221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 21, 2017, 10:39:04 AM

You do know the former feature DarkSend is now branded PrivateSend right?

DASH can't leave DARKSEND..that's spirit of DASH

And your decision comes from...?
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 19, 2017, 10:43:26 AM
BTC is still into strong position that is just epic drama going about the current which helped the DASH to get some shares from the market otherwise there is no reason for this big rise. DASH is looking promising at this stage but correction phase soon will take place till than enjoy.

Did you notice by any chance that this "correction" is expected since Dash at 10$ (not 30, 10)?

And that people like you, btw, called the "imminent crash" since 4 months?

I don't know what is happening in the future; I know the past btw, and right now you didn't nailed it once. Maybe dash will go up, maybe down, maybe stabilize at 100$, for sure it didn't collapsed to 2-3$ as a bunch of strange people are writing.

224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 16, 2017, 06:30:21 PM
Does anyone know how long a masternode locks the coins? or can you retreive them anytime?

The coins are not locked. You can use the coins anytime

Just to show how fkng clueless the dash bashers are.

Always pedling masternodes locked coins change market dynamics and bla bla bla. Look at masternode count, there's dumping coming...

I can take my masternode wallet, send 1000 dash to exchange, sell the coins, rebuy the coins, send to another address, and start a new masternode before the other one drops off the count.

Clueless, clueless...  Grin

Lol i just didnt know if they were locked or not. Cause i never owned a masternode

I think he was talking about the amount of lies they say every day, not to you. Think that they were able to say that the coins are locked while whoever spent 5 mins here knows it's false.

Just boring (not you)

This model doesn't work!

PhD in economics right?

I assume that the last time this guy has seen maths was at elementary school
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 15, 2017, 08:30:48 AM

a totale of 50-60000 masternodes last year

Don't you mean 50-60 ?

60000 masternodes is 8 x the entire coin supply.

No i meant 50-60K

As i said, they have a little math issue. They keep saying "ehy the devs just sold 10-20-50-1000 nodes". Try to make a total. We all know they lie, but even a 2nd degree kid should notice that something is wrong in here
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 15, 2017, 07:30:40 AM
So.. 10% of MN are gone since January?
Sounds like someone big cashed out.. $30 000 000.. well done, Evan Wink

According to total of the posts that I've been reading here (and i lurk from a while), Evan should have sold a totale of 50-60000 masternodes last year. Not to mention that probably he held just a little less than 200K Dash; making the total sells in the whereabouts of 500K masternodes.

Not to mention, that all the coins that have been sold 3y ago where magically created by the instamine but not sold. Just 5M of sells without a single transaction. Magic

Something is extremely wrong with your math
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 13, 2017, 12:07:49 AM
I suppose 0.1 is almost certain soon. There is literally no sell pressure because the pumper has all the coins, so he can drive the price upward by just pulling his own sells as high as he want. Probably, the limit might be at the point where some "dust" amount of coins still left in possession of some hardcore believer MN owner who still didn't sell for some reason, will endanger more than 10% of the whale's BTC firepower (which is around 3000 now but will be much more by then). Then he'll start to distribute.

So, looks like that all the times that the "instamine meme" was on nobody sold right?
Every single time you were calling for "price to collapse in minutes" was total shit?
Also, do you understand that Dash is way more distributed that (say) some shitcoins like XMR... or BTC, for a fact?

Don't you get bored?

I am really sorry for those poor investors that were not enough savvy to understand that all the trolling about dash was nothing more than... trolling.

They lost a probably once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Being them i'd be VERY pissed off at those guys, that probably costed them Millions combined.

Still, they can join the ride now. And understand who are the scammers in this world
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 01, 2017, 09:44:01 PM
Hi!

I'm a new DASH user Smiley
I saw the presentation by amanda at anarchapulco and it really was looking nice!
Instant transactions, private transactions, a return on your savings. Also the vault seems a cool system to protect my money.

I have some questions:

1) Will it be safe to use my account on a lot of devices as long as my money is in the vault ?

2) I bought 380 DASH. It's a lot of money for me, but I don't want to miss this opportunity !!
I bought at 34 USD, so I already have a nice profit Smiley
It's still on poloniex, but can someone tell me how to get the savings account?

I hope I'm not too late to the party and dash will continue to go up  Grin Grin
Thanks amanda for opening my eyes to this wonderful opportunity !!

What Amanda was showing was a preview of the upcoming Dash Evolution update, which is scheduled for end 2017.
The savingsaccount and the mentioned vault are part of that upcoming Dash Evolution update.

