It is not a crime to publish my text from Altcoinstalks als here on Bitcointalk.

This is an anonymous forum. It doesn't recognize people, it only recognizes users/accounts so it's best if you state where you got your article from.
Secondly, what's the point of coping and pasting the exact same thing you wrote somewhere else about 3 years ago? Why not just drop the link for us to go to the original post and read?

While for BNB and TRON, we don't have such a track record. Is CZ from Binance a good coder? I doubt it...
Is Justin Sun a good coder? No because he has no track record.

One reason will not trust BNB is because it's a centralized coin. I don't trust all centralized coins. Binance, being one of the biggest CEX in the world currently won't get bad Devs to develop their coin. They can afford the best and I feel they did that because BNB is doing very well currently.

I usually answer questions like this using my own country because the situation differs from one country to another. The cause of the economic situation in one country, may be different from the cause in another economy, so it's often difficult to generalized that certain problems is what is making different countries of the world suffer economically even though certain factors are present in almost all countries.

In my country, it's simply incompetent leaders. I always have this inner conflict within myself when I say my country's leaders are incompetent because I always ask myself, "Are they truly incompetent or they're just selfish and don't care about the country?" This is a question I don't have a definite answer for so I just conclude that they're "incompetent and selfish".
I know the world is facing struggles due to problems like COVID and wars and conflict, but some countries are recovering from that. COVID was 4 years ago, if things aren't beginning to get better after 4 years then it means the government isn't doing enough.
My country spends money on the last useless things. From the president to the lawmakers, the sectorial ministers, the state governor, and even down to the lowest level of leaders, they spend state funds anyhow they like and nothing is ever done about it because they are the system. This is why I say they're selfish and greedy

I say they're incompetent because you can't find any of these leaders to bring up an idea of how to get funds using the resources they have. They do very care about generating more wealth, they just spend from the already generated wealth. You hardly find them creating a project that will employ people, make life easier for its people, and bring more money into the coffers of the government. They don't care about creating wealth. It's like they don't have any ideas of how to make the people and the territory better.
Things will never get better if the leaders of a country and selfish, greedy and incompetent.
223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: April 16, 2024, 05:47:43 AM
I'm very sure that after the league, there is going to be a big flush in that club, many players that will become a free agent will be free to go so as to bring more players because the Champions League that was their priority is not coming home, even this season I'm not sure they can win it.

PSG is a very badly run club. I've been saying this since, even when they had Messi and Neymar. The difference between the way the sign players and how Chelsea sign players is that they have Mbappe. How's a team like PSG signing Dembele in the first place? A player that won't give you 10 goals the whole season. Their midfield is filled with a little above average players. Th ybhave already made the mistake of letting Mbappe go for free, they had an opportunity to sell him for 180 million but they refused to take it, now he will be leaving for free. PSG really have a lot of work to do.

As for the champions league, they are not winning it. They will not get over Barcelona today. I know they believe they can, their fans are hoping they do, but they will not. Barcelona is a very solid team currently, not a perfect team but they know how to stand their ground. They will dominate the game and win PSG today.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: April 15, 2024, 08:40:19 PM
Although PSG will not go down that easily. They will be more determine this time. But the reality is that PSG can still come here and upset Barcelona. Barcelona shouldn't be relaxed because they got a favourable first-leg result. They have to play as if they are the ones trailing PSG. I expect to see a good show in tomorrow's game.

Barcelona knows their history, they know what has happened to them in Rome and Liverpool, I don't think they'll want that to repeat itself, even if those situations are different from this.
Watching Xavi's press conference, I don't think they'll be relenting in the second leg. They have only one goal advantage so it's like having a one-goal league, it's not much and they know this.

PSG, like you said will fight to the end. Mbappe is one player that is hardly ever silent. It's going to be a problem to keep him quiet, he was relatively quiet in the first leg, let's see if Barcelona can do it over 2 legs. PSG believe they can turn the game around so they would try their best to make life very difficult for Barcelona.

