this match. Hopefully, Ireland fight back, and we might see a close contest.

England are performing the same way in the Test series against India as England did in the 2023 World Cup. England lost the series to India due to losing three matches in a row but in the fifth T20 match I thought maybe England can get a win against India but with the way they batted in the first innings it is not possible to win against India. England scored only 218 runs against India in the first innings. If India can bat like this then there is a possibility that England will lose this match by an innings. When England were batting it seemed that the wicket was very hard and the wicket was not helping the batsmen but the Indian batsmen were batting very well on the wicket.
