My PIVX withdrawal has been "In Progress" for the past 2 days! I submitted a ticket 24 hours ago... no response! Whats up with that?
Is the PIVX coin on livecoin.net different than the PIVX coin wallet I am trying to exchange to? How can I make sure whether thay are the same or not?

Has anybody had any joy withdrawing BTC over the past few days - still showing wallet in maintenance for me  I withdrew a fiew times in the past 3 months. Now because of the crazy mempool backlog and super high tx fees, I just convert to BCH in Exchange and withdraw BCH instead. much faster and cheaper  EDIT: Some of the last BTC withdraws In the past 3 months I had made did have issues... but they were completed in the end after some patience  For me, much less headache with BCH cheaper and faster transfer. If your wallet is still in maintenance you might wanna submit to them a well documented ticket (with screenshots and plain English explanation) |

Guys why not try to give them another chance try them to trust for one more round maybe they are trying to paid us all but the problem is the transaction is to slow to transfer our payments.
I don't think the kind of his strictness in this campaign deserves understanding after all the participants here obeying his condition. And aside from that no update coming from him. He appears as an responsible campaign manager and now all of a sudden no updates. Kind of a shit scammer. I think it is what he called the mystery of "c" is a mystery of scammer which is now revealed. So if this was a scam, then what was the point? Just waste thousands of peoples time? I'ts not like anyone invested in those optional investment wallets... What is the exchange doing on the withdrawal of ethereum? Its being like 3 days have been trying to make withdrawal of my ethereum into my wallet for trading but the exchange had denied me. Please make necessary correction to it.
In case you missed it, when you visit your account, you will find a message saying that Ethereum network is experiencing extremely high load so withdrawals could take much more time to proceed. Has anyone had any neutral or positive experiecne with HitBTC lately? I'm wondering if they have a referral/affiliate program. If they do, can someone PM me one, I would like to test them out for myself. Thanks. |

My BTC widthdraw wallet has been in maintenance for 4 days now. Anybody else with this issue?
Did you submit a ticket? When submitting a ticket, make sure the following: 1) State a clear and simple description of your problem 2) Attach a screenshot 3) Include detalis like wallet address, txid I'm not sure how they do business in China and how good their English is, so I can agree that their support is not the best in terms of communciation. Also they probably have millions of customers... But they have no motive to scam anyone (if thats what u were worried about). They are huge and if anything bad happens it's easy for legal authrities to find them... It would be like Microsoft scamming the world |

I can't sunmit a ticket since I dont have access to the site. no access t blog either, since it's in same domain. I am not using VPN or anything. Apparently the website suddenly stopped liking my IP EDIT: All I had to do was refresh IP address and log back in. My understanding is that unfortunate errors like these will not be on the recoded website or it will be easy to fix them |
