Betking do not do it like that...

Seems strange that the site as of right now has only made 5 Bitcoins in total for the investors (from your charts) over the life of the site.

Has to be a serious problem with the site and/or the way the leverage is being done with regards to the bankroll.

What commission rate does the site take on each bet?

I noticed Bitvest does not take a share of the profit but actually on every bet?!

An amazing thread to follow, till the moment you are with almost 20% of profit from your initial investment, one question this bankroll has a minimum period to let the funds deposited or  you can withdraw anytime im getting interested after see the results.

You need to read the rules on each site, they are always in the FAQ section.

Most sites do not have a minimum period. CryptoGames charge a small fee for early divestment but that's it from the sites on this list.

Love that we can bet on this!

I don't see an option to bet on Trump head to head at directbet  Undecided

Casinos that are taking in investments these days should have proof of liabilities its a way for you to track all the funds in the site.
Something that looks similar to this. https://bitvest.io/liabilities if it don't have it you don't know if they have what they say they have.

Agreed, it has to be the new standard.

It's not a new thing at all. Just Dice was proving it years ago and BetKing used to.

We don't now because:
1) We don't need to now. I spent > 3.5 years building trust here. If you don't trust me don't invest, we already have 6300 invested.

2) The reason we don't have all funds in one address is actually because players would have accounts closed on Coinbase and exchange sites because they could track the withdrawals from gambling sites that prove funds.

I think any new site asking for investment that has not proven to be trustworthy, like bitvest, they should show proof of funds. I wouldn't invest in small sites that didn't.

But a site like BetKing or say Just Dice I don't see the need.

Wow! So cool to see Betking here. Sir as the largest casino (correct me if i'm wrong) in the crypto world are you not interested in adding some few coins? Or consider other games or even sportsbetting?

I think they are making way too much money with other coins to need to worry about that! haha

I agree but some new people who want to invest in casinos would rather to have atleast proof of the sites trustworthy and not only hearsay from others.. it's common thing for new investors now.. since a lot of scam sites are multiplying.

This is something I hear all the time but no one gives any proof. Where are these so called scam casino sites that people are investing in and losing money?

If you mean obvious HYIP sites in the investor based games section then yes, you will lose money and all of them should be avoided.

But point out one scam casino in the past year?

There's not been any for a very long time.

Also the trust for BetKing isn't hearsay, do a very small amount of research and you will see that.

Good points. Dooglus checking your funds must have helped and you are right - the last year has been very nice with regards to the lack of scams... Touch wood!
229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Address you send money too does not exist. on: November 01, 2016, 02:39:49 PM
This why I always double check the wallet address that i'm going to send money to. What i usually do is check the first and last 4 alphanumerics of the address that i will be sending to and if i am really sure that its correct, i proceed with the payment. its never bad to be extra cautious because this is real money that we are working with  Smiley

Thats where I went wrong I just copied and pasted and missed a number  Shocked

You are lucky to divest out the moneypot just in time because i just like a sudden 9% loss all within one week. I think it lose close to 100btc overnight so congrat that you discontinue otherwise u may end up losing 0.1btc. But i am also considered half lucky cause i divert out more than 50% of my original investment in mp.

oh wow! that is lucky!

Was the DDOS attack similar to this e-mail?

IMPORTANT! Redirect this e-mail to your CEO/CFO/any kind of such person

Hello,

Your website is under DDoS attack by us since 18:22 PM (YOUR TIME)

This attack will continue for 1 hour to prove that we are serious.

After the 1 hour DDoS attack is finished, we give you 6 hours to send 5 BTC to:
1Az7TzV7vD5etpJNz1h9JV6NzCBjyzgaez

If you decide not to pay, we will start the attack at the indicated date and uphold it until you do, there's no counter measure to this. You will only end up wasting more money trying to find a solution.
We will completely destroy your reputation amongst Google and your customers and make sure your website will remain offline until you pay.
Please do not attempt to negotiate with us because you will simply be ignored and the attacks will continue.

We expect to receive this WITHIN 6 hours.
If we do not receive 5 BTC within 6 hours, all of your services will suffer from even larger DDoS attacks and we will continue the attacks until you decide to pay.
If you do not pay within 6 hours, the price for us to stop will also increase to 7.5BTC. We will then give you 12 hours to pay the 7.5BTC. If you do not, the price will be increased to 10BTC.
Every 12 hours that you do not pay, 2.5BTC will be added up to the amount.

Once the BTC is received and confirmed by us, we will leave you alone. We do bad things but we do keep our promises.
NOTE: We have enough resources to continuously attack your services and we will destroy any mitigation service put in place.
NOTE2: You do not have to reply to these emails (so nobody knows you co-operated with ransom) - we will see what you decide to do based on if we receive the BTC or not.

Regards,
ONICPtr

wow that is brutal - reminds me of the old DD4BC hacker

Is anyone else having this problem? I still cant withdraw, every time I log in I get logged out...
239  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiDICE.com - The World's Most Popular Bitcoin Game on: October 19, 2016, 12:48:03 AM
Still cant withdraw... Seems I can log in but when I try to cashout I get logged out!?

Tried in a few different browsers as well...

What has happened Satoshi Dice?

You used to be the 'The World's Most Popular Bitcoin Game.' Now I can't even log in and withdraw my bitcoins. You used to get all the betting volume and now everyone goes to other dice sites. You used to be competitive and now you have a house edge nearly double of everyone else Sad

all good the divest worked. Now trying to withdraw from the site is as slow as a snail...

Now I see a note - no money in the hot wallet...
