Note this also does not include the number of NEOBEE shares redeemed on BitFunder for XBOND shares either.

Technically all shares are issued on BitFunder.

Please keep in mind that the others exchanges are pass-through to BitFunder shares.

As of now IPO sold shares:

And the other half haven't, not everyone takes brakes anymore in China. Especially a small team like this, they aren't going to take a brake with a December deadline lol

Just trying to contribute anything that might have any degree of actual usefulness. Smiley

I am not going to call this an update because it really isn't. I just wanted to say that I have been in touch with Sam and he has promised me that he will post an update today. I fully understand the anger and frustration among share holders (of which I am one) and can unfortunately do nothing but apologize.

I have been wanting to post an update ever since the set timeframe for the pool merge passed, unfortunately I can only relay information I am given by the team and I have been (until this morning) unable to reach the team in China.

There has been several forum members that has sent me PM in the last 24 hours and while some have been very supportive, some others obviously have been very much the opposite. I can honestly say that I absolutely understand anger and frustration and wish there was more I can do.

I can at least say that talking with chinese investors lately that quite a few took a break for mid-autumn festival.

It's _plausable_ that their timing is just really really really really really.. .. really? bad Smiley

5.3BTC in the address now, some of it is from the fudsters, but it looks like we are back hashing again

At a rate far less than my 3 avalons produce.

If they give us a user id and it's in the top 25 (more than 2.4 th), then we're all set.

And then cue the stock price train.  Choo choo.

It has already started to move up in the last 30 min.
Already back to 0.002900. Thin books still, but it's there.

Weird, my calculations show pretty close to actual 2 TH (assuming of course regular payments to that address). Between the first and last payment there is a bit over 10 hours. BTC3.63 over that time period estimates ~ BTC8.62 per day. 2 TH, according to the BTC calculators yields BTC8.93 per day. So I'd say currently about 2 TH.

My 190gh'ish 3 avalons get about 1.5~ btc a day for a comparison.
At 2TH, I hope they are making more than that. Wink

solo mining -> pool mining, nothing is true.
Maybe they just buy some chips to mine instead of their own product. Cry Cry Cry
Ahh there you are at last, I thought it was all over!!!  Kiss

Well if anything we know for sure that they are hashing

Well, someones hashing.

Has anyone checked into the new addresses sending the .1xxx btc transactions?
Hard to tell since they are not listed as known slush addresses.

Kind of a low amount for 1~2 let alone 5+ GH though.

I'm a bit drunk but what significance does 3 BTC have here?

If you mine solo and find a block doesn't it still pay 25 BTC plus transactions?  If you mine in a pool then isn't what matters your rate of finding shares/hour?  I can't think of any reason why 3 BTC is relevant to anything - it's 100 GH/S mining for Y*X time or 1 GH/S mining for 100*Y*X time : it's exixtence says nothing about what X or Y is.

Basically when you mine in a shared pool, you get your portion of the block based on how much work you did compared to everyone else to earn it.
In this case, "someone" had mined 3.xxxx BTC worth on Slush and had it sent to LC's now official mining address.

So if it is LC, then they are mining. If not, someone just did it to make them appear to be mining to bank on a price rise.
We will know more as time goes by.

That is where the 3 btc comes from.

Just a minor thing but why is the asset on BTCT called TAT.NEOBEE and on Havelock and BitFunder NEOBEE?
TAT is handling the IPO an all 3 platforms so why different names?

I might ask Burnside to rename the BTCT one to NEOBEE, now that he has categories.

Havelock tickers are limited to 6 characters, so NEOBEE made the most sense of course.

Perhaps the havelock and btct should be named TAT.NEOBEE since they are PT's.
Don't want to cause confusion. Smiley

You can keep track of when the next payments are coming in here: http://mining.bitcoin.cz/stats/

If they get another 3.2btc, it will mean they have about 8.5TH/s   since 25/3.2 = 7.8125  and 7.8125*67Th/s = 8.576

Careful, quite a few of slush's blocks are 26 and 27btc each. Wink
This would account for a slightly smaller TH rate.
237  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 19, 2013, 12:46:55 AM
Meh, if he want's to keep donating 6TH worth of mining to labcoin shareholders I for one am happy to accept. Wink
238  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 19, 2013, 12:39:56 AM
So let me get this right. Someone mined 3 BTC and sent it to the Labcoin wallet to cause a price spike?

Which I bought into.

How dumb am I? What kind a person does this?

That's not proven yet.
Won't know for sure for about 30 more blocks.
239  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 19, 2013, 12:37:28 AM
Actually, it's not slush finding a block, it's when the next block slush has found hits 100 confirms and can payout.

Ukyo, can you confirm the following? A user is only rewarded, when they contribute to find a block and this block receives at least 100 confirmations to be credited, as shown here: http://mining.bitcoin.cz/stats/?

Right now the newest completely confirmed block is #20087 which was mined on 2013-09-18 at 09:42:58 AM UTC. This is more than 15-16 hours ago.

This doesn't match with the fact that they are not yet mining or started to mine not so long ago:

I am going to let the mining speak for itself when the pool merge is complete. I would like to note however that even with 5+ TH solo-mining it can easily take 2+ days to find a block due to variance, hence the move to pool-mining.

This is an interesting quote. If they have 5+ TH, then the 3.XXX BTC per found block on Slush is within reason.

It has been many many moons since I mined on slush although I want to say that you can change the payout address anytime before the site does a payout when a block is confirmed.

If I read it correctly, the payment was for this block https://blockchain.info/tx/c720ee6ccfe79b847162803316e00587970239f4d1508de5558802de37aa16fc (25.05503706 BTC)

Reward From Block    258588
Received Time    2013-09-18 04:58:58

This is an old block, no?

Blocks need 100 confirmations to mature and then they are paid out by the pool.

100 confirmations means 16.6 hours at 1 block / 10 min.

Next block to payout on slush is now 31 confirms away.
So 31 * 10 = 310 minutes / 60 = 5.16 hours from now.