Barcelona has a better team than PSG. Makes you wonder the kind of team PSG is building with the money they have. How is financially drained Barcelona having a better squad than deep pockets PSG? Why have they decided to focus most of their resources on Mbappe? I mean, Mbappe is good, arguably the best forward in Europe at the moment but is he worth neglecting other areas of your team over? I think not. PSG needs to let Mbappe go, instead of "keeping him at all costs" and go back to the drawing board and assemble a better team. They're midfield and defense is not that solid.
225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: April 15, 2024, 08:04:17 PM
Both teams and their fans are still in shocked due to their loses which are surely understandable because no one was expecting defeats like these with things now completely out of the control for them because Manchester City is now leading by 2 points and their remaining matches are having no problems for them with now

One thing Manchester City have over other teams is not seeing themselves as invincible. Arsenal made the mistake of seeing themselves are undefeatable. They made that mistake on various occasions this season and it has always come back to hunt them. Manchester City players and management team have so much confidence in themselves and their team, you can see it from how they play on the field, but they never for once believe nobody can win them. They play every game knowing they're capable of losing. Arsenal on the other hand believe they'll win everybody no matter what. This kind of attitude reduces the way a team fights.
One advantage Argentina had in the 2022 world cup was losing the first game after coming to the world cup with an over 30 games unbeaten run. That loss was like a wake up call, it showed them that they're not invincible and they can lose and this helped them win the World cup.
Arsenal felt the same way against Porto and they were almost knocked out. They did same against Bayern Munich. The same happened against Palace. They didn't believe they could lose a home game and they are about the lose another league because of that.

Another difference between this team and Manchester City is that, after a loss like this, Arsenal's season cancelled just nose dive. The loss can ruin the momentum and they'll keep dropping points, but if it was Man City, they'll fight to the very end. Draw against Liverpool and Arsenal should have made Man City give up on the league, but no, they kept fighting and now they're up there, I don't see them dropping any point anymore

226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An interesting story and experience of a gambler on: April 15, 2024, 07:40:32 PM
I don't think he has a gambling addiction, he just have money management problems. What happened to him is what happened to a lot of gamblers, the difference is, in the amount. Most time we win a bet and lose most of the money to more gambling, but in his case, the money was really big.

I have two things to learn and say from this.
First, this is a classic example of knowing when to stop. It goes both ways. We need to know when to stop when winning and when to stop when losing. I believe he didn't lose all that money at one, it happened over a series of bets. If he stopped after a certain stage he most likely would not have lost it all. There is always this voice in our ear that'll say "you hit it big next" "you might recover your losses from the next bet" and so you just keep trying again till there's nothing else to try with. That doesn't mean you have a gambling addiction, that's just how gambling is.
That's why I always say we should have a set out percentage we want to gamble with and try as much as possible not to exceed that amount. It's easier said than done, I know, but it's doable and it saves us from a lot mayhem. It helps me a lot.

Secondly, we should know how to manage money. I read somewhere that we should know what to do with money before the money arrives. Everybody dreams of owning millions, but give one of such person a million bucks today and they won't know what to do with it, this may in turn make the person squander the money. 89k is a lot of money and it's funny how he didn't think of putting part of the money into something that'll give him more money.
I believe if we plan how to use money even before having any hopes of getting that money, we'll manage that money better.
Plan yourself in a way that if $1 million hits your account today you know what to do with it, don't wait till you have that money before you start planning on how to use it.
227  Other / Meta / Re: AI generated content by newbies on: April 13, 2024, 05:15:06 PM
Unfortunately, not all content written by AI is removed from the forum. I recently sent a lot of reports on AI, but the moderators deleted only a few. It is not clear for what reason, although the evidence was one hundred percent.
In addition, some users continue to respond to the topic, even when you clearly state that the topic is plagiarism. After it is deleted, users understand that they need to read the warnings.
Therefore, until there are explicit rules against AI and until posts are deleted for everyone, not just beginners, you need to fight AI only in the Nutildah topic.
Probably the best thing that we can do in the case like these is to ignore AI generated posts, once it's been pointed out that it is an AI generated content then you just ignore it so it will get buried eventually, these AI posters don't like the idea that they're prompt is ignored so that's one of the things that we can do to discourage such posts.