At this point you are better served with downloading an official Dash wallet from dash.org
encrypting it with a good password, transferring your funds from the exchange to your local wallet and making plenty of backups and keeping those backups offline (encrypted USB stick or encrypted external drive offline).

Make sure your computer is clean as well, make good use of anti-virus and anti-malware programs to scan you computer.

Hello dash noob Smiley

If you want to have a direct return right now, i suggest you to give a look here

http://dashmasternode.org/splawiks-supershares-hosting-service/

I have some spare dash not in a node, and i've been using Splawik's service for almost an year. Great service and very trustable member of the community

I DON'T run any of this services nor i earn a cent (or, 0.0001 dash Wink ) for this advice. It's just that 380 dash is a good amount of money, and at current rate you'd get about 2,5 dash every month. Not bad Wink

Guarda un attimo Dash come moneta. E' molto, molto più veloce del BTC. Un pò più compatibile commercialmente

Posso chiederti in che campo lavori? Mera curiosità volta al futuro Smiley
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: February 21, 2017, 05:11:00 PM
i'm thinking a week before we climb another rank on coinmarketcap, maybe even less.

Do you know how many dash are mined per day?
how many Moanero?

Dash = 2246
Monero = 6213 *

* doesn't include any secret coins, that no one knows about, because the block explorer doesn't show the output values...  Smiley

That's the point

Despite the price per coin, the inflation rate is way higher.
And altcoins mkt are not very prone to inlfation rate.

There are 2x Moanero than dash - 85% or something close of the total value will be mined by this year (and it's still better than the 50% in the 1st year or so).
Something quite common in ponzi schemes.

It's funny given the instamine meme they have - 10% mined in 2 days, indeed, for a mistake in the algo (and some % since then) VS 80% mined on PURPOSE in 20 moths... and nothing then

When you these strange comparisons between Moanero and Dash, nobody points out the insane inflation rate of XMR.
I mean, 75% of ALL XMR have been already mined. Dash is it about half of that.

And no, right now exchanges aren't able to perceive inflation rate. It's extremely funny considering that (ofc) the mined XMR are going to be very scarse in 2 years from now; in the meantime "someone" that mined 50% of the XMR is making huge profits. And many things suggest that XMR distribution is ridiculous.

So i don't even care about Market cap for XMR, to them it's pointless.
To Dash, it means that more money goes into budget, so it's something

Overall, the $ price doesn't lie (with millions of coins mined, this is not Zcash)
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: February 17, 2017, 11:50:26 AM
It's pretty neat considering that many nodes are shared, and also that incidentally the exchanges (that are not stupid) have their nodes running.

Also, it's extremely funny considering that a certain coin has been mined by probably no more than 10 people overall. Sure, a lot of people (way less than 4000) hold probably a couple of that certain coin, but given that in 2 years a bloat of coins were minted and that we all know that "someone" had an efficient miner... someone is just dumping here and there.

Funny, overall, how the lack of transparency turned out to be a non-feature for honest people and a feature for not-so-honest miners, uh?

Very nice!
Only thing: i can't install it on chrome with more than one digit after the point. For example:

Now it is at 19.48

I get 19. ..... (even with 2 digits)
19.5 ofc if i want to exclude cents Sad

In practice, not enough room

Hi

Uninstall the widget, and reinstall it from the store. It's an issue with the localStorage (where preference data are saved), by reinstall it, the localStorage will be cleaned up (only for this widget), and then it will works again.
Really sorry about it.

I still get the same issue Sad

Keep trolling boys!!! I'm warming up my garage for that new addition I'm buying.  Love you guys... Though I can't see your posts, I'm sure it's trolling of some sort...

You are DASH's lucky charms! It must be so disheartening to see that your feeble whimpering is doing nothing but drive us up.  So so sad.  Cool

Pretty much half the monero dev team community is on here trollin'

 Cheesy

Soooo boring

I didn't get, btw, why the fact that Evan could have been thinking of Masternodes as an issue. It was something that changed (and is changing) the market.

So, if he had it in mind early or thinking of it after some sort of "Back to the future" happening while cleaning the kitchen, i don't care. Bless he did.

Thank you for thinking of MNs, Evan!

Speaking of inflation rate (and given that some coins mined 2x dash in way less time), is someone more savvy than me aware of the inflation rate of top 10 coins on CMC? Have been wondering for a while

it's pure FUD....

Dash - 7,102,287
monero - 13,948,225

Yes, i know that the supply is 2x

But the actual inflation rate? Number of coins/year (not only of dash and of that strange coin, if someone provides them)

Cheers Wink
