Is GP paired with any other currencies anywhere, or is there only the BTC market?

Maybe a combination of word and numerals, like:
One337 133seven
??

The cron jobs for the game have not been set up yet so things like turns and other scheduled items will not be available until this is complete.
Okay, thanks for keeping us updated.

An update about the current state would be nice.
Which of the games announced in the OP are actually still being developed?
Dragon Knights of Valeria is being actively developed by CrytpoDatabase. It's currently offline due to a problem with the domain host but has been massively updated over the last 12 months. GP is one of the currently supported currencies which you can both earn and / or spend in-game. Captain Disaster in Death Has a Million Stomping Boots is my game, and I can assure you that it is very much in development and nearing the final test phase for the first major release. However you can't use GP in the game, it's an offline #pointandclick game. Inkha is working on an online retro RPG. Not quite sure how the crypto integration is going to work in this one, it's in a pre-alpha state atm. There's also a Snake game online at playforcrypto.com that will let you earn GP./ Don't know about the others, maybe someone else will be able to chime in. And.... OVER 75BTC traded in 24 hours?!?!? What is this madness?! I see, nice - thanks for the update! Good to see you are developing a point and click game - best genre ever, as my avatar tells you ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Haha I hadn't noticed! Since that's the case, you might be interested in this recent release (nothing to do with me and I haven't had time to play it yet, but it looks like a cool parody game for MI fans) - http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/2100/Back on track... GP seems to still be trading strongly on Trex. Would be nice if it stays around 10K sat.

I hope inka will get his game up and running very soon.
Is he planning to support HTML5 there too? Thought it was specifically GP. Nice if it's both though!

I'm working on another game too, just got some new tiles ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fd0le6dj.png&t=663&c=Ea4zeJZEB24EsA) Looking good! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) That is true, Dragon Knight of Valeria paid every single coin i requested in the past. I believe we all should respect the hard work developer has put in this game, if you like it or not (the game itself). Game is alive and i believe it will constantly develop. If you dont like smth today, tomorrow you maybe will. Stay positive. So you are with GPcoin. Good choice.
Seconded. I've always received my coin from DKV.

Sweet. HTML5COIN is very inexpensive and perhaps it could serve as a good investment for long term if the dev or the community proposes to maintain the coin for its long term stability. I am looking forward for something new and exciting to happen with this coin, but in the meantime I guess that it would be best to buy and hold. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Are you serious? This coin is worthless because the dev already abandoned this ship, it is time to say goodbye and move to a new coin. I chat with the H5 devs all the time, you shouldn't try to pass lies off as truth. Could you try to persuade the devs to be a little more active here? I know lack of time may be an issue but it would be good for members of this forum to be kept in the loop a little more. I like this coin and would really like to see it do well, but having this thread lay almost dormant for months isn't a big help.

to clarify I updated the original thread with this information, and if anyone else wants to help I can help manage the list if needed teamHYPERfuture - Head dev of gaming cryptocurrency HYPER. Overall GP project coordinatorvegasguy - GP bitcointalk thread manager and community outreachCryptoDatabase - Manager of RPG DragonKnight. Future GP game server deployment MakingMoneyHoney - Future manager of some of GP's online RPGs and creation of game assets and artArmis - Manager of PICISI digital currency crowdfunding site that HYPER and GP is sponsoringLooks like this needs some serious updating!... HF's not been around for many months, PICISI has been dormant (dead?) for ages, and I can't remember the last time vegasguy posted here.

That would be great! Are you also working on those small games that would support using GP that you talked about a while ago (IIRC)?

Can always exchange excess gold in for experience to help gain levels.
That's like hitting the fast-forward button on a movie. We wind up missing the game rather than experiencing it as we gradually level up. I think you'll find people stick with the game more if they _don't_ do this, or even have the option. Unless what I hear in chat is misleading, this feature, though already present, it not used much. Is there a reason for that to change with DKV2? Well what you say is largely true, but in effect is it essentially a way to trade Gold for AP - albeit quite expensively when you reach higher levels - so there is a point to it. Depends on how much time someone actually has for grinding - personally I don't have much at all - and how people want to play the game I guess. I do agree that the game could do with other uses for Gold though.

Stopping by to say Hi from Hyper land. I was approached by HYPERFuture to help out with this coin a long time ago. I did tweet some things out. Looks like some development here. Has anyone heard from him? I doubt it...but anyway I'll be watching GP. I already have some and best of luck to all of ya!
Hi mate - no, no-one's heard from him sadly. I don't suppose you have control of the GP Twitter account / website / anything?

Okay guys just a small piece of news about GP-sponsored #pointandclick adventure game " Captain Disaster in: Death Has a Million Stomping Boots" - today I have RC1! Yes I know that may sound minor but believe me, after 4 years of development, to finally have our first Release Candidate is absolutely HUGE! Now have to hope our testers don't break it too badly... ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Congratulations to you and all the GP community with such success! It really is a great success. Thanks - it's been a long journey - and it's not over yet! ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Incidentally - what's happening with the GP prices today?!? ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif)

Also Snake is going to stay up for awhile.
Glad to hear it mate! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Sorry if I've missed it somewhere, is there a trading start price after the proposed coin swap (and how much would it depend on which swap ends up being used and what % staking)? 1:1000 just seems a little extreme to me. (But maybe that's just me! ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) )

This is a great feature to have, thanks very much for implementing it.

Although No one from Bittrex contacted me or replied with anything from my original email it seems HYPER is no longer on the list. HYPER on. Maybe Future contacted them discretely...who knows. Did anyone besides me write to Bittrex to appeal on behalf of the community?
I doubt it, usually these notices cause a bit of a splurge in trading and if it's enough, the coin stays on. At least that's what I've seen on Trex in the past.