How do you ignore a problem with hopes that it goes away? Even though it was stated that the post is AI generated, the post can still be merited by a member who doesn't know and didn't read up to the comments that states that the post is AI generated.

If an AI post isn't deleted it will be calculated as part of the activity points of that user and if the post is merited, it could make the user rank up which is very discouraging when you think about it because a lot of people would want to do the same. Also their post would be counted at the end of the week by campaign managers. That could turn the forum into something else.

I've got to read this thread closely and see about which AI-detecting tool would best suit my needs, because I think I'm going to have to start using one eventually.

I use copyleaks to detect AI generated content. I've not been using it for very long so I can't confidently vouch on how reliable it is but so far it has been very accurate. Also the minimum
228  Other / Meta / Re: Option to Allow / Restrict merits on the OP Posts on: April 13, 2024, 04:13:37 PM
It is not the owner of the post that determines if a post should receive merit or not, it's the post itself that determines that. It doesn't matter who makes a post, if a user or users feel the post deserves merit and they have, they give out of their own free will. I understand that some reputable members get merits to posts that ordinary members wouldn't have gotten merit from, but it's still the choice of those who gave them the merit. They gave the merit because, to them, the post was a good one and deserved it.
In my opinion, the merit system is a reward for a good post, if a member makes a post that he/she feels deserves merit, there are ways on this forum to get that post merited.
So, whoever "needs merits" should make quality posts.
229  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the dark side of the currency circle that you must understand? on: April 12, 2024, 09:23:57 PM
The fact that Bitcoin broke the ATH before halving, means that the four-year cycle differed slightly, making it difficult to predict, which may cause losses for all investors and thus a higher possibility of achieving losses for beginners, especially since they usually come in the coming months when prices rise strongly and the opportunity for free profit is available.

One could argue that this is because bitcoin has gained more recognition which has made more people want to invest in bitcoin before the halving so they can make a profit. Or, it could be that more people now know about Bitcoin halving and investors invest heavily to make more profit.
I think there's a relationship between EFT approval and a new ATH before halving.
ETF approval didn't cause the ATH, but it could have created more awareness so to speak, and have somehow brought more investors.
Also, it is now common knowledge that bitcoin price pumps after halving, so investors are investing as early as possible to get more profit and this could lead to a constant rise in price.

The challenges faced by Manchester United are quite complex, which in my opinion, if Ten Hag is still manager next season, I don't think any good players will develop better under his control. Ten Hag failed to manage his ego, and he also failed to unite the egos of his players, so it was very difficult to play consistently in every match. Manchester United actually has very good squad depth, but Ten Hag failed to fulfill their potential this season.

Ten Hag must be definitely replaced, I agree. At this point, there will be no moving forward with him as coach of United. As much as United has a poor squad, the manager has done very poorly. When you see the way the team plays, you'll know the manager is doing a poor job.
Manchester United concede 20+ shots every match day, that's unacceptable and it's obviously the tactics of the coach.
I used to love Ten Hag in his Ajax days, it's quite unfortunate he can't replicate that form at United.

If Marcus Rashrofd leaves then one sensible option is Rafael Leao, he looks good at AC Milan for now, but I agree his price does not touch the 100 million euro mark.

I do not like Marcos Radford as a player, he's too inconsistent, but I believe if a good manager takes over United, Rashford is a player that you can rely on. The front line of United is not elite, but it's not bad either. Ganacho, Antony, and Rashford can be very good players if utilized properly. They also have a good striker in Hoijlund. I think what United should focus on is their defense and midfield.
231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: April 12, 2024, 01:41:42 PM
I said it here that nobody should underrate Roma. I said that they could go all the way. Roma's problem right now is conceding too many goals and they dealt with that problem properly yesterday. They got the first-half goal and defended it till the end of the match. Now they'll head into the second leg at home with a goal advantage. Under De Rossi Roma's home record has been impressive, only Inter has been able to win then at home.

What happened yesterday has a simple explanation, and at least IN MY OPINION, Liverpool didn't show the interest that the competition deserves, while Atalanta did

I don't agree that Liverpool didn't show interest in the competition, they did. They were simply outplayed by Atalanta. I think Liverpool overrated themselves or they underrated Atalanta. Most Liverpool fans felt it would be a walk in the park because they were playing at home too. English fans need to follow other leagues more often, EPL teams are not the only good teams in Europe.

I don't think Liverpool will make a comeback against Atalanta. I'm not saying it's not possible, but it's extremely difficult considering the fact they're they're playing away from home. How are they going to score 4 goals and make sure Atalanta doesn't score at home?
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 11, 2024, 08:04:34 PM
Manchester United is interested in the Portuguese player from Milan -> Rafael Leao.
The player's price is over 120 million euros according to the Italians, I doubt his valuation is that high.
Probably with 100 they take it home.
Other rumors have intensified in recent months over the Lea, with PSG interested in the player.

Rafael Leao is not worth that much. I think it would be a big mistake for Man United to buy Leao for 100 million euros. They have already made such mistake with Antony, they should make sure it doesn't repeat itself again.
Rumors like this gets me wondering, does United really need a hundred million winger?
In my opinion what they need are world-class midfielders. They need a classic DM and a CM that can dictate the game. Players that can win the ball back, and control the midfield. Casemiro and Amrabath can't d lo that. I think one of them should be sold to create space for a player like Bruno Guameres. Then they need a CM that is a good passer, can create chances and can also keep the ball. Fenandes can't keep the ball and that's a problem.

Man United also needs to focus on their defense, they can't rely on Evans for next season, with Martinez always injured.
The problem at Man United are too numerous for them to spend €100 million on a winger that can't give them 40 G/A a season in all competitions.
233  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is forex trading a hobby or a skill on: April 11, 2024, 06:14:58 PM
Trading is a skill. It doesn't matter which kind of trading, be it Forex, crypto, stock, or whatever, it's a skill. It can also be a hobby, but it would first be a skill before it can become a hobby. It's a skill because you acquire it. You learn it and get better with experience and more learning. You do it because you love it, but you also do it to make a profit.
A skill can be a hobby, for example, writing can be someone's hobby and also their skill, and dancing can be a hobby and a skill.

You won't be wrong to classify trading as a hobby and a skill, but I think trading should be classified as a skill because it's not something you just do in your leisure time for fun. There's a difference between loving for you do and doing it for fun. The fact that a person loves trading doesn't mean that's what you do for fun in your leisure time.
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: April 11, 2024, 02:39:50 PM
Just like me, if you doubt Roma, I also doubt Milan. Moreover, with Stefano Pioli's system and style which promotes pragmatic play. For me, if De Rossi is able to see and overcome Milan's system, Roma has a chance to overthrow the home team. What is certain is that these two teams have not yet met and measured their respective strengths. I mean, now Roma is handled by De Rossi, the system and pattern he is implementing is different from Roma before, especially when it was handled by Jose Mourinho.

I agree with this.
It seems most people don't give Roma a chance and I can understand them. Roma is not the best of teams when playing a away and Milan on the other hand are very good at home. This doesn't mean that Roma don't stand a chance. This De Rossi's Roma is very attacking and they they like to pressure. They don't sit back and let the opponents press them comfortably, hoping for only a counter like they were under Mourinho. This is different team.
Roma's biggest problem is that they concede too many goals. They also score a lot too but in competitions like this, conceding goals doesn't help. If they can work on their defense then they would be a team no one wants to play against.

I hope the matches in the Europa today are like the matches in the UCL where every game had up to 3 goals and both team scored. I used that option in the UCL and it worked for me, I just hop ill be lucky enough to achieve the same result in the Europa.
235  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good news= up in price while bad news = down in price. on: April 11, 2024, 01:41:32 PM
In my opinion, I think actual events play a bigger role than news. Of course, I agree news does affect the price of bitcoin but it's mostly only for the short term. If negative news comes out and the news somehow is related to the financial, economic market, or crypto market, it might affect the price, but it would quickly recover and correct itself, same thing applies when it's positive news. We saw what happened when news broke that a big whale or the US government was about to sell its bitcoin, or a big exchange was being sued, the price dipped but it recovered quicker.

Then imagine an event like FTX crumbling, or the ETF approval and a halving. We can clearly see that these events have a more lasting effect on the price of Bitcoin than a rumor or news. These factors affect demand and supply more and that is why they have a longer effect.
236  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Freedom from wars and slavery on: April 11, 2024, 01:10:10 PM
First of all, I won't call what went on between Africans and European colonizers and slave traders a "war". It was more like a massacre. I don't know if that's the right word. Slave trade was brutal. The Africans weren't really fighting the whites per say, they just wanted to be left alone and treated like humans.

I am not one to blame the colonizers for the poor state in which Africa is today, but you can't dismiss the hand they played in it. Manipulated history paints pre-colonial Africa as just savages, this is far from the truth. Pre-colonial Africa has highly sophisticated cities. They may not be as developed as Europe and Asia at the time, but they had a working system. True history taught us about the Mali Empire, the Ghana Empire, the Oyo Empire, the Benin Empire, the Songhai Empire, Ancient Egypt, Kanem-Bornu and Sokoto Caliphate, Kalanga, and the Kongo Kingdom. I can go on and on about the great cities that existed before and during the European colonization of Africa.
The point is, that these people knew how to govern themselves in their way and they were doing pretty well. The Europeans got there, masking their true intentions in religious missionary, trade activities, and exploration. I'm not saying Africa was as developed or modernized as Europe or America at the time, but they had a system that worked, they even had one of the richest men in history (Mansa Musa of the Mali empire), the Europeans came, and turned them all to business deals.

So looking at the state of Africa, it's really difficult to discuss how bad they've been without looking at the history and the events that have led them here. Even to this very point, directly or indirectly, Europe and America are still making moves to make sure they keep controlling African resources. Read up on the Agreement Cameroon signed with France before they could gain independence, or the agreement the British forced the southern and Northern parts of Nigeria to sign before gaining independence.
To this very day, they still influence elections in Africa to make sure leawho that would follow their rules are elected, igniting conflicts, and taking sides in the conflict to gain economic power. So like I said, it's difficult to talk about the situation in Africa without mentioning the role Europe, America, and most recently China play in it, even though I don't blame them for the state of Africa.

I said I don't blame the Europeans because Africans have refused to sit up. To be honest, I can't blame the West, they are only looking for ways to make their countries better, something African leaders can't relate to. Their leaders are blinded by greed.
Let's take West Africa for example. Every country in West Africa has the resources to be a great country, but the greed of their leaders won't let them. I can't blame the West for that. At this point, the leaders are wrecking more havoc in Africa than the West ever did, the West is just taking advantage of that greed and myopic mind to enrich themselves.

People often say that aside from poor leadership, African citizens are not ready for change, that's not entirely true. It all boils down to poor leadership. Humans are an intolerable species. You can't expect them to do things expectedly, that's why every group of people has a government or leaders. There are rules, regulations, laws, and policies that guide people. When these laws are not put in place and enforced properly, there will certainly be chaos. That is why a system that works is necessary. African countries either have a poor system or no system at all. Some even have systems that are not enforced properly.
237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: April 10, 2024, 11:36:20 PM
Honestly, I'm not surprised by what happened, of course because I think PSG doesn't have good squad depth in their midfield. Barcelona has Gundogan, Roberto and De Jong as midfielders, while PSG relies on Vitinha, Lee Kang-in and Fabian Ruiz as midfielders. It was clear that Barcelona had the advantage there even though they actually had several young players in their line-up in the first half.

If you want to judge by the midfield in the first half, I think PSG's midfield did a better job. Barcelona had no DM and Frenkie was not himself today. Barcelona suffered in the first half because of their midfield, they could not control the game.
What helped Barcelona is the way they defended. They defended well, as a team, and didn't attack too much. If you notice you'll see that whenever they're on the counter only about 3 players are going forward, 4 at most, and that 4th is Gundugan. If another player who's not an attacker has already gone forward to complete 4 in attack on the counter, the rest sit back and cover for him. This helped to neutralize the pace of the PSG attack.
I think Xavi got his tactics spot on. He was so on point.
Cancelo did a good job keeping Dembele quiet so he had to switch. One of PSG's problems is the lack of a 9. If you notice the middle was always empty, they only attacked from the wing which made them too predictable.

I won my bet today. I knew Barcelona would win and I also knew Atletico would win too. PSG still has a lot to do when it comes to defending. In modern football, you don't leave defending for the defenders alone and you don't leave attacking for the attackers alone. Everybody has got to work as a unit.
238  Economy / Economics / Re: Digital Bank on: April 10, 2024, 05:34:23 PM
I don't know about your country, but in my country, a bank must have a branch. Most digital banks just have a headquarters in a particular city but with time they open other branches in other strategic cities in the country.
The major difference between them and traditional banks is in the speed of their transactions and free transaction costs. In my country, traditional banking is stressful. You have a lot of failed transactions and transactions that won't reflect on one end. Digital banking eliminates that.

You also have to be careful about the kind of bank you use. Make sure you use only banks that are approved by all the regulatory bodies in your country. That won't make your funds 100% safe because it's a centralized institution and they do different investments with your money since they are humans, there's a chance the bank can go under, especially considering that they're not as big as the traditional banks, but using an approved and recognized digital bank is way safer than the alternatives.
239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: April 10, 2024, 02:01:46 PM
I believe it will be very difficult for Manchester City to win the Premier League trophy this season. But anything can happen because football is something that you can predict at times, but in my opinion, Arsenal or Liverpool will win the title this time, because how I see Guadiola is doing this season is not like before, he has lost form and they are not like last season, but I think because some of the players are no longer in the team because I am not seeing Doku's performance anymore, I prefer Grealish to him.

I agree it's difficult for Manchester City to win the league this season. They're in a position that for them to win the league they'll need both Arsenal and Liverpool to drop points while they keep taking all the points. This is something that is possible but with little chance of happening.
What I don't agree with is saying Pep Guardiola has lost form. He has not lost form, his team still plays very spectacular football. It's not every season a team wins a treble. We saw how Manchester City performed yesterday against Madrid. I doubt either Arsenal or Liverpool can play Madrid like that at the Bernabeu.

A big part of Manchester City's problem and why they're here today has been injuries. They struggled without De Bruyne, then they struggled without Rodri and De Bruyne. These are two major masterpieces of the City system. Halland also got injured at a point. These are not excuses, it is what it is, but know that Manchester City is capable of finishing the remaining seven games of the league season without dropping a single point.
240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: April 10, 2024, 10:44:29 AM
It was a beautiful confrontation between two different strategies, and it was a little surprising to see how Real sometimes pressed close to their goal and allowed City to carry out positional attacks, there are probably only a few teams in the world, who can play like that against Real Madrid. The match turned out to be very good, Guardiola probably achieved his goal, City did not lose, and just a little was not enough to win.

I believe if Carlo Ancelotti had played any other way, his team would have lost. They had to play a low block to allow Manchester City to have the ball, but also know how to make use of the ball when they (Madrid) got it. It was an interesting tactic. With Pep on his day, if you don't go toe to toe with him, you'll lose, only Klopp has managed to do that and win.
If you notice you'll see that all of Madrid's goals came from outside the box. Manchester City attacks as a unit and defends as a unit, they don't leave spaces behind, so the best way to penetrate them is long-range shots and luckily for Madrid, they have players that are good at that.

The second leg is going to be more difficult for Madrid, except Carlo can put a rat out of the bag. Manchester City was without De Bruyne and Walker and they managed to score three and get a goal while playing at a closed-roof Benebua, imagine how it would be when they're playing at the Eithihad with a very refreshed De Bruyne and Walker. Let's not also forget that Madrid is a favorite of De Bruyne. In my opinion, I feel Madrid would be knocked out.
